Hadn't had a good burger in a while this one really hit the spot. Can't wait to go back!

Saw this place pop up on an Instagram ad, and the videos made the burgers look super greasy in a good way - although maybe too greasy. It did catch my attention though. I was pleasantly surprised when the food wasn't greasy at all, and was maybe near perfection. I got a double cheeseburger, and my only complaint is that I wanted to keep eating more after it was done with it. I have literally 0 real complaints about it. It had a nice crispyness to it while still being super juicy. And if that wasn't enough the fries were a perfect 10/10. There was one other couple in the place and the whole time I wanted to call out to them to ask if what they were eating was also as good as what I was eating, or was I just really hungry? We happened to leave at the same time and outside the they were like "the food here is really good, huh?" And I was like "Yesss!!! So good!!!" I was glad to know it wasn't just in my head. I think the ambiance can be improved, but they just opened recently and I think serving up good eats is priority #1, and so far so perfect! read more

We just left this place. When we walked in it look like it wasn't open. We ordered something simpler than the menu. I order cheeseburger plain with mayo only, fries. My husband ordered Michelin burger no cheese. My burger was cold and dripping with mayo. My husbands very cold. The fries were cold and nasty. We were the only ones there. Our food should have been pipping hot! Oh and they were out of almost all canned sodas. The decor? What decor? Also I condiments on the table. No salt, pepper napkins. I would Not recommend them to anyone. And I would Never go back. We never finished our food. We threw it away. read more

So its soft open not really set up and menu is bare bones. However the food itself is great bun was fresh and airy and held up really well. Seasoning on my double regular was perfect and burger patties were crispy and perfect. The fries were perfect and the seasoning on those was great as well. For a can soda fries and a massive double cheeseburger it was 16 dollars. Well woth it. Staff and management was really friendly despite being busy getting things setup. The restaurant itself is a little dark from the previous restaurant that was here. I'm not 100% sure of what I think of this place and really want to give it a 3.5 for now. I'm going with 4 stars because I have to admit that there was slightly more about the food that I liked than things I didn't like. The single patty Michelin burger, no cheese, is pretty tasty and seems to have some sort of unique seasoning that I just can't place, but after a few bites, I decided that I liked it. The problem is that, overall, the burger was very...flat. Literally, the height of the burger was little more than an inch tall. The patty was adequate, but the tomato and onion were just small thin slices with just one single wilted leaf of lettuce. I couldn't even see any veggies when I first unwrapped the burger. The buns were mashed down. I rate this 4 stars for overall flavor, 2 for composition, 1 for visual appeal. Sadly, this burger would never qualify for recognition in the Michelin guide, so I'm not sure why they call it that. The fries were an ample serving of fairly crispy shoestrings that could easily be split between 2 people (or keep you out of trouble if you eat half of them on the drive home.) The place just opened, and it looks like they have more to do before it really looks like a fast casual restaurant. The place is practically bare except for the tables. I ordered at the "bar", and the guy had to walk to the back to get the order. Don't get excited, there's no real bar, it's just a leftover from the previous restaurant in this location. The menu is small (burgers, chicken sandwich, hotdog, fries, canned sodas - that's it) The service was pleasant. I'm going to give these guys some more time to get going and then go back to see if anything has changed. Perhaps they will order more vegetables, so they don't have to ration them. read more

Love a good burger and now that smash burgers are the new craze I've been on the hunt to find some real deal quality smash burgers and luckily some friends had recently moved into the area because I was lead to Nice Guys Burgers in Riverside and on the walk up my nose was getting mouthwatering scents coming from the restaurant and I knew we were in for a treat. The burgers were well seasoned, juicy and flavorful and the French fries felt like prime McDonald's but even better seasoned. It's hard to accurately judge the quality of the food because so much of it relies on getting it in a timely manner. The wait was about an hour. I only ordered 2 burgers and a side of fries. Burger burnt and somehow cold. Fries were extremely greasy and somehow undercooked. It tasted like it could be a fine burger if it wasn't a little burnt. Price was decent. Our first time here and everything was excellent. The owner even came out to talk to us and he is, just like their name says, a very Nice Guy! The burgers were juicy, had a great charbroil flavor and buns were very soft. My daughter even said this was one of the best burgers she's ever had, and shes hard to please. New spot- guy taking orders and running around was extremely polite and nice. Tried the burger with their special sauce and it was outstanding. Definitely would get the double next time. Since it is new, the ambiance can use some help. TVs, music, etc. Sure this will come along. I'd also add one more person to be on the register to help.
