This place has the cutest aesthetics but I think it's hard to recreate what it looks like on the menu. It does take a while for the dessert to come out so you can chill in the limited seating area or wait outside. I got the Dubai soft serve - the soft serve is nice and light but for what it was I wish they loaded it up more w toppings. It was like a small dusting of pistachio instead of what they show in the picture. Also, I noticed that there was a huge gap in the middle of the dessert so the ice cream is not as much as you're expecting
Thank you Nobibi for meeting my sweet tooth and making creamy and deliciously sweet ice cream. My co worker and I got the biscoff and Oreo ice cream they are all in cups and drizzled with the appropriate toppings. In the bottom there are Frosted Flakes which was a surprise. I loved the biscoff as they had crumbles inside and they had a drizzle of caramel. The place has lots of seating and the customer service was great.
AMBIANCE: Cute late-night dessert spot in Convoy. Has small table seating, but can get crowded. You order using their self-serve kiosk and they call out your order. SERVICE: Friendly staff and desserts came out quick. I didn't hear exactly what one of the guys said when I picked up my 2nd cotton candy order (it was that good LOL) but it was along the lines of "you guys must really like cotton candy" and was pretty funny. FOOD: I LOVE cotton candy and will always get it whenever available. They make the cotton candy when you order so it's fresh and for $7, I think it's worth it (although it is literally just sugar). They also have drink pairings where you can get a boba drink with cotton candy on top.

They give a pretty big amount I feel like two can def share. I didn't know that it was a chain because it's my first time trying it. They have pretty interesting/ trendy flavors like matcha and I think I saw something with Dubai chocolate not too sure and they even have drinks. This would be perfect for summer and it wasn't too sweet which is the highest compliment a dessert can get imo! There are couple tables to sit at, could possibly fit a bigger group. Parking was rough because I went on a weekend but service is pretty fast. It's in a nice plaza with tons of places to eat around!
Crowded! Friday night is hopping at Nobibi!! Even being crowded, they were friendly and fast. We waited only about 5 minutes for our treats. They're made fresh for each order so that's pretty impressive. My wife really loved her Biscoff. I tired it as well and it was very good! My choco was good but I was not a fan of the cone. I assumed it was a traditional waffle cone but I think it ma have been a matcha waffle cone. Definitely not the sweet crunch I was expecting. I will say, this is 100% my opinion and taste preference. The ice cream was delicious and the cone was super crisp, just not for me. Would absolutely grab another sweet treat from Nobibi but would go cup or one of their custom creations.
The desserts we ordered were delicious! Our favorite was the mango milk ice cream bubble puff, the ice cream had a really strong mango flavor and was very creamy but still light enough that we finished the entire dessert. Really great service as well, we were there catching up with friends so we sat for a good two hours and the staff were super nice. Highly reccomend this dessert spot!

Otherwise, great place to kill time. Parking is also technically not free. There's a lot of seating instead, great for small groups. They offer a pretty basic dessert drink/soft serve menu with things like mango, chocolate, ube. Also seems like there could be seasonal/rotating items. I got the dubai chocolate softserve - appreciated the attempt at layering but could work on more layers of toppings because it's basically a kinda big cup of soft serve that mainly tastes like chocolate and not much pistachio.
We wanted a refreshing dessert after dinner, and decided to check out Nobibi. I didn't know they actually have quite a few locations, including Indonesia. I got the mango mellow ice cream ($7.99), and it came with crystal pearls and mango chunks spread pretty evenly throughout. The mango puree and cornflakes were mostly at the bottom of the cup so it got a bit too sweet in my last bites. My friend got the strawberry blush ($6.99) which had strawberries, crystal boba and cornflakes. It came with a good amount of strawberry slices, and even had two strawberry pocky sticks at the top. He enjoyed it! The service was pretty quick, and it had a good amount of tables for the amount of customers. The parking was tough because it's in the same plaza as Fire Spot, Tasty Noodle House, and Taco Stand. All in all, this is a solid dessert spot!

