First time staying at Paris, and first time trying Nobu, which is very conveniently located in front of the elevators to the hotel rooms and next to the casino FOOD -- Everything was delicious, including the dishes we wouldn't think would exceed expectations, like the Caesar salad. Our server had recommended it, and although we were hesitant, we tried it. It ended up being one of our favorite dishes that we decided to get another order. The Miso cod, Wagyu tacos, Lobster tacos, and Uni were also very appetizing SERVICE -- Service was great. Since we had a reservation, we were seated immediately for dinner, but it also didn't seem busy or crowded at the time. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and he provided good recommendations AMBIANCE -- Of course, downside is that it's very pricey. Even though that should ultimately be expected and the food and service were great, not sure if it was worth what the meal ended up costing. Also, since the restaurant is located next to the casino, the setting and ambiance aren't the most extravagant for what might be desired for an expensive meal, but the location can be appreciated for matching the vibes of Paris Hotel and Las Vegas!

Well... now I've been to all 3 Nobu Vegas locations. Unfortunately the original Vegas one was inside the Hard Rock hotel and now gone. This version of Nobu is great tho. Very clean, friendly, amazingly fresh fish and quality service. We made a 6:30 reservation and chilled at the bar until called promptly at 6:30 and sat and served

Dinner at Nobu was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish felt like a perfect balance of luxury ingredients and precise execution. The opening bites were incredible--crispy tacos topped with rich wagyu and another version loaded with caviar and avocado, both packed with flavor and great texture. Premium ingredients with bold sauces and delicate presentation. To finish, the lychee martini was crisp, fragrant, and refreshing--an ideal pairing with the richness of the dishes and a great way to end the meal. Between the beautiful presentation, flawless flavors, and the elegant atmosphere, Nobu at Paris Las Vegas absolutely lives up to the hype. Easily one of the best dining experiences and service on the Strip.

The short: I've waited a long time for the opportunity to try Nobu. It absolutely fell short of ALL expectations. The details: this particular Nobu has the ambiance of dining at a mid tier suburban shopping mall food court with the added perfume of cigar and cigarette smoke from the casino. So yea... not an intimate setting. We ordered the Omakase menu which was cooked food heavy. I really wanted to enjoy the sushi. While the fish was absolutely top notch however the 6ish peices of sushi we were served was more like a snack.... And does not warrant the $1000+ price tag for two. The cooked items were uninspired and not necessarily anything I'd order in the wild. Dessert was a molten lava cake... as if it were 1995 all over again. Additionally the service was impersonal to the extent of feeling like it was ground hog day for the staff... as if we had been doing this identical routine together for eons. Our food was presented with the enthusiasm of an Olive Garden during all you can eat pasta night. All in all it was an unimpressive forgettable experience. Sad, I had been looking forward to this for 20 years.

This restaurant was inside the Paris Hotel. They told me most of the tables are reserved so I had to sit at the bar, but a lot of tables were empty, anyways. Sushi was actually tasty, Price is a little bit high, service was good. There's no restroom inside you have to use paris hotel restrooms.

Came here for a drink before we went out to eat at another restaurant. My drink was fantastic. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were really nice. We wound up ordering a tuna roll and sashimi. Everything was fantastic. My husband wanted to keep ordering but we had reservations at another restaurant and were meeting someone there so I had to put a stop to that! Everything is very expensive here but that's what you'd expect at Nobu. Would love to eat here again.

So we showed up at Paris a few minutes early for a 7:30 reservation. The hostess was wonderful and kind. She gave us a choice of table or booth then had the table set up. It only took a few moments. So we ordered the tempura which is a stand out and bargain at $40. We also ordered the oven baked hamachi Kama which was mind blowing. Just so good!!! We ordered an assortment of sushi rolls which were very good. We also ordered the 12 piece sashimi platter which is a bargain and includes several melt in your mouth tuna variety's. They brought us a pair of fancy drinks (no booze) tropical is an understatement. So good. We had a whisky foam coffee concoction for dessert it was awesome. Food came fast could have paced it a little slower. We had a waiter and a server. Rey was our server and he was amazing!! Great guy!! Super kind and welcoming. The waiter seemed a little gruff. We had a great time until the end when the check came. They brought us a check for $1650 which was surprising upon closer scrutiny. We determined that they brought us the wrong check. A colossal screw up really when you think about it because the actual check was more like 400 . Nobody was quiet. We had a great view of the sushi. Chef's working very hard, and our table was excellent placed right smack in the middle of the room with a great view of all the action. Upon further discussion, both of us at the meal, determined that NOBU could've been better. Should've been better. Every dish should've been outstanding and a standout, whereas only several dishes of the meal stood out. Would I go there again absolutely for sure to try something like the miso and some of the other warm foods it's a great menu and it's a great time .

