Amazing restaurant. We always have a great time here and the food is delicious. Very vegetarian friendly and they offer many vegan options as well. We had the brussel sprouts, Cesar salad and the rigatoni with impossible meatballs. We stopped in without a reservation and sat at the community table. Mackenzie was our server and she was so delightful. The atmosphere was great and with the view of the open kitchen we got to see how much hard work and love the staff puts in to the food. Free Parking is a bit scarce around noon but our second pass around the lot we found one! Phew! Inside the a/c was cranking (glad I brought a sweater but should have worn pants) and the server came over quickly. Our server was very fast, helpful and I cannot say enough about him. The food also came within :10 hot and just as it said on the menu. The French toast was to die for (if you like sweet). The potatoes had a bit of onion and very tasty. I would recommend this!!! My husband was going to get the pancakes and our waiter said after a few bites...it is still pancakes... most folks cannot get enough of the French toast... he was right! Now, my avocado toast-skip it. It did come warm-ish but as it is toast, goes cold quickly. Plus, the poached eggs and the avocado had no real taste to it. No spice...tasted like hot water??? Since I gave one slice to my husband and I had the other... we each had a big bite... cannot send it back. Perhaps bring your favorite egg/avocado topping with you???? This place has been on my radar for a very long time now, and i'm so glad I finally went out to try them! This is an Italian restaurant with a Southern twist, and being that I'm a huge fan of both foods, I knew this place would be up my alley! It is a beautiful, wide, spacious place with a modern twist, yet manages to still somehow be very homey and inviting. Almost made me regret not sticking around to eat instead of takeout, but I have an adorable shih tzu puppy at home, so i went ahead and did take out. The staff was very inviting and friendly to me upon entering the building, and the lady taking my order was very patient as I perused the menu to see what I would like. I big plus because I'm awful at sometimes at making decisions at a new place unless I have my usual foods at a usual place I hang out, but this is a new experience, and I wanted to be sure I got something I'm sure I would like. Welp, the fried green tomatoes sounded pretty good and because I'm a big pizza and pasta kind of gal, I caved and went ahead with the shrimp carbonara because it sounds a little different. My cheery server took my order, and was great about bringing my food outside to me where I waited (and not at all very long, might I add). I got home, salivating over the flavor of the food. Definitely did not disappoint. Went for the fried green tomatoes first. It was topped with melted pimento cheese and pork belly with a little bit of microgreens for garnish. The tomato itself was perfectly crisp, but still managed to refreshing at the same time when I bit right into it so that way it had a good balance with the sweet and hearty pork belly and the creamy heat of the pimento cheese, which really elevated the dish to the next level. Next was the carbonara. It was very pleased that it was indeed not too heavy. Egg noodles (which I can tell are freshly made in house--I'd be shocked if they weren't because they sure tasted like it) sat atop a pretty generous portion of shrimp and sausage, finished with a mild sauce. Came here for brunch on Sunday with family before taking them to the airport. The outside of the building seems trendy, but the inside was even more impressive. We were immediately greeted and had a 10-15 minute wait for our table. Once we got our table our server was very friendly and helped us get our food quickly since we were on a tight timeline to have them catch their flight. I got the Short Rib Benny. It was so yummy! We all loved our food so much that we ended up eating every last bite on our plates. We were all impressed with the freshness of the food and the amazing flavors. Greeted by our waiter and placed our appetizer orders. Took forever for the apps (fried green tomatoes and garlic bread) to come out and our waiter didn't come take our food orders until after the apps arrived at the table. Garlic bread and fried green tomatoes were amazing! Fried green tomatoes here are one of my favs to get. Keep in mind that you get 2 for your app. