Parking: generous sized lot right off the main road with a turning lane for piece of mind [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor: rustic yet modern and stylish with exposed beams, fantastic color combinations with reserved yet stylish art and accents throughout the entire location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff: we had Gabe at the bar to start and his drink knowledge and customer experience is on point. When we were seated on the patio...the enclosed patio space is such a nice touch...our server was Abby. She knows everything on the menu and her attention to detail was something I truly wish other places taught their staff...and the best part was she wasn't hovering...she just knew when to replenish our drinks and to do "check-ins"! Food: started with steak egg rolls cut at an angle and do well yummy! The freshly made meatballs were so tender yet so flavorful that I could have ordered more and been done. On to the entree's my ribeye was so well prepared...dare I say PERFECT which I don't say often in my reviews...that I didn't even use the added sauces! My colleague let me try her steak with garlic cheese topped...OMG!!!! The sides...multi colored carrots on a pesto base, shaved Brussels and garlic mash! It was so delish that I actually asked to give thanks to the chef that created all these masterpieces and Chef Matt came to the table and I didn't know where to start with the praise but I am glad I had the chance to truly appreciate the masterpiece menu! Drinks: cocktails with so many types of rums, tequila, bourbon that they can meet anyone's needs...the wine list is spectacular too. We wrapped up dinner with a Stag's Leap Artemis. Overall: I found my go to when I'm in the area, without a second thought!!! Check out the pics below!!

Well, we all know how much of a fan I am with Nick's Steakhouse. Just had another PHENOMENAL dinner! I can't stop. Never had anything I didn't like and can't make any of it at home, which is unique. Exceeds expectations every time. So full and had to bring food home. Excellent staff, of course.

Never had less than a perfect experience! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Whether we eat at the bar, or in the dining room, the ambience is perfect![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is amazing, service amazing. Best steak you Could ask for! The dessert??? Well, the picture doesn't do it justice!

What a phenomenal experience! From the moment we walked in - being greeted by Nick the owner, Gabe the bartender, the owners wife, and our waitress - service was exceptional. We arrived early to our reservations to spend time at the beautiful bar and get a flight of bourbon. Their selection is amazing !! They also carry two single barrel picks from Old Forester and Markers Mark. The flights are very reasonable. Sitting at the bar chopping it up with Gabe is what really made the experience. Such an asset to the restaurant. He even made my wife an off the menu cocktail that she absolutely loved! After spending some time at the bar our table was ready. Our waitress was so nice and kind. Attentive and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is cozy but felt special.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was great, they accommodated all our requests, and never made us feel like we were being rushed. I wish I lived closer because the overall experience we had here was second to none. I still plan on visiting as soon as possible just to come back here!

Finally got to try Nick's and we're so glad we did. Service was lovely and the steaks were superb in our opinion. Will definitely go again.

Second time at Nick's last night was delish! We started with the cheesesteak eggrolls which were so good - we got them last time too. For our dinner, I got the 5oz filet with au poivre and Jake got the ribeye with bearnaise. We shared the asparagus and the garlic mashed potatoes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Drinks and dessert were great, as was the service and environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

32 ounce Tomahawk steak. We split it. Awesome

The best steak I've ever had. 4 of us all left saying the same thing. Awesome. Amazing. Spectacular. The service was solid. 5/5 . The ambiance was very nice. It's an older house converted to a restaurant. The tables are well spaced, the air conditioning excellent, the lighting perfect. I got the sangria to start, calamari - perfect and a little spicy too! We also had a tuna tartar with avocado. Oh my. My wife and I split a tomahawk steak ... 32 ounces. $115. Amazing. Cooked too perfection. And a house salad. The other couple had 2 steaks also. And loved it. A great glass of Malbec with the steak, and then some Hennessey VSOP. The whole meal cost about $150/ person including taxes and tip

Bone In Tomahawk 22 oz. Fantastic!

Sat at the bar with the wife. I have no idea why this place is not 5 stars. Bartenders were both very sweet and attentive. Drinks were great. I got the bone in tomahawk. It was fantastic. Wife got the 5 oz filet. We had brussel sprouts, mushrooms for sides. Burrata and french onion soup for apps. Everything we ate was fantastic. The one downside was no espresso machine for after dinner. But i wont downgrade the restaurant on that alone. A+!