Beyond our expectations! Shout out to John our server, and Misty to the restaurant manager. John was so clear in giving instructions of what to expect in the food that we ordered. Misty went over and beyond, very patient. I presented the nobu gift certificate, for some reason it was not reading. Misty called Nobu in Ceasar's Palace and the 1800- number, been patiently doing everything she can to accommodate us. Even it was not successful, it's very rare you'll find in a top position to be on the phone for long period and won't even see her getting annoyed. To the Nobu company, she deserves a promotion... she's a keeper! First of all, the food is amazing! We ordered the tacos... lobster and wagyu... oh my, it melts in your mouth. Has the miso soup and salad, all flavorful. This is not our first time in Nobu. I should say, Nobu is first class with the quality of food, and first class with the service!

I have loved Nobu for years, I love going to new locations and this was my first time going to a Nobu in Las Vegas. I celebrated my 32nd birthday at the Nobu in the Paris Hotel and had an amazing time! The food is incredible, we ordered some of my favorites and tried some dishes that we had never tried before. I can't recommend each dish enough. Our server, Naomi, was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was special, even bringing me a special birthday dessert! As locals, we will definitely be back!

Pricey Japanese food that's consistent with other Nobu's, but price / ambiance / experience was not. Went for a weekday dinner - made an rsvp and came about 10 min early. Was asked to come back when it was the scheduled time. Was sat promptly. Was planning to order sake but the prices were a bit ridiculous - I've been to other Nobu restaurants and it felt to be twice the price here compared to the others. Opted for some Asahi. Ordered yellowtail jalepeno, shrimp tempura with spicy mayo, miso cod, spicy tuna with crispy rice, and a few sushi cut rolls. Everything tasted to par. Ordered another set of sushi cut rolls, and found out the restaurant ran out of cooked sushi rice. Took about 30-45 min to get our rolls. The pricing + not having sushi rice available at a Japanese restaurant made the rating. Hope things shape up soon there!

