They both have very robust flavors, with a touch of sweetness from the maple/cherry/orange elements. Both cocktails are made with great whiskeys, that are very tasty on their own, neat. I even brought home a bottle! It is incredible that craft cocktails with small batch whiskey can cost only $11-15. On two different occasions (maybe Fridays), there was live music. Dessert was the low point. We ordered the Oreo cheesecake bites and waited over 20 minutes, only to be served what was essentially liquid pudding in a shooter glass with whipped cream on top. Our server admitted, "I didn't know I was supposed to make it" -- it seems the dessert needed time to set in the fridge and was served before it was ready.
