Stopped in during their soft opening while we were in the area. The space caught us off guard at first-it wasn't fully furnished yet and had more of a dark, club-like atmosphere. Definitely not your typical coffee and tea shop. We ordered a fruit tea (my husband enjoyed it), a coffee with egg cream, and a matcha with boba. The coffee was strong-but in a good way -and the egg cream added a nice balance of salty and sweet. The matcha was decent; my daughter mentioned it could've been a little sweeter. Overall, a solid start. Curious to see how the space and menu come together once they're fully up and running.

I had a good experience at Noa Coffee and Tea (West Covina). I ordered the Signature Phin Coffee ($5.25 - Normal Price, $4.20 - Soft Opening Price). It's coffee with cacao cream. Surprisingly, it tastes like a dark chocolate malt shake with caffeine. It's very dessert-like. (Important: Currently, this NEW location has a Soft Opening Discount - 20% Off Everything! Good deal.) I arrived at Noa Coffee and Tea (West Covina) on Saturday (around 1:02PM). Parking is easy. The lot is wide with many spots. Staff interaction felt nonexistent sine Staff regularly stays in the back. Customers primarily order at the two self-service kiosks. Staff briefly appears to drop off the drink when ready. My coffee took two minutes and 24 seconds. Very fast! As mentioned, I ordered the Signature Phin Coffee ($5.25 - Normal Price, $4.20 - Soft Opening Price). I felt a light burst of caffeine; however, I'd more-so compare this coffee to a dessert or shake. Regardless, it's a very tasty, sugary indulgence. This drink reminded me of dark chocolate with notes of coffee. It has the low utility of a Starbucks Frappuccino, but its ingredients' quality is leaps ahead. It's a decent gateway coffee. Regarding ambiance, Noa Coffee and Tea (West Covina) is clean, loud, and bare. Since it's the "soft opening" stage, there's location is very empty. Currently, there are no tables; however, there's seven small chairs. In addition, the music is loud like a nightclub. Fortunately, there's a gender neutral restroom in the back. However, at its current state, this is a very poor place to study/work. With time, I'm confident that this will improve. If visiting, expect an order-and-leave experience. Overall, I appreciated my experience at Noa Coffee and Tea (West Covina). There's genuine potential within those walls. Also, the affordable prices and good quality ingredients leave me hopeful. If curious, I cheerfully recommend. 4.6 out of 5

    Signature Phin against pretty interior.

I got the Signature Phin 50% sweet. The house made top foam is thick and creamy, like a milk shake. Very coffee forward espresso. Perfectly layered. Mouth orgasm. Easy self ordering Kiosk. Beautiful space just awaiting their furnishing. Feels like a sexy nightclub with its dark walls and red lighting. Totally my vibe. . Will be back! Happy a glam coffee shop now exists in the area. Soft opening with discount occurring right now.

Saw a sign that they were having a soft opening, 20% off drinks so I stopped by. They are offering 20% discount till early April when they have their grand opening. They told me that they work on building the space out after grand opening since there's no furniture inside, just 2 self kiosks. The space is sleek and cool bringing similar cafe vibes in OC to WC. Friendly staff welcomed me in, recommended drinks, and quick service. I got the Mango Probiotic Fizz with 50% sugar and it was refreshing and perfect with the heat wave. I'll be back to try some caffeinated drinks soon.

When you walk in, the ambience is nice but would have liked some kind of seating while I waited for my drink. Kiosks are a plus since you can order and pay for your own drink. There's also a loyalty program thats quick to sign up for. The drinks were pretty good. The Signature phin was great. Like a Vietnamese Daytona. Strong like we like it. The matcha leaned more on the bland side. Smooth but could have used a little more sweetness. Strawberry was approved by the neice and was a blend of creamy and sweet. Service was great. No complaints. As a soft opening, not bad. Will need to come back when business is in full bloom.