$200 Signature Omakase: Course 2, Sashimi trio

Ordered the Signature Omakase 7 course, chef's choice meal ($200). There are 2 other Omakase at varying price points, Vegetarian ($140) and Paris Las Vegas ($350). Main difference between the Signature and Paris LV is better selection and choices in the more expensive option. Plus gold flake toppings, according to some of the photos, lol. The Signature Omakase came with the following in order: 1-Ceviche (with diced octopus, shrimp, white fish, thinly sliced shallots/persian cucumber, and grape tomatoes in a citrus vinaigrette), 2-Sashimi trio in various yuzu dipping sauces (white fish, snapper, and scallops), 3-nigiri sushi trio (toro, kanpachi a.k.a. amberjack, and shima aji), 4-cooked shrimp tempura tossed in a spicy creamy sauce, atop mixed greens in citrus vinaigrette, 5-cooked Atlantic Black cod filet in miso sauce marinade with one sprig of pickled ginger stalk, 6-filet mignon cooked medium rare with 2 dipping sauces (teriyaki and a 2-peppers combo from South America) with side of pickled sishito pepper, 7-dessert "japanese whisky cappuccino" (layers of Coffee Crème Brulee Layered with Crunchy Coffee Cacao Soil, Milk Ice Cream, Japanese Whisky Foam). I enjoyed all the courses, except for the miso black cod and shrimp tempura in spicy cream sauce. The sweet/salty miso marinade and sauce was heavy and too strong. If it came with a small side of sticky rice, it would have helped balance out the taste. The miso sauce marinade dominated and overpowered the light flavor of the cod, which otherwise, was cooked nicely and prepared in a way where it was easy to separate and pick up the fish filet flakes away from the fish skin. I also felt the shrimp tempura course was drenched in too much spicy cream sauce. It made the outer fried tempura batter soggy and similarly overpowered it too. There wasn't much depth/variation in texture that this dish could have had. The saving grace was the bed of greens lightly mixed in vinaigrette which helped balance the overly thick cream sauce that coated the shrimp. I enjoyed the filet mignon and pickled shishito pepper. The 2 dipping sauces (teriyaki, and 2nd pepper sauce made from two South American peppers) paired nicely with the steak slices and pickled pepper. I truly enjoyed the Japanese Whisky Cappuccino dessert. Definitely a repeat dessert to order next time. For drinks, I wanted to go non-alcoholic for dinner tonight since I have an early morning tomorrow. Had the Genmaicha Matcha green tea, and a "Mocharita" margarita mocktail that had a very nice cilantro salt rim and melded flavors of yuzu citrus, serrano pepper spice, and sweet pineapple fruit juice. Didn't see this on the online menu though. And I also noticed the online menu needed to be updated since the price for the Omakase was about $25 higher in the paper menu at the restaurant. This discrepancy in prices was confirmed by the server. Couple things I also learned by talking to one of the bartenders, JB: the cilantro salt is made from fresh cilantro that is dehydrated for a couple days, then crushed/ground before it is mixed into the salt. The 3 Omakase choices pretty much stay the same/consistent throughout the year. They do introduce special Omakase menus during special holidays 3 to 4 times a year (Valentine's, New Years, etc). This Nobu location is the youngest of the 3 spots in Las Vegas (about 3 years old), the one in Caesars Palace is about 10 years, and the original one at Virgin Casino is about 20 years.

Hubba Hubba!! I really love Nobu. I've been to Nobu in NYC and San Diego. We were walking around Paris Hotel in Las Vegas and my friend wanted to eat here, so we made a reservation for dinner the next evening. Excerpt from their website, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is a world-renowned sushi chef. The most popular dish is the signature black cod fillet marinated and roasted in a sweet miso sauce. Another must-try is the yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno in a yuzu soy sauce. There is also a wide variety of nigiri, sashimi and sushi including everything from Japanese scallops and fresh water eel to blue fin toro, sea urchin and Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef. Between my friend and I, we tried the following: - Miso Soup with Tofu - Chu Toro Nigiri - Super Fresh - Sea Urchin Nigiri - Super Fresh - Chilean Sea Bass with Miso - MUST GET - NOM NOM NOM - Rock Shrimp Tempura (Butter Ponzu) - Black Cod Butter Lettuce - Cod was super fresh! We were hungry, so food came out in no particular order. As for Cocktails & Desserts, we tried: - Cocktail - Sunset Spritzer - Nobu Special Reserve 28 Sake, Aperol, Grapefruit, Pineapple, Yuzu, Monkfruit, and Avissi Prosecco - Cocktail - Kunsei Old Fashioned - Shibui Pure Malt Japanese Whisky, Angostura and Orange Bitters, Demerara Syrup, Smoked with Cherry Wood - Dessert - Japanese Whiskey Cappuccino - Coffee Creme Brulee with Crunchy Coffee Cacao Soil, Milk Ice Cream, and Japanese Whisky Foam - Dessert Wine - 20 Year Tawny Port (Sandeman's) YUM YUM YUM! Delicious! Service was friendly. Ambiance is Trendy. Tip: There's actually also another Nobu in Caesars Palace but my friend wanted to try the one in Paris Hotel. ENJOY!!

