Worker especially the lady chef who gave me attitude when I pointed out that my bowl spicy tuna bowl was missing the avocados ..."we are low" so your bowl has no avocados...instead of apologizing she gave me attitude and told me to sit elsewhere...this is from the chair at my hospital that I'm having lunch. So rude I just want her to realize error and says I'm sorry for charging you $17 + instead of being rude Good food but attitude got to go

Variety of sushi burrito, tried the dragon one, with BBQ eel, shrimp tempura and crab meat, it tasted good.

The meat was heated right in front of me and was incredibly juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The salsas paired perfectly with the burrito, and everything was made and rolled to order. The stand itself is small, but the staff was friendly, respectful, and efficient. Even with a line when I arrived, they prepared my food quickly without sacrificing quality. I'll definitely be coming back.

For around $10, you're getting a burrito that's practically the size of your face and packed with flavor. The carne asada is the star of the show. It has an amazing char, is perfectly seasoned and tastes fresh every single time. The atmosphere is great too. Good music, friendly staff, and a hardworking crew that always seems to have a smile on their faces. They have a self serve toppings bar with plenty of options, and while some people may be hesitant about that at a taco stand, everything is always clean and well maintained. I've eaten here many times and have never had an issue. The sauces are absolutely fire. The guacamole sauce, spicy green salsa and red hot sauce all bring something different to the table. Nothing tastes old or like it's been sitting around. Everything tastes fresh and is made with care. This has become our go to spot. We've tried a lot of taco stands and food trucks throughout Los Angeles, and honestly, nothing else has come close.

These were truly the epitome of street tacos and absolutely nothing about the vibe, the service, and the FOOD, disappointed. Immediately upon arrival, I noticed the long line of people and said to myself, either this place is really good or really slow. It took me longer to decide what I wanted to try than what it took for the line to move and for it to be my turn to order. So yea, these folks are FAST and very courteous as well. They have real Al Pastor on the trompo (the spit) so of course I ordered pastor tacos and a pastor mulita. I also ordered a few SUADERO tacos which you don't find just anywhere. I am still raving about the amount of meat and flavor of the food here, it's insanely delicious. Once you get your food you make your way down to the end of the taco stand where you are met with an amazing array of fresh taco fixings and salsas. The pink creamy-habanero was the best and the green/red salsas followed right behind. I can't wait to go back to this place. It's mind blowing how a stand on the side of the road puts out better quality food than a brick/mortar taco shop..but these guys know exactly what they are doing and it was a pleasure to try their food. 20 out of 10 for this place.

I do like how they grill their meat though and they use the tortillas to scoop up the meat on the grill. Thought the al pastor was a bit salty and the cheese did not add much flavor to it, but that's probably a good thing considering the saltiness of the meat. Also, make sure you ask them for pineapples since they did not include it until we asked. They do have them sliced up in a container by the meats. Ambience is very casual and it's a stand while eating type of situation. Service was quick.

The food cart specializes in blue corn quesadillas. [Parking]: Metered street parking is available or just park at LADOT Lot 643. [Atmosphere]: Takeout only and our party ended up eating the quesadilla in my car. [Ordering]: One of the ladies took my order and another lady did the grilling. Once the quesadillas are ready, customers can add various condiments like cactus, mild salsa, red salsa, and cilantro. The cart is quite popular and our party had to wait approximately 15 minutes on Sunday at 6:15 PM. All quesadillas are cooked to order and the lady manually pressed every blue corn tortilla by hand. [Menu]: The cart offers chicken, pork, chorizo, squash blossoms (flor de calabaza), chicharrón, potato, and huitlacoche (corn smut, or the "Mexican truffle"). Customers can mix and match fillings like chorizo and potato. *** Squash Blossom Quesadilla ($8): The order came with an extra piece of skirt steak. This quesadilla tasted much better than I had expected and it was actually quite delicious. I was a big fan of the mild green salsa and it definitely enhanced the overall flavor. *** It was an unexpected street food find and I can actually see myself revisiting this food cart and try different quesadilla options whenever I am in the Echo Park area.

Her late night bacon wrapped hot dogs were unbelievably delicious and reminded me of an incredible moment in my life back in the 1980s. The flavors were out of this world and are something I will never forget. Tasting the hot dog lady's late night bacon wrapped hot dogs in Echo Park brought me back to that moment decades ago.