Silky matcha with coffee jelly and Phin coconut coffee

Drove by Noa in West Covina and decided to stop in on a whim. When we pulled up, we noticed they're currently in their soft opening phase. Inside, the space is huge, a little dark, and definitely gives off some club vibes. Their grand opening is still a couple of weeks away, so for now the shop feels like a blank canvas while they wait for their furniture to arrive. Even so, the person behind the counter was very friendly and took the time to explain the timeline to us. We were also really impressed by their extensive drink menu. There were so many amazing options that it was honestly hard to choose. My husband went with the Phin Coconut Coffee, a smooth coffee topped with blended coconut and toasted coconut. I ordered the Silky Matcha with 0% sweetness and coffee jelly. I love coffee jelly, and this was one of the best I've had. Despite it only being their soft opening, the drinks were delicious and came out in a reasonable amount of time. While we waited, we enjoyed the upbeat music, and my son had fun dancing around the open space. We're definitely looking forward to their grand opening and coming back to try more drinks.

We stopped at Noa Coffee and Tea. The spot has the potential to be a unique shop, once they are fully prepared for their grand opening. There are ample parking spots. Noa Coffee offers 20% off everything during their soft opening. There are some art works on the wall, but I am excited to see the whole art decoration. There are few seating available They have two kiosk to order. I didn't see any staff around except a young lady who gave us the drinks when they were ready. She was nice and friendly. The service was fast. They have different assortment of drinks. You can choose the level of sweetness. Their menu includes signature kaffee, multiple matcha drinks, crafted milk, fusion drinks, strawberry rush, mango rush, probiotic drinks and more. We ordered Silky mango matcha (75% sweetness). The tropical sweetness of mango balanced the earthy taste of matcha. The drink was creamy, rich and refreshing. I really enjoyed the drink and the experience. Definitely, I will be back to try more drinks.

NAO Coffee is already off to a strong start I tried the sea salt coffee and really enjoyed it--the cold foam was smooth and not overly salty, and the coffee itself was nice and strong, definitely something that'll wake you up. Ordering is super easy with two kiosk screens, and right now they're offering a discount on drinks, which is a nice bonus. They're still in their soft opening phase, so there's no seating just yet, but the space has a cool, dark ambiance with some unique art sculptures on the side. I'd give it a solid 4/5--excited to come back, try more drinks, and see how it evolves once they're fully open.

    Signature Phin & Egg Coffee

This coffee shop has so much potential and it reminds me of the Little Engine that Could. Hmmm, but the meaning of soft opening is something I think they misunderstood. Check it because I definitely know and if I lie then my nose will grow! Even though it already is but this is what I think of the biz. A feedback collection so they have a chance to fix the few issues. The interior should appear about 90 to 95 percent complete focusing on a clean and functional atmosphere. I'm not going to go on but I'm sure you get the picture. It's the business moto not mine but if you think I'm being an A to the hole then look it up yourself and boom. But I can honestly say the vibe is definitely a cool one if it were complete along with the playlist. The drinks are legit and you know I ordered two of them. The first drink I had was their Signature Phin and this was a cross between a melted chocolate shake with coffee. Kinda sweet but good. Next I had the Egg Coffee and this was another legit drink. The coffee creeps up on you like a caffeine ninja and has you out like an assassin! LoL! The service is non existent since you have to order from a kiosk. So much for interaction. Don't be lame and up your coffee game if you want fame in your name. Hopefully when I return months later they turn this place into something special. And that's my take, Peace.

Egg Coffee and Lychee Green Tea
    Jay C.

Currently in their soft opening so the place is pretty empty except for two kiosks and a few chairs to sit on while waiting. Not much staff interaction since ordering conveniently takes place via the kiosk but they were friendly when handing out the drinks. I tried the Egg Coffee at 50% sugar and the Lychee Green tea at 75% sugar. While the lychee green tea was nothing to write home about, they certainly are not messing around with their coffee! The lychee green tea was average and I would have preferred some actual lychee bits in the drink especially since the picture on the menu showed it. The egg coffee on the other hand, was great. Coffee was very strong, but tasted amazing, not bitter or overpowering. There is a hint of sweetness from the egg foam which complements the coffee perfectly. Would surely come back to try their other coffee drinks.