Supreme! I don't think I've had a sushi tasting menu like this one before. Nobu has several locations in Las Vegas, we went to the one at Paris hotel. I'd say that visiting a restaurant this fancy the least you'd expect is to have its own restroom, which they don't and you need your go out to the hotel's restrooms. We went with the signature menu, which BTW on their website is listed in $175 BUT in real life is $200 pp. So keep in mind they haven't updated their prices online. The Signature menu includes: 3 cold entrees, 3 hot entrees and 1 dessert. Each course was out of this world, the flavors and layers of textures were unique. Of course service was amazing. However here's my piece of advice: get the wagyu taquitos!!!! OH MY!! They will melt in your mouth. Also the plum wine is good if you like sweet wine . read more

HOT TAKE - Nobu isn't that great and Bond St is soooo much better. I haven't been to Nobu in forever... and I mean like more than a decade but the one I went to last was Nobu Malibu. I stopped by here with a group of people: Best: the black cod miso. It is delicious... but Bond St's is still better. Edamame was salty and delicious. Yellowtail sashimi was too. Average: all the sushi rolls, spicy tuna crispy rice. The salmon skin roll was just bad... Service was great. It's also super pricey, $38 for three pieces of spicy tuna crispy rice. All in all, not a top pick given the price point and quality. read more

Came here as was staying at the Paris LV and had heard lots of good things about Nobu thru the years that I wanted to see whT fuss was about. Reservations were simple enough to get and pulled up at 7:30 and were seated quickly. Service was fine and waitress pointed out various specialties and food to order. Have eaten at Zuma at Cosmo and food was similar but more pricey. Ordered the nigiri and some crispy tuna rolls and friend ordered a salad. Nigiri was good and had nice flavors but really pricey per piece. Crispy rice was also good but similar to what you find at most restaurants Buddy also ordered some tacos which looked tasty but small. Spent $400 all said and done ( nigiri, salad, tacos, and couple of beers) and left hungry. I would say fish was good, service decent but had higher hopes for price point. My husband and I recently had dinner at Nobu in Paris. We had previously dined at Nobu in Caesars Palace. The food was delicious, but the atmosphere was completely different here. The Nobu in Paris is just tucked to the side. It's not necessarily a restaurant that you walk into; anyone can walk past and see who's inside. It's definitely a weird set up. I did enjoy the Miso cod per usual, but the tuna was dry. The service definitely could've been better. I didn't like that they serve me champagne in a wine glass. I prefer the Nobu in the Virgin hotel better. read more

What an amazing meal and experience! I sat at the bar and Javi was the perfect guide for the perfect Nobu experience. He guided me through the sake selection which is brewed specifically for Nobu. He recommended a sushi roll customized to his liking - adding avocado to the spicy scallop roll with tobiko on top. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and completely judgment free of all the food I ordered and devoured because it was so good. I ordered: - Field green salad: looks very normal but it's done really well with just the right amount of dressing over really crisp greens. - Ebi nigiri with crispy fried shrimp head - salmon nigiri - spicy scallop customized per Javi: everything paired really well together, and every grain of rice in the maki and nigiri were so perfectly cooked and seasoned - hamachi kama: the biggest, meatiest, crispest hamachi kama I've ever had, served with ponzu, radish, cilantro microgreens, charred lemon. So so good! - crème brûlée cappuccino for dessert: a cappuccino cup filled with a crème brûlée bottom, topped with cocoa coffee crumbles, a scoop of ice cream, and whisky infused foam on top. So fun! Javi paired it with a mixed shot of shochu and espresso for the perfect finish. Definitely one of my top meals. I'd definitely like to come back next time I'm in Vegas. read more

We have been to Nobu a few times before in Caesar's Palace and had a wonderful experience. We had dinner at the Nobu in Paris last night and it was an awful experience! We all ordered the family style dishes selected by the chef for $200 a person. Last Saturday night, we had a table of six and our service was abysmal! The restaurant was not busy; multiple open tables. Our food was coming out before our drinks were served. When the drinks finally got there one of the cocktails was missing. After a great deal of time lapsed after the server was reminded about the drink, my adult son went the bar to get the drink was told it needed to be made and then they ended up bringing the drink that was sitting on the bar the whole time he was waiting there/ stood there. Multiple times there were empty drinks on our table. Had to ask more than once for things. What was the most frustrating was that what appeared to be the manger was standing in the corner with his head in his phone texting. I can't imagine he didn't know we were unhappy with the service. Our meal was almost two hours he never came over to our table to see what was going on but I saw him ask the server. Lastly, this is just as much about the experience as it is about the food and the experience was awful. We brought young people who had never been and they will never return as this. The only thing that stood was exceptional was the gentleman assigned to bring out our food. He was friendly and efficient. Our server appeared irritated and annoyed. We love both Paris and Caesars but will save our Nobu experiences at Caesars. I thought it was important to edit this review to advise we were one of about five tables that had people- the rest were empty. When your dinner for six people is $1,200 before, drinks, cocktails and tip we expected more than mediocre service. read more