Nick's steakhouse is an excellent addition to the York, ME restaurant scene. I highly recommend sitting at the well-appointed bar & ordering from all available food menus. (Those mini beef wellingtons were delightful...along with some solid cocktails) My highest compliments to both the owner & the chef for executing their vision in such an inspiring way, especially for the area...I truly hope this restaurant ups-the-ante for all surrounding establishments. I will 100% be dining here again!

No big deal, I was a party of one, and they were quite busy on the Saturday night that I went. Service is impeccable, really no complaints there. The food came out fast, even though they were quite busy. The food was great as well, though I wasn't a particularly big fan of the wood-fired beets (if you like horseradish on beet, you would like them). Fried oysters were great, I mean really good. Spaghetti with guanciale is absolutely incredible; key lime pie similarly amazing. Overall, I'll be back here. Plan to spend at least $50 per person. What a great location.

Choice for Dinner, skip the Holidays…read more We came here once before and had a really good experience, which is why we decided to book a 2:00 PM reservation to celebrate Mother's Day. We understood it would be a limited holiday brunch menu instead of the regular dinner menu, which was fine. However, by the time we sat down to order, almost all of the options were already sold out. Our entire table basically had to order the exact same thing because there was nothing else left. The space is lovely and it's a nice spot for a regular dinner, but they were definitely not equipped for the holiday rush. Don't go for Mother's Day.

The place itself looks fantastic, with crisp linen tablecloths and warm table lamps that give it a classy, cozy feel as soon as you sit down. Every piece of meat was cooked perfectly, from the first slice to the last, and the variety was incredible. The staff kept checking on us just enough to make sure we had everything we wanted, but never in an annoying or pushy way. You're given cards with "yes" on one side and "no" on the other, so you can control when they offer you more food. With the "yes" side up, the servers bring you a steady stream of delicious meats; flip it to "no" when you need a break. I ate way too much, too fast, simply because everything was so good. We already can't wait to go back. Ogunquit has a lot of great places to eat, but make sure you try this one--At Bonissoni Brazilian Steakhouse should absolutely be on your list. She would not eat adult food and nothing was offered for children. No chicken nuggets no plain pasta. Nothing she got a chocolate milk. The rest of the dinner was great. My only request would be to get some other appetizers. I know it's a Brazilian restaurant, but not everybody eats polenta, yuca, or fried plantain , brazillion beans, feijoada or anything to that effect. I think they should have a few other American things on there besides broccoli and asparagus, carrots would be nice, maybe some stuffed mushrooms., street corn. The honey cheese we tried we tried the honey cheese was not that great. I do have to say probably the best thing is the pineapple.. there should be other options for salads. We have been to Brazilian restaurants down in Cape Cod with huge buffet salad bars with cheese all kinds of other options. Besides, just meet on a spit., it was mac & cheese. There was all kinds of different salads and fruits. I think if you added more of these things or had an area where you could set up some of these things and people could help themselves I think you would have a lot more people in this restaurant. Debby I think you need to mix it up a little bit and add a bunch of different sides Thank you

His replies were delayed, his tone was monotone, and he did not seem confident with the menu. When my wife asked if they had the blueberry beer, he took the menu from the table and stood there reading it silently instead of checking with the bartender. Later, when my wife went to modify a dish, he said he was not sure they could do that. She told him, "I know they can. I do this every time I am here," and that is when he mentioned he had only been working there a few months. It explained the uncertainty, but it did not make the interaction smoother. The strangest moment was when I said I did not like the club soda. He came back and said, "Since you do not like the club soda you will not like the flat water, so I brought you a sparkling bottle instead since it is the same price." It was not rude. It was simply a very odd assumption and not something I have ever had a server decide on their own. On the positive side, the star of the meal, and honestly every time we come, is the shrimp cocktail. Huge shrimp served over crushed ice with cocktail sauce and extra horseradish. The shrimp were incredibly fresh, very firm, and had that perfect crunch with each bite. Absolutely delicious. The kitchen continues to deliver, and the rest of the staff seemed great, but the service at our table did not match the usual experience. We will be back for the food, especially that shrimp cocktail, but hopefully with a more confident and consistent front of house experience next time.