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana with a side salad instead of pasta. The eggplant was delicious! Everything was just....fine. Hubby and I are new to the area and are trying different restaurants to find our new faves. We went to Noble Crust for dinner one night. Based on the name and outside aesthetic, we weren't expecting it to be an Italian/southern restaurant. I'm still not exactly sure how those two cuisines mesh, but it is what it is. We were seated next to the servers station and when we asked for a different table, nobody followed up with us. They just kind of....waited for us to forget about our request? I ordered a seasonal blueberry ginger mocktail. It was fine. For entrees we ordered the beef ragu and smashburger. They were both just fine. They tasted good but just needed a little something more. Everything was fine but nothing stood out, including the service and atmosphere. I love noble crust but I usually go to the 4th street location. This one is just as awesome. We lucked out and had the coolest waiter which always makes the experience fun. Of course we took advantage of the $2 mimosas and $4 sangria on Saturday. We split the Margherita pizza with prosciutto and it was so delicious. My two friends got the banana foster French toast and I got the chicken and waffles which is hands down one of my favorite brunch Menu items from this restaurant. Super hip and amazing brunch place!! I got the lemon ricotta pancakes with cinnamon apples and my partner got the andouille sandwich with grits. I really love the unique flavor the pancakes have, the lemon curd is deliciously tart and the blueberries gave everything a really nice jammy taste. The pancakes themselves are fluffy and I also loved how they made them crispy on the outside. I was expecting these to be super heavy considering how big the portion size was, but they had a pleasantly light and subtle flavor to them overall. The cinnamon apples surprised me by how good they were, I'd never had anything like them before so I was totally just expecting some apple sauce kinda thing but these taste like every fall food you can think of in an apple slice. Really cinnamon-y and cozy-feeling, I honestly don't how to describe them properly you just gotta try them for yourself! I also tried a bit of the grits and they were amazing, perfect consistency and very very cheesy. Inside, the restaurant has a really cool atmosphere-- the lights and decor are all very modern, and I like how the booths are set up a lot. This would definitely be a perfect place for a date night. If you come for brunch, I highly recommend coming in right when it opens. I came in at 10:30 am on a sunday and was immediately seated and served before the place became packed by lunch time. Last night we had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience I've had at a restaurant in awhile. Let's start with my reservation. It was easy to make a reservation, and when I got there on time, wah-la, my table was ready (even when they were on a wait)! I know this should be expected, but sadly, it's not the norm lately with shortages everywhere. Our server was Abby and OH MY GOSH, she was amazing. So friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, gave awesome recommendations, and literally displayed the epitome of excellence in hospitality. We ordered quite a few appetizers, and those came out very quickly. The garlic knots are phenomenal, the crispy broccoli was CRISPY and full of flavor, and the fried green tomatoes did not display it. We then ordered dinner, and Abby was kind enough to point out that the pizza I ordered had olives on it and made sure that I like olives. I don't, so I was thankful she pointed that out as I skipped right over that item in reading the menu. Unfortunately, when my pizza came out, it had olives. Abby immediately took my pizza back to the kitchen, and had them start a new one. I told her I could pick the olives out, but she insisted as the olives have a pretty strong flavor. She was even nice enough to bring back the olive pizza and box it up for my friend who does like olives (I've never understood why some restaurants don't just give you the messed up food, they just throw it away!). Such a nice gesture. The rest of the dinner was fabulous, even with the pizza mishap. As I said before, Abby shows the epitome of excellence - she was fantastic the whole way through, transparent about the issues with the pizza, and was just a pleasure to be around. It's been a good while since we've been to Noble Crust, and I'm so glad we tried it again today. It was still fairly busy at 2 on a Sunday but we were able to be seated right away. I really just love restaurants where you can see the kitchen. I trust them so much more. I also really enjoy how Noble Crust partners with local companies like it appears they sell pies from Fat Beet Farms which I also want to try. We knew we had to start with the FGBLT, which is just incredible. I got the Noble Pig pizza. At first, something tasted off-putting and I realized I just don't like soppressata. That's 100% just personal preference, and once I took it off - this pizza was absolutely excellent. The center of the pizza was super thin and floppy and some of the toppings liked to slide off, but the sauce was just SO fresh and tasty. My daughter had the kids' pepperoni pizza, which was probably her favorite ever. My husband got the chicken and biscuit per our waitress' recommendation. It did not disappoint. He loved it! The only thing I didn't really care for was the frozen lemonade. In my opinion, it was far too tart. The service was excellent. We really liked our waitress. There is even a rewards program where you get $0.10 per dollar you spend. We will definitely be back! read more