I was not prepared for the prices given the weird promenade location at Paris next to a counter burger place . I don't mind paying the stratospheric pricing if I'm enjoying a Tokyo Ginza- like experience but this missed the mark for me. I really think you're simply paying for the bragging rights that you ate here. I really liked the matsuhisa dressing on the salad and the eggplant with miso was also off the charts amazing. The wine pour was also appreciated but that is about it. I left a few hundred dollars poorer and still quite hungry. I found the scallops unbearably spicy and the miniature lobster tacos only tasted like a tortilla chip. (See photo ) Something tells me that perhaps I am not their target customer read more

ALTERNATIVE TO CAESARS PALACE Last year I ate at two restaurants at Paris Las Vegas - The Bedford by Martha Stewart and Mon Ami Gabi. I always wanted to eat at Nobu at Caesars Palace. Since I was staying at Paris Las Vegas for 5 days coming to Nobu Paris made sense. I came here on the last Monday in August for dinner. Usually when I make a reservation for restaurant I preview the menu in order to select items I plan to eat. For Nobu Paris I decided to look at the menu while I dined here. I felt this approach wouldn't limit my preconceived choices but expand my selections to choose from. There were three sections of the menu that I ordered from: Nobu Cold Dishes, Sushi Maki, and Nobu Hot Dishes. From the Nobu Cold Dishes I ordered the eggplant with miso. Eggplant tends to have a mushy, slimy texture if they are overcooked. The eggplant at Nobu Paris wasn't overcooked as the texture was firm. The first sushi item was the yellowtail and scallion. Sushi that has salmon is buttery. Sushi that has yellowtail tends to be meaty, but at Nobu Paris the yellowtail and scallion sushi was buttery. That sushi melted in my mouth and is one of the best sushi I ever had. The second sushi was the tuna and asparagus. This sushi was very different in texture compared to the first sushi. The tuna and asparagus combination provides two types of texture - meaty and crunchy. For the main dish I decided to get the New Zealand king salmon with choice of Nobu Sauce. The sauce I decided to get was teriyaki as I don't like my fish spicy. How can you tell if salmon is moist when cooked? When you can see opaque pink on the meat as with the king salmon I ate at Nobu Paris. What make the dish stand out was the crispy skin. The king salmon at Nobu Paris had two textures: crispy and moist. As simple as this dish was the king salmon at Nobu Paris is one of the best salmon dishes I've ever had because most cooked salmon I order from restaurants tend to be dry. My approach to Nobu Paris wasn't aggressive as I didn't order a lot of items, yet I enjoyed the quality of items for dinner. Whether I ate here at Nobu Paris again or Nobu at Caesars Palace I will be more assertive. I've never eaten at a Nobu restaurant prior to coming here. Overpriced and not worth it at all. The ambiance is horrible, the restaurant is basically in the middle of a main walkway in the back of Paris, where tons of people are walking by between the casino and the various shops and restaurants in the property. Service was fine, adequate but not exceptional. They really trick you with the tacos, I assumed it was two little bitesized lobster tacos for $18, since it says minimum order is 2 but they list the price as per taco, which is extremely deceptive. Especially after a drink or two, it easy to overlook. I take full responsibility for not reading and comprehending the menu carefully but wow if you are going to charge $18 plus tax and tip for a single taco, it should be bigger than one bite. Literally one bite. We spent $360 on a light dinner for two and didn't even leave feeling full and we didn't order any of the extravagant menu items either. I will say the Mango Passion cocktail tasted excellent, but $25 per drink before tax and tip is also ridiculous. I get it, I know Nobu is supposed to be a fancy restaurant but you pay the premium for a fine dining experience and ambiance but instead you're literally just seated in noisy casino walkway. Been to the Nobu at Caesar's and it was a much better ambiance. Now I know why the Paris one always has Open Table reservations readily available. read more