We tried the dairy free Dole strawberry mini cloud, it was so good!! I'd definitely order that flavor again! I also ordered the jasmine green tea. The tea was very strong even with sweetener. They have plenty of seating & one single bathroom. Staff is friendly. We will definitely return!
Parking in this plaza was insane. It's a paid lot. More parking on the street or nearby lots, both free and pre pay. This little dessert shop offered ice cream, shakes, cotton candy. We took our nephew and niece here specifically for cotton candy. I like that they offer different sizes but limited by color. Just pink or blue. It came in mini, large, dream cloud or mini cloud. The cotton acts as a "cloud" and surrounds the soft serve or other treats. You must order on the kiosk which was easy because of the photos but I had questions and no one was around to answer because they're all busy prepping orders. We also go: Avocado ice cream - crushed corn flakes, coconut flakes, fresh slices of avocado, vanilla soft serve not ice cream. This was good, not too sweet but $7.99 for a tiny cup was too much when only 1/4 of the avocado was used. Strawberry dole float - strawberry flavor dole whip in strawberry juice topped with 3 slices of fresh strawberries. The juice was too syrupy for me. It's a nice treat if you're already in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Only the cotton candy was worth it for the kids but I wish they made cartoon characters.

Their color-changing spoons was a nice little surprise! They turn purple when they touch something cold, how neat. Came here twice because it's walking distance from several restaurants. I wanted boba but I figured Nobibi would be a better option than TapEx. They actually don't offer brown sugar boba here, I guess they aren't really known for their drinks. I've tried the Roasted Milk Tea Brulee and the Matcha Biscoff Milk Tea. The Roasted Milk Tea Brulee was definitely better tasting. Even when I've ordered 50% sugar this drink comes out pretty much tasting like 100% sugar. I'm not too sure what I expected out of the Biscoff Matcha, the matcha quality was mid, and the Biscoff crumbles eventually got soggy and sank to the bottom of the drink. Definitely wouldn't come back for the Biscoff Matcha but out of the dessert places available in this plaza I would definitely choose Nobibi over TapEx anyday. Maybe next time I should try their soft serve
Pretty good restaurant! This place is on the newer end and I think it's a great addition to the area!! Located near Rakiraki, the fire spot, and the taco stand, parking here can be a bit tough. To rate the food, I got the strawberry blush with milk ice cream and others got the avocado ice cream and the soft serve! Overall everything was really good! I enjoyed my dish as I like strawberry but the flavor of mango was really nice in the soft serve. The service was nice and the food came out very quickly after ordering. Your desserts may come at different times even if you order under one name so just be warned f

First time trying this dessert shop, and it was so good! I'm a huge fan of anything Biscoff-related, so when I saw that dessert on the menu, I immediately ordered it. My friend got the popcorn toasted marshmallow ice cream, and she loved hers too. The shop itself was clean, modern, and well organized. Customers can order either at the counter or through the kiosk iPads on the side, which was really convenient. We visited close to closing time, so they were starting to wind things down and get ready to close for the night, but the service was still great. I can't wait to come back and try more of their sweet treats! They also specialize in sweet coffee drinks, which I'm excited to try next time. read more
The ice creams were refreshing and delicious especially after dinner. We ordered the Dubai chocolate ice cream and mango Melo. Service was great, we didn't wait in line as it was late already. this place is super cute and conveniently located next to a bunch of other food spots, so it's perfect to stop by after a meal for a little treat. i really like how unique everything is here. the drinks and ice cream (especially the black ice cream) are super aesthetic and fun, definitely a place you'd want to take pics at. service wise, i wouldn't say nothing too crazy, the staffs were nice. BUT i will say... the cone looks bigger than it actually is it's mostly the paper, so i was a little disappointed when i got it other than that, it's still a really cute spot. they have a good variety of drinks and ice cream flavors, so there's a lot to choose from. overall, a fun place to check out if you're in the area and want something sweet! read more

My friend brought me here because she knew I'd love it. I'm a huge ice cream fan, and she knows me so well! The soft serve was super creamy and rich, so good. The place itself is also really cute. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors. read more
There is authentic, stellar, delicious sweet spots such as Stellas, Handels. Then there are over the top carnival insane sugar spots such as nobibi. If you have 4-7 year olds they will love it here. My son got some ice cream cotton candy wackmobile. My daughter got strawberry dole with fruity pebbles? I'm a standard strawberry guy and I got the strawberry dole with apparently strawberry Fanta? One sip of that must have contained 75g of sugar. I just ate maybe 3 bites of the strawberry dole and was satisfied. The decor is cool. Everything seems to be aimed toward social media spreading these days. The fine details were a bit grimy. Mango sauce on the table, vanilla spills on the trash can, who knows what grime on the floors. Still a cool spot though. As an adult you could skip this, if you have kids it's a destination. read more