    Egg Coffee and Phin Caramel
    Zar P.

Place is in their soft opening stage so inside does not have furniture yet. There are 7 chairs and 2 kiosks. Only time you interact with staff is to pick up the drink. Drinks are 20% off right now. We got egg coffee and phin caramel, both at 50% sweet. Coffee is pretty strong. I do not like very sweet so 50% was good for me which may be too bitter for others. They don't put a lot of ice in their drink either.

    Silky Matcha & Phin Brown
    Iman A.

The signature Phin is damn good. It's a mix of rich, creamy cacao foam on top of their signature coffee. It's so good that I want it every day. Oh Noa Coffee what have you done to me?

Signature Phin, Phin Brown, Taro Rush
    Tiquet W.

I don't usually write reviews for coffee or boba spots but this place completely broke that habit. I stumbled upon Noa Coffee by chance while having lunch nearby, and I'm honestly glad I did. From the moment we walked in, the setup felt refreshingly unique and different from the usual coffee shop vibe. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the owner personally greeting us with genuine enthusiasm. On our first visit, we tried their signature drinks: the Signature Phin and the Phin Brown. Both were absolutely next-level. Rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. If you're someone who appreciates a strong, full-bodied coffee with real depth of flavor, this place delivers in a way that's hard to find. I ordered mine at 50% sugar, which was perfect, but you can easily adjust to no sweetness and still enjoy the full intensity. Since then, I've come back multiple times and sampled other drinks but somehow, I always circle back to the Phin Brown. It's that good ‍. Honestly, it's a must!

They also have the standard fully customizable menu with Americanos, cappuccinos, mochas, cold brews, etc. My fiancé chose Pressed + Flower to be our Sunday morning treat, knowing I am a sucker for anything cold and sweet while the sunshine is out. We got a Cold Brew w/ Cold Foam + Pandan Vietnamese Coffee to sit inside. Originally we were just planning for a quick to-go order but decided to stay to enjoy their ambiance. The interior is decked out to be just like their menu - fun and whimsy. Upon entering, I was immediately distracted by all the shoppable decor items like their huge mugs, candles, glassware, stickers, and crocheted animals. See, aren't they fun? I would've stayed in this shoppable section for longer and bought something if I weren't so coffee-deprived, but didn't end up purchasing a crocheted animal, although I really wanted to. My first impression walking in was just how cute the space was and how committed they are to the anime theme. The restaurant is fun, welcoming, and clearly designed with fans in mind. We ordered at the counter and were helped by very friendly staff, who I believe may actually be the owners. As a matcha lover, I was excited to see so many different matcha options on the menu. I opted for the Mango Matcha, and from the color alone I could tell it was going to be a rich, quality matcha. The matcha itself was strong and flavorful, while the mango foam was incredibly delicious. The pieces of dried mango on top were a great finishing touch. My husband ordered the Meliodas Wrath, an iced latte topped with banana cream, and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious. The banana flavor came through beautifully, and the little banana meringue on top was a fun and tasty addition. For food, my husband ordered the Rengoku Bento, which included rice, flavorful beef, a boiled egg, gyoza, and vegetable egg rolls. The gyoza and egg rolls were both crispy and delicious, and the entire meal was well executed. I ordered the Luffy Steak & Eggs, which came with perfectly scrambled eggs, rice, avocado, incredibly flavorful beef, grilled onions, and a house-made salsa that was honestly one of the highlights of the meal. The salsa tied everything together and added a great depth of flavor. The seasoning and sauce on the beef were bold and intense. Personally, I found that I needed the rice to balance the flavors, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I simply do not eat a lot of rice, so I found the dish worked best when everything was eaten together. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit. Between the fun atmosphere, friendly service, creative menu, and excellent matcha drinks, it is a spot I look forward to returning to. I will definitely be back to work my way through the rest of their matcha offerings.