I ordered to go food. They packed my food sideways in the bag. By the time I got to the car, some of the pasta sauce was dripping onto the other meal. The crispy chicken wings are true to name, very crispy and delicious on their own before you add the sauce. I usually don't like ranch but their gorgonzola ranch was tasty. A good friend of mine introduced me to Noble Crust back in June and I've been hooked ever since! From the staff to the food, everything has been absolutely amazing! So my first experience was with Abby and she was AMAZING! So much so that I recently nominated her for a Servies award from Yelp, I really hope she wins! She took the time to go through the whole menu with us since it was my first time and pointed out her favorites from each section. I really appreciate honest and thoughtful advice when trying a new place so I was so happy to have her. With her advice, we ordered a few apps, entrees and a pizza. There was one mishap with the pizza we ordered but Abby was super quick to get it resolved. She truly went above and beyond - so friendly and by the end of the night we just wanted her to sit down and join us! The food lived up to every expectation Abby set: Garlic Knots - Hot, buttery, cheesy goodness Crispy Broccoli - So crispy, on the outside but tender inside - delish! FGBLT - Maybe my least fav of the apps we tried but still quite good Eggplant Parm - This is not your typical eggplant parm but damn is it good especially with that burrata The Works Pizza - I'm not even a mushroom lover but this was still really good Since that initial trip I've been back for more crispy broccoli and pizza. I have been meaning to go to Noble Crust since it opened... but just have not been eating out much over the past couple of years. Finally went last night with a group of friends (9 people)... and one of the reasons we chose Noble Crust was that they actually do accept reservations (unlike some others we were considering). We were seated quickly, and staff was helpful and friendly. I found the interior to be a little noisy, but they were pretty busy. Nicely laid out... and a nice patio area also. I ordered a glass of Malbec only to be told they were out of it. This happened to several of the people I were with, on various wines. Supply issues, maybe? So I just stuck with water. We did not order any appetizers... although there were several that looked good. I ordered the Noble Pig pizza, and it was delicious! Excellent Pie! Everybody was happy with their entrees... but at least three people said their Caesar Salads were terrible, dry and flavorless (even after requesting additional dressing). Not having had the salad, I can't speak to it myself. Several people also ordered dessert (Coconut Cream Pie)... and said it was ok, but too sweet. I did try a bite, and I found it very sweet also... to the point where the sweetness was covering up the expected coconut flavor to a large degree. I do want to try their fried chicken eventually, so will probably come back. It was a nice evening out... even with the issues. read more

I've been here before for brunch but it was a couple years ago. Just recently I was invited to a birthday brunch at Noble Crust It was definitely different from the time I went years ago. Much busier so the service was a bit slow our waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed but she took pretty good care of us. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes which I knew I wanted just from looking at the menu the whole week. It definitely met my expectations. A huge delicious stack that was jam packed with flavor. I'm pregnant and due to deliver my baby soon so I wasn't able to participate in the mimosa buckets along with my friends so I asked for a mocktail drink. I just told our waitress more or less of what I wanted as far as flavor and boy did they deliver! My drink was fizzy, fruity, minty and delicious!! I was very pleased with my drink as well as my pancakes. Trendy restaurant in which you can really dress casual or nicer and fit right in! There is a bar. We came on a Tuesday which is chicken licken Tuesday (unlimited fried chicken). I decided to get this, while mom got the meatball sandwich. The meatball sandwich was super good! I'm picky about meatballs and this hit the mark for me (mom shared with me lol). The fried chicken was ok! The meat was good and cooked just right. I think the coating could use more flavor or just something to it. It's served with a honey Tabasco sauce on the side which I didn't care for and a gravy which I loved. The house salad dressing I did not care for so I gave it to my Mom. The Mac and cheese didn't hit the spot for me either. The mashed potatoes were yummy - I used the gravy that came with the chicken on this. Service was friendly!