Loved our meal at Nobu! It was the perfect way to kick off the trip. The highlights with the yellowtail jalapeño appetizer and the black cod with miso. We enjoyed the shishito peppers as well. The vegetable tempura was our least favorite. If you like sake, highly recommend the Junmai Daiginjo. It was the best sake we've ever tried. The finish and the floral notes were perfect. Made a last minute reservation for this location, on a Saturday night. Our reservation was at 7pm, however we wanted a booth if we waited for 7:30pm instead and it was WORTH it. We were seated in the back, which made dining more secluded and intimate. Our waiter Ott, came over and explained drinks then food. He was knowledgeable off the bat and very personable. I've never had a waiter with such knowledge of the menu and history of Nobu in general. Once he explained the menu, we saw an Omakase option. Ott took the time to explain it and even offer different options due to our preference in taste etc. being offered this option as well as an option to stay within a certain price range and assistance with building our own type of menu was surprising and refreshing especially for being in Vegas. Now, you're entire table needs to do Omakase not just 1 person and I highly recommend it. I definitely recommend their most expensive set because the cuts of fish and extra touch really makes the experience one to remember. There are 3 cold, 3 hot and 1 dessert. We started with beautiful pieces of sashimi with gold flakes, nigiri, the bass, A5 waygu, lobster and finished with the most delicious warm date cake. The amount of flavor, presentation and ambiance was AMAZING. Chef Nobu really takes your taste buds on an adventure with citrus notes of yuzu, savory miso, spicy and smokey charred bits that compliment fresh and crisp ingredients. You will not be disappointed in the Omakase here. While the food was amazing, if you get the chance to sit with Ott, I HIGHLY recommend it. He even went out of his way to find my fiancée in the walk way in case he got lost from his way to the restroom. He was knowledgeable, compassionate and had a great vibe. We will be back to dine with him forsure. He made our night and represents Nobu well. read more

Nobu has always been our favorite to go place in Vegas! We always go to the one in ceasers place but today opted for this one in Paris hotel. We ordered lots of dishes, we were craving the lobster dish. As soon as they brought it we smelled the awful smell of ammonia (fishy , rotten odor). It's so disgusting & disrespectful that who ever cooked it didn't realized they were about to feed us that & probably get us all sick with food poisoning. Manager just offered an apology. I had to write this review specifically for our server, Diana. Wow, what amazing service! We have been to Nobu in San Diego, and since we were in town to see Kelly Clarkson, we decided to splurge and treat ourselves to Nobu in Paris Las Vegas. Diana greeted us with warm smiles and suggested catering a menu that blended our likes together. Every dish... no lie... was absolutely stellar. After every dish, Diana would check in on us to see how we were liking things. There was one dish -- salmon with garlic, ginger, chives, ponzu and roasted sesame oil -- that I told her I wanted to slap someone because it wasn't allowed to be SO GOOD!! She was very attentive and made sure our glasses were full, dishes were cleared promptly, and that we were happy. Diana took us on such an amazing unique food journey designed specifically for us. Overall, Nobu was a great experience when I eventually got there. I was runny late because there was a car accident on the strip and it delayed uber from getting to the hotel for 45 minutes. After some back and forth with hostess, she move my reservation for an hour later. As for the food, the sushi and fish were of high quality. This wasn't my favorite Nobu location but the food was just as amazing as other locations that I've frequented. The restaurant is basically in the walkway towards the casino surrounded by several shops; if you are into people watching then this location may work for you! Be forewarned that it may be loud here since it's next to the walkway, so it may be challenging to hold down a conversation. When you're dining at any Nobu, one thing is always for sure: their fish is fresh AF! The highlights of our meal were the yellowtail jalapeño, crispy rice with spicy tuna (both cold dishes), black cod butter lettuce, beef tenderloin with yuzu truffle butter (both hot dishes), and the wagyu tacos! All of our food came out in a timely fashion and were devoured within seconds. Since I was pregnant AF, I enjoyed a spicy lemonade mocktail which was refreshing with a kick to it. On the grand spectrum of Nobu experiences out of 5 stars this was a 1 star. My husband has been to different Nobu's probably about 100 times. There was nothing objectively wrong but the vibe was completely off and kind of dingy, the service was just okay (except the guy that was very attentive who came and swapped out plates etc he was great but our server was not hospitable) and the food was not spectacular. They wouldn't prepare a raw presentation of their wagyu beef and after eating it it was clear that it was because they were trying to cook it to mask the quality of what was not A5 quality. This rating is more about holding them to their own standard that they've set and honestly at that price point should uphold. My husband was disappointed and so was I. read more

