This is the third Noble Crust I've been to and this one shines like a star above the rest! Anyone who's been here already knows the food is good and the drinks are tasty and strong. However, the service is what took it right over the top for me. Our waiter Josh was fantastic. Talk about knowledgeable and friendly! He knew the menu inside out and gave fantastic recommendations. My sister and I gave him the flavor profile for the type of drinks we prefer and each suggestion he gave was a hit. Not only was he personable, but his manager came out and was extremely accommodating as well, making sure we were as comfortable as possible. I'm giving my overall experience a four star rating! This restaurant provided me with great customer service, good food, clean atmosphere and great decor. We had a great server. She was well versed on the menu and the customer favorites to help us in choosing. She was polite and attentive and deserving of a great tip! At the end of our meal, we were given chocolate covered strawberries since it was Valentine's Day. They were fresh and delicious! The meal was delicious however my macaroni and cheese needed more flavor. It was bland. The fried green tomatoes were wonderful and I'll go back to have more! The truffle fries are great! I highly recommend! The prices of the meals are proportional to the meal. The drinks are a bit pricey at about $9-14 approximately. The sides are reasonably priced as well. The kitchen is visible and I enjoyed watching the chefs and cooks work. The decor and layout is different. It's a mix of booths and tables with a clear view into a galley style kitchen. The managers are friendly and work just as hard as the servers. Two managers checked on us a couple times throughout our meal and even helped clear our plates! Southern with a splash of other cultures. I've been hitting up this joint since inception and have always had a great experience. The aroma of greatness being whipped up in the kitchen greets you as enter the front door-the excitement within begins to build up. The mixed drinks are always spot on and always have a great twist-not your average mixed drinks. I suggest getting here early or making a reservation due to how busy this place can get. First off I would just like to say our overall experience at the Noble Crust was remarkable because of our server Alva! She served everything with a smile on her face and you could tell she knew the menu and specials by heart. She answered every question and met every request that we could throw her way(our family tends to be on the high maintenance side in my opinion). I even requested a specific ratio of champagne to orange juice for our bottomless mimosas, and the color was perfection each round after. This place is like a southern Italian fusion. They have good variety of options at affordable prices. This is a great spot for dinner and brunch but my preference is definitely brunch. They also have a weekday happy hour from 4-7 perfect after a trip to the mall. read more

A definite new favorite of mine! We came with friends for dinner and have taken our kiddos for brunch. For the dinner, it was busy and we were quoted 45 minutes but had a table within 20 minutes. We got several apps (the Arancini was my favorite, so good!) I had the pear and arugula salad and added grilled shrimp. It was fantastic and a good sized portion. Everyone seemed to love their food. The service was great. My only nitpicking thing was the seating was a little awkward and it makes it difficult to get through the tables. For the brunch I was so impressed as I love a good brunch place. We got there right at opening and were seated quickly. There seemed to be a wait if you come later. Our server was wonderful. I had the short rib Benedict and it's definitely one of the best Benedict's I have had. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the hollandaise was amazing and the short ribs were tender and flavorful. I've been here twice and it's been pretty OK. Once when it was first opening in ones when it was pretty busy at night. Both times I sat up at the bar and just grabbed some pasta. The food didn't take too long and came out OK. I felt like it was a little bit plain, but not bad. The service can be a tad bit slow but at the same time I've been there when they are first starting setting up or when it's packed, so just don't plan on anything coming out quickly. I think it's good for date night or to go casually or definitely go with the family. The location is a bad parking is easy to get to. I recommend checking it out as my husband loves his food but I don't know if this is a place I would frequent often on a regular basis personally. ‍ everyone seems to be nice and the prices are moderate to a little higher than I would expect, but not unreasonable. read more

One of the only higher end restaurant options that I have been able to find in the Wesley Chapel area. It has a "chain" like feel, but the execution is pretty good. Each day of the week has some featured specials - mostly drink options. We went on a Wednesday, which was happily a half price barrel wine option. We ordered Oberon. Two of them actually. All of the food I would say is delicious and had some nice flavors, and the kitchen got everything right. The service was kind of spotty, in that there were a few periods of time that went on without a check-in at the table where we may have needed another drink but not at all a deal breaker. Delicious!! We were a group of four, but I only managed to snap a picture of the chicken Parmesan with side salad. We started with appetizers - Parmesan truffle fries and Brussels sprouts, both were delicious! Fries were flavorful and crispy. We stopped into this space for lunch one recent Friday, inside a large strip mall off the highway. Of course, there's ample, free parking. What friendly, attentive associates too! We were given a table inside - well ventilated, high ceilings - cavernous. The bar is well stocked and set off by two large chandeliers as well. Josh was our bartender and knowledgeable server. He steered my companion through the craft cocktail menu, while I perused the wines by the glass. I recommend you try a couple. I highly recommend the Skilket Garlic Knot with Tomato Sauce on the side as an appetizer. What a great accompaniment to our beverages! Our salads were fresh and beautifully dressed. Loved my Peach Arugula salad with grilled chicken breast. My companion had his Pickled Beat Salad with one of the BEST salmon sides! Finished with the Italian-style pudding Budino. One of the best Vegan pizzas I've ever had. I was starving on a busy Saturday night and Mellow Mushroom was too backed up to take any more orders. I found Noble Crust in Postmates, placed a pickup order, and my pizza was ready in 20 minutes. The cheese was not the nasty Daiya you get at most places, it was actually so good I had my wife taste it to make sure it wasn't actual Mozzarella. They sprinkle a dusting of nutritional yeast on top to give it a Parmesan-like flavor. They allow you to add other toppings but I was really happy with the Impossible sausage crumbles if came with. The crust was thin and just crispy enough that it reminded me of pizza in Italy. I would highly recommend this place for vegans and non-vegans alike. read more

I went to the Wesley Chaple Noble Crust for an early dinner last week. The table was in the front to the left as you enter . There was food and fallen pieces of cutlery on the floor and the wall next to us was oily and had food smears. The Menu has apparently changed and they now offer french fries with the chimichurri steak. The server was a very nice young lady. I spoke with the manager Joshua as we were leaving and showed him our table and the dirt under it. He said he would "look in to it". This had been our go to for a while. Food is always delicious. Service is usually great. The last few times we got the same waitress and she was terrible. Didn't seem like she wanted to be there and seemed annoyed when we asked for coffee because she was ready to give our check with out even asking if we wanted dessert. She brought the coffee with no plate or spoon no sugar and was annoyed when asked for it. I decided to visit for the first time on my birthday with a group of nine of my dear friends for brunch. I made a reservation for Saturday at noon and there was a table ready when we arrived. It wasn't terribly crowded even with the Wiregrass Farmer's Market going on. Parking was a bit questionable but we managed to find a spot nearby. The menu options were fantastic in my opinion (including vegetarian and healthier choices). I opted to share a roasted mushroom pizza with a friend. It was really delicious! Good crispy crust, plenty of flavor and a perfect meal to feed two people for $16. Others at our table had the chicken & waffles (probably the most popular item on the menu), avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes, ricotta gnocchi, egg sandwich, house salad, bacon and cheese grits. Everything looks absolutely delicious and I did not hear one complaint about the taste. Portions are enough to fill you up and the kitchen is out in the open so I got to see all of these things prepared with fresh ingredients by their great cooks. To sweeten the brunch experience, a few of us shared mimosa buckets ($24) and we got plenty of drinks out of it! Good deal!! Our waitress was SO on point!!! Orders completely accurate, she was kind to our large group and was super attentive. The entire staff was wonderful and pleasant. On top of that, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean!