I actually found this place by accident. I was picking up my order from Raki Raki and saw the sign that mention ice cream and tea. SAY NO MORE! My all time go to fave boba with no boba is from Vanitea...I honey black tea with ice cream and cheese foam. So I figured they'd have something similar. Unfortunately they didn't....but the ninja ice cream cone caught my eye! I love black sesame ice cream so I wanted to try it! But luckily the person that took my order said it is more of a chocolatey flavor rather than a black sesame. So I asked for his top 3...the one I chose was the Biscoff sundae. It looked so good so I was like, eh let's give it a try. At first I was like ok, it's good, but it's like a basic sundae you get from anywhere. Then I hit the bottom. OMG THE CORNFLAKES WERE A GAME CHANGER! I wish I had known that was going to hit me like a wrecking ball and leave me wanting for more! It turned this sundae from a 3/5 to a definite 5 for me! The shop is nice and clean, good service and great suggestion! I'm stopping in again when I'm in the area! read more

I waited about 20-25 minutes for a bubble waffle. When I received it, it wasn't even a full waffle. I only got one side, and it was completely burned. A bubble waffle isn't supposed to be served like that. Please ask yourself: would you eat a bubble waffle like this if you were the customer? Putting yourself in the customer's shoes, this was really disappointing after such a long wait. I hope this doesn't happen to other customers. I'm still giving four stars because I think the food was generally good and the drink was okay. I hope this issue can be fixed so it doesn't happen again. read more
Maybe I don't get it but the flavor was off. Got a chocolate cone and it tasted somewhat like chocolate but they added some sort of spice to it. Didn't go well. It's not traditional ice cream. It's weird. If you want normal ice cream, go somewhere else. Workers were friendly and the ice cream (or whatever it is) came out quick. read more

Added Nobibi to my places to try after it popped up on my IG, and picked a perfect a warm summer day to visit. If you know the area, parking can be hard to find sometimes and Nobibi is nestled between lots of restaurants and a perfect stop for dessert. The interior has a clean and modern feel with mostly white furniture and some cute couches. What really impressed me is the menu - so many great creative options that made it hard to decide what to get but good thing the staff is so helpful here. They let me sample one of the ice cream flavors and I decided on the red bean & taro + chocolate twist, and my dessert partner got the popular Dubai chocolate. The other thing I would say about their menu is the prices are decent (especially after spending about $12 on a milkshake the other day). I concluded that the soft serve ice cream has a perfect amount of flavor and much attention to detail, making every creation beautiful. The only small comment I had is to add a little of the Dubai chocolate topping (kataifi I think) throughout or a layer on the bottom. But otherwise both ice creams were delicious. read more
This is a cute relatively new dessert spot in the heart of Convoy! It is located in the same plaza as Firespot and Obriens. We tried the strawberry blush and mango mellow ice cream desserts. Aesthetics are on point especially for the strawberry blush. I enjoyed the real fruit pieces in the desserts. They do lean on the sweet side and I typically prefer a more mild sweetness level for desserts. Overall was a solid experience. read more
The drinks and ice cream here are aesthetically pleasing. They are also delicious. I order oolong tea which is on the bitter side, I would recommend 100% sweetness if you do not like the bitterness. The coffee is STRONG! I needed something to kickstart my day and it did just the trick. I did want to caution that this place is locating in a busy plaza where the parking and drivers can be unhinged. Be patient looking for parking or try to find street parking to avoid the chaos. read more