Went to the Nobu inside of the Paris and was so happy with our experience, the food and the drinks while we were there! We ordered a few different things but the star of the show was definitely the yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño. The fish was so fresh, the sauce that it was in was heavenly and the jalapeño on top added the perfect amount of spice to the dish. I could've eaten multiple plates of that as a meal and been happy! We ordered two (extra) spicy margaritas and they were SO good! They had some cilantro in them too which was a great balance for the spice. My other friend ordered a lychee martini and that drink had a great balance of flavors as well. This is like going to the express version of Nobu. I've been to many Nobu locations and this one certainly Kailey disappointed our vision for this brand. Growing too fast? Service was bizarre! Our server didn't come for a good 20 minutes and there was no Nobu experience discussion. Some of our raw sushi was warm and that was concerning. Everything came out soooo fast. Delicious, excellent service and a very nice atmosphere. I loved the fake cloudy Parisian sky while dining. The drinks were on point. Highly recommend both the Lychee & Elderflower Martini and Pina Martini. So refreshing. The yellowtail jalapeño is a must. We decided to wait until we had all of it for pics and for splitting. The arancini was flavorful and dipping it in the sauce was chef's kiss. The lobster tacos were flavorful; I can see why my friend craved them and why she said she could eat 6. The bruschetta were of okay size. Our favorite was the salmon, then the caprese. The prosciutto was fine, just nothing special. The dragon shrimp tempura was also flavorful although I wish the crispy rice bottom was just a crisped rice patty and not tempura style. All in all it was an enjoyable experience. Servers were friendly and kept us hydrated. Overall, not a bad price point for the amount of quality food.

Strip restaurants often lean more on location than substance, and I half-expected Nobu to be more hype than flavor. Instead, it turned out to be a genuine culinary highlight of the trip. We started with cocktails -- the Nobu Sidecar and Grapefruit on the Rocks -- both balanced and refreshing without being overly sweet. Later, the Signature Old Fashioned and a glass of Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc carried us through the meal beautifully. The dishes came at a perfect pace, allowing us to savor each one without feeling rushed. The Toro with Caviar was the first big win -- rich, buttery, and perfectly accented by the briny pop of caviar. The Tiradito followed with bright, citrusy acidity that woke up the palate. Of course, the Black Miso Cod lived up to its reputation -- flaky, silky, and layered with sweet-savory depth. The Rock Shrimp was good, though not a standout compared to the other dishes. The most decadent bite of the night came from the sushi course: Yellowtail Belly, Bafun Uni, and Wagyu -- each piece melting on the tongue, indulgent without being heavy. The service really tied the experience together. Our server Tyler was warm, attentive, and impressively knowledgeable -- not just about the menu, but about Nobu's history and influences. The dining room felt intimate despite being on the Strip, making it easy to forget the chaos just outside. The yellowtail with jalapeño? Fantastic, just the right kick, not too much, but enough. And the sushi? Perfect. Fresh, beautiful, the finest ingredients. I went to this restaurant on a Saturday night and I was seated at the bar. I was looking for a table but the restaurant was so busy. The bartender, Joey, waited on me and I changed my feelings about sitting the bar. He had perfect recommendations for food and he made the right drinks for me. If you're seated at the bar make sure you ask for Joey. read more

Hosts were terrific in helping me set up a surprise birthday arrival. Food was of high quality, extremely pricey but you're on the strip and it's Nobu. Nothing new and exciting on the menu lately just all the old classics and favorites. Ambiance is ok, too close to the casino and walking traffic. read more
