I called a week or so later, talked to George about getting the app to view the cameras on our iPad, he got a tech on the phone who walked me through the setup to so we can view on the iPad. In the past with the old cameras, George and the team were very helpful to resolve the issues we were having, always seeing if the issue can be resolved without having a tech come out and having to charge for the service visit. It's refreshing that they have this approach as other companies won't troubleshoot with their customers over the phone. Each time, I was essentially told that nothing was wrong, even though the beeping clearly continued. At one point, I became so frustrated that I called simply to ask how to turn off the beeping. I have two young children in the house, and the noise was disruptive, especially when it would happen during the night. I was told there would be a charge just to show me how to turn off the beeping -- despite the fact that no one could explain why it was happening in the first place. The representative then told me someone would call me back within five minutes to walk me through how to shut it off. No one ever called. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly frustrating. If your system is going to repeatedly beep for weeks, I expect the company to be able to identify the problem and provide a reasonable solution -- not tell me nothing is wrong and then charge me to stop the noise.

He was responsive, easy to communicate with, provided a clear upfront estimate, and made sure everything was coordinated from beginning to end. It's obvious he cares about both his customers and the quality of the work his team performs. Edy came out first to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my detached garage for charging my Tesla. The installation was clean, professional, and thoughtfully done. Rather than taking the easiest route, he made sure the conduit was run neatly and out of the way, leaving everything looking clean and organized. After the installation, we discovered my Tesla still wasn't charging. Instead of guessing or replacing parts, Tony came back and systematically diagnosed the problem. He traced the issue to the grounding connection between my detached garage and the house. Once the necessary parts arrived, he returned and installed a new grounding conductor between the garage and the house. As soon as the work was completed, my Tesla immediately began charging at the full 32 amps. What impressed me most was that no one took shortcuts. Like other reviewers, we found SamNoa through the SCE Charge Ready contractor list, and from my first conversation with Issaib, he was understanding, responsive, straightforward, and incredibly easy to work with. Issaib assured us he would handle everything from permits to processing the SCE rebate, and he did exactly that. I never had to do a single thing. Our project had a lot of moving parts with a few changes along the way and they handled everything without any hassle. At one point, they even came back an extra day to make sure I ended up with a better-fitting panel, rather than taking shortcuts or settling for something that wasn't quite right. The pricing was incredibly fair, and the quality of work was top-notch, with clean, well-organized wiring and everything done with great attention to detail. They also left the house spotless when they finished, cleaner than they found it actually! We had seen their great reviews, so we were hoping for a good experience, but SamNoa far exceeded our expectations, thanks in large part to the fantastic team Issaib has put together, so a huge thanks to Omar, Carlos and Adrian, who were total professionals, super friendly, and such a pleasure to work with. What impressed me most was that, after learning the circuits would be used for air conditioners, he recommended that I first look into repairing or replacing the central AC instead--even though Central AC repair and replacement are not services he offers. That showed a great deal of integrity and genuine concern for what would make the most sense for me, rather than simply trying to make a sale. Although I have not had any work completed yet, I was very impressed with the service and honesty I received. If I decide to move forward with the dedicated circuits, I will definitely be using Primo Electric and plan to contact them for any future electrical work I may need.