I was really disappointed that my 6 dollar taro milk tea only had taro plastered around the sides. I had to scrape to get any flavor. It's just milk tea at this point. Honestly can go anywhere else for cheaper and a stronger flavor. :( the cup was pretty tho. read more
Had dinner across the street and walked over to get dessert. We tried their Mango and Dubai Chocolate sundaes and both were very good! The ice cream is creamy and not too sweet. The corn flakes are all on the bottom so I recommend trying to mix them when you're halfway down. Would definitely come again. read more
While the combinations looked interesting, the soft serve quality wasn't memorable. Unfortunately by the time we arrived, they were sold out of the caramel soft serve. There was a self serve tablet but I preferred ordering with the staff member at the front. Strangely we asked for a receipt and didn't receive one. Our name wasn't taken so we awkwardly watched the counter for our order. Other parties were called by number so I would keep the receipt. Spoons, napkins and straws were also self serve. *Ninja: the website advertised charcoal but we received choco. The soft serve left a strange film on my tongue and the chocolate flavor wasn't rich. It honestly tasted similar to those found in buffets. There was barely any pop rock topping and this combination was lackluster. *Egg Puff Ice Cream: had the most heft for the price. The egg puff came out hot and thick but the batter wasn't cooked well. The exterior was barely cooked through so there wasn't any crisp and the inside was mushy. I chose milk for the soft serve and it was creamy. *Flora: tasted like a fancier milk. I didn't care for the "flavored dust" but the chamomile had a pleasant scent. The included cone added some chocolate notes that didn't pair nicely. Overall, the base soft serve was good but the topping quality was mediocre. Nothing was special and I found each aspect done better in other locations in SD. The toppings need some improvement or at least taste less stale. The heart spoons and decor were cute but everything else needs work. read more

Was craving some soft serve and debating between McDonalds and Nobibi and decided to give them a shot. Since I'm a mango lover, ordered the Mango Mellow and chose the mango and milk ice cream for the base. The ice cream was delicious and not too sweet and the chunks of mango were a bonus. Wish the mango was a bit more ripe, but other than that a great place for unique ice cream flavors and combinations. read more
Such a great spot for some dessert. The girl behind the counter greeted us and advised that she was training a new staff member and that the process may be just a little longer than normal. That was really nice of her to advise us of this. The dessert came out very fast and the Dubai chivalry ice cream was so good. The cereal was on the bottom so once you get down a little, mix it up so you get some of that crunch with each bite. The mango ice cream our friends got was also delicious just make sure you don't forget to add the milk if you any it. The picture shows it but it doesn't come out that way unless you add it. The restaurant was very clean, organized and modern. We did have a hard time finding the garbage which was hidden behind a group of people but that was the only hiccup. Definitely will be back to try the egg puff ice cream. read more

We were taken care of right away! We stopped in for ice cream after seeing a TikTok review, and let me tell you--it definitely lived up to the hype. The pictures made the portions look small, but when our ice cream came out we were pleasantly surprised by how big they actually were. The ice cream was incredibly tasty, rich, and creamy. Everything tasted fresh and the portion size was more than worth it. Overall, a great experience with quick service and delicious ice cream. We will definitely be coming back for more! read more
Chill music. Nice design. Service was helpful and friendly. I ordered a pink unicorn which is essentially a strawberry shake with fresh strawberries. They have paper chain link decorations hanging from the ceiling that hang little lower and are not ideal for taller people so I had to duck but otherwise a nice first experience. read more

I've never had Dubai Chocolate before, so i'm no expert, but it was tasty, albeit seemed a bit pricey. Finally came to try this out! Visit was around 4 pm so it was not crowded at all. They have a pretty good variety of things from ice cream, to floats, to drinks, to even cotton candy! The interior is sooo cute and has so many different backdrops. Perfect for all those photos! Service as good but we opted to order on the self service kiosk which has images of items, extra details of what ingredients each item is created with, and also other specialty/seasonal items you would not know of otherwise. First item was a chocolate ice cream on a green cone with matcha sprinkle. First off, this was sooo cute! For me, the chocolate ice cream was good but nothing that wowed me. The matcha sprinkle I had was also a bit too chalky and overpowering for me, I should've opted without it. They can cute little flowers in it which I did not eat. My boyfriend has a bite and said it was bitter lol. Next he got the dole float. I'm not sure if this is the authentic dole whip-it might not be since it said dole ice cream?? Not sure but I still liked it but he said it was ok. The float itself-we were not a fan of. Of course the description is only on the kiosk which he didn't read. He thought it came with like a soda or something but it actually came with pineapple juice and pineapple jam I believe. It was like overload in pineapple. If you love pineapple that much, go for it! Last I got an oolong tea with mochi jelly 75% sweetness. Presentation was again so cute. Tastewise, the tea flavor was not that strong and for 75% sweetness it tasted pretty bland to me. The mochi jelly was good, I just wish they had boba. Overall, this was a cute little place. I'd come back to try a different drink. Ice cream flavor wise. Options are pretty limited. They do offer samples. read more
