Ate lunch at the new location last week. I had number eaten there food and was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was very tasty and the chip cooked to perfection. Great service and location with ample outdoor sitting.

Overall good place for a quick breakfast and coffee. They have tons of drink options and signature drinks. We had the sugar britches and funky monkey. Sugar britches is vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon it was great. The funky monkey is chocolate, peanut butter, and banana. It was good but you could only taste the chocolate. The breakfast sandwich and wrap are awesome. Next time I'm going to get the tacos because the looked amazing as well. They also have light lunch sandwiches and a few bakery options.

Lunch today at No Filter Cafe in Garner, North Carolina. We just happened to be in the area and looking for a quick lunch. Great atmosphere with a neat vibe. Friendly service and really great food! My husband had the Why-Yu Ugly Burger and he said it was cooked to perfection, not over cooked or under cooked, with tons of flavor! The fries were wonderful too! I had the Wafflewich and it was delicious with a touch of sweetness to the waffles. We both agreed it was a place we would eat at again and again!

No Filter (formerly Ugly Mug) in Garner feels like a great breakfast and brunch spot that also happens to serve coffee. The drink menu is huge, and it's clearly geared more toward flavored latte lovers than coffee purists. If you like creative, dessert-style drinks, you'll have plenty to choose from. Drinks: I ordered a cortado, but it came out more like a breve. Not a big deal, but not quite what I was expecting. I also tried The Alchemist -- an iced latte with white chocolate, English toffee, and raspberry. It was enjoyable, but definitely flavor-forward, with the syrups taking center stage more than the espresso. Food: This is where the place really shines. I ordered the chicken biscuit with Sriracha hot honey, and it was excellent. Crispy chicken, a great biscuit, and the sweet heat from the sauce tied everything together perfectly. Overall: If you're looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot with lots of fun drink options, No Filter is a solid choice. If you're hunting for a specialty coffee experience focused on the coffee itself, this probably isn't the destination -- but the food alone makes it worth the stop.

Two lattes and a mug shot.

Consistently the best cup of coffee in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The food is mediocre and way overpriced. I paid $17 for a large cold brew and a mugwitch breakfast sandwich. The coffee tasted burnt and bitter. I won't be coming back

Best bang for your buck and palette! Walking in this cafe, you're met with the smell of freshly baked goods, lots of life with bustling customers for a Sunday brunch. This Ugly Mug hands down had the best food I've ever had at a coffee shop cafe. We were so impressed with the quality, taste, presentation, and prices. The chocolate and strawberry foam mocha latte was so delicious. I inhaled it before being able to snap a photo. Service was overall excellent. It was funny when I asked about the "wrap" used for the breakfast wrap and they responded a tortilla. I'm still confused why not called a breakfast burrito. Nevertheless, 100% will be returning!

This place has good eats and great coffee. I would say this place is a bit loud. If I needed to study or wanted to "work from home" it wouldn't be the place for me. You walk in, you order from the counter and then take a seat if you're eating in. They bring your food to the table but you grab your drinks from the counter. The parking can get a bit crazy. There are lots of business in the same area. So it's not always easy to find a spot.

I've been trying to get here for over a year now and finally made it today. The music was good but the vibes of the employees were off. To give them the benefit of the doubt, it's close to closing time and my chai tea was yummy (half way filled to the rim) I probably wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry, not sorry.

Breakfast Tacos (3) with sausage egg and pimento cheese
    Marie S.

What a Great place! Plenty of parking. You can sit inside or out. I got my order for eat in. A very friendly man delivered it to our table. Best coffee I have had. I don't like coffee that is full of flavored creamer or extra sugars- I like coffee, touch of oat milk. Their coffee is delicious! I also had the 3 tacos- sausage, egg and pimento cheese. Overall they were good, the egg was so thin I couldn't taste it at al. The pimento cheese and sausage had good flavor.

So we pulled off, took out the trusty Yelp app, and this place popped up. Pulling it, it was clear that they were popular and busy. We went in and there was a wait, about 15 minutes. We decided to hang around instead of worrying about "making good time" and are glad we did. Once we got a seat, we received great service. Our server always kept our drink full, and checked on us just enough. We never felt like we were searching for her. Looking at the menu, I was surprised to see that the prices were not unreasonable, even though it's a very trendy place. in fact, they had a $10ish lunch menu available with a few selections that even included a drink. I was more in a lunch mood so I went that direction, and got a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Food came out hot and in a reasonable time even with a full restaurant, so this is a well oiled machine. For the price, I was pretty impressed. I would say the sandwich was about the size of your average CFA chicken sandwich, but had a bold buffalo flavor that I liked a lot. They didn't skimp on the fries, and the ranch complemented it perfectly. We finished up and our server was on top of things getting us the check, so really we still made "good time" on our drive to the coast. I would recommend Brunches to travelers and locals alike!

We were expecting a cute brunch spot, but this really wasn't that at all. The whole experience just felt pretty underwhelming. They also have a 2% service charge buried in the fine print on the menu. That's the only place it's mentioned unless you specifically ask about it when paying. When you go to pay, they don't give you an itemized bill either. You're just shown the total after taxes and the service fee, along with a recommended 30% tip. The waiter said the 2% fee was for credit card payments, but I hadn't even taken my wallet out yet when he mentioned it, so I'm not convinced that's true. Overall, just not a great experience and definitely not worth the price.
