    Orange Sesame "Chicken" Rice

The manager of this restaurant was such a saint. I accidentally ordered from a secondary Daikon, I felt so silly once I arrived and I paid again for the same meal, then he was kind enough to call the manager of the other location and that Daikon manager refunded me for the order I made there. I felt so stupid for not realizing my mistake, and for not going to the other restaurant and wasting their food and making them wait for an order I could no longer pick up because it was now 9pm. I still feel bad about the mix up. I wound up getting a refund because both managers were so kind and beyond understanding, thank you to both Daikons, and I got my order to go from this location. I enjoyed the delicious California roll and it was such a treat on the drive from Vegas to LA. The orange chicken was sweet and a great texture to it. Tastes like what I remembered orange chicken tasted like as a kid. Every time I go to Vegas I get the vegan sushi here because it's exceptionally delicious. There's nothing even half as good in LA vegan sushi wise, I only wish they could open a Daikon in LA so I could eat it more often. Thank you to the staff and managers at this restaurant, exceptionally food and kind and courteous service. The restaurant itself is beautiful as well with a very cozy feel, perfect for dining in experience with loved ones.

10/10 takeout/delivery. The food is beyond flavorful, unique and textured. I haven't been to a lot of fully vegan places in Las Vegas, but was happy to finally try Daikon Vegan Sushi. The Sesame "Chicken" blew me away, as did their spring rolls. This 100% vegan sushi & more place is located in Lake Mead Boulevard. 10,00% known for their sushi, but excelling in so many other areas as well. Portions are thoughtful and the food is clearly made with care. Open every night until 9pm Hope to dine in soon as the service seems to clearly match their carry out as well.

I got an offer for a buy one get one free on Facebook. I used this offer for a pick up order. When I did this, I had to place the order over the phone so the offer could be valid. I think that the restaurant is very nice. I would like to dine in. I got the papaya salad. I wasn't too impressed. It was too spicy for me. I loved the rolls. I would more than likely come here again since they are closer to me. The staff is nice and provided me with great service.

We stopped in for lunch/dinner and decided to try four different entrees. Everything was good, and the portions were generous--we had plenty of leftovers to take home! Overall, we felt it was well worth it. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back to try more.

Best begs sushi and gluten free desserts I've ever had. Wow, who knew vegan sushi could be this good! It tastes just like the real Fish but lighter because They're vegetables. I was so full But it was a good full. I would definitely come Back for more! Service was good, we had all our orders right . Nice clean place and has a cozy feel but spacious.

We finally went back after years. The service this time was excellent. TC was our waiter. The food is better than ever. The service is better than ever. And the ambience is so beautiful now. We are so glad we gave them another chance. We will be back often.

My favorite vegan sushi spot in Vegas, but the must-get item is actually the Sesame "Chicken" Rice - sub with black rice. It's soooooooo good. Service is fast and friendly. There's outdoor seating available which we've dined at with our dog. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Overall, HIGHLY recommend!!

Discovered Daikon Vegan Sushi during a roam around Google Maps when I was craving lunch. Atmosphere: Elegant simplicity. Neutral tones, lots of wood, folded waffle lights suspended from the black ceiling, walls decorated with large pictures of green bamboo, expanded fan, and soothing water feature. Music emanated spa-like calm. Server Framy explained the Chef's vegan philosophy behind Daikon. Yuzu Rose ($9): Promoted via a standing placard on the table, sans price. Delicious fizzy refreshing drink in a Collins glass, not so buzzy from either the sake or ginger beer. Salt & Pepper Calamari ($8): aka fried mushroom straws. Goodly pile, crispy, definite salt and pepper spice without overload. Heat icon noted on the menu but only got some fire when I snagged a pepper slice. Had substantial takeaway. Garlic "Albacore" ($6): Two giant pieces almost too large for a single bite, seasoned radish atop the rice did a fantastic job standing in for the tuna in texture, flavor, and looks. Spider Roll ($16): Arrived on the same plate as the sushi. Roll sliced into five enormous sections, topped with more fried straws. Had to practically unhinge my jaw to eat each piece. Filling. Value: Above average for an excellently executed concept. Service: Professional and pleasant from Framy.

We had an amazing experience! The server was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He explained the entire menu, answered all of our questions, and gave us great recommendations. The vegan sushi was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. Every roll was beautifully prepared, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. To make the evening even more special, the staff surprised my wife by celebrating her birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our visit unforgettable. Thank you for the wonderful food and outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for incredible vegan food!

Exceptional service and the food is soo yummy. I have so many favorites but I keep coming back to the basil fried rice. I like it crazy spicy and the chef just gets it (they are not afraid to give me that extra kick). The food is prepared quick and the presentation is great. Vegan or curious this place serves quality food without compromising taste. Do yourself a flavor and stop by.

I think Daikon is the most well-rounded vegan sushi place in town. Flavor was balanced and the rice and veggie ratio is good. I'd still prefer tuna nigiri made with watermelon to tomato. The eggplant "eel" nigiri was perfect here. Service is fast and restaurant is clean.

I came here during lunch hour with my good friend James, who's vegan. We got here around 2:15pm and I believe we were the first people there at the time. Our server was nice and let us sit wherever we liked. We ordered the basil fried rice, golden state roll, spam musubi, and dynamite pocket. We brought our appetites today lol. Everything was fresh and pipping hot, which I loved. The restaurant is Asian inspired of course, with plenty of seating. I will be coming back to this place for sure.

All I can say is "wow wow wow". This place is an upscale vegan (or maybe just vegetarian)…read morerestaurant. I used to be a vegetarian for 7 years. I love vegan/vegetarian food, even though I'm not longer living that kind of dietary lifestyle! Crossroads has a lot of great options, from "steaks" to "calamari". OMG I have to give a BIG shout out to the calamari. It was so good that I had to order that dish twice in one sitting. It's made from mushrooms, which I already love, and they are seasoned SO WELL! I didn't even need to dip it in the marinara sauce it comes with to enjoy it. To be completely honest, the calamari here beats out A LOT of real calamaris I've had in my life, which is a lot. If calamari is on the menu at any spot, best believe it will be ordered by me. I got the "steak", which was a big piece of lovely lion mane's mushroom. Very nicely cooked. The sauce on top was on the saltier side, but I didn't mind it. I liked the stuffed zucchini blossoms too. All in all, I would go back just for the calamari even - can't get over how good it is. Our server was nice and helpful when explaining the menu. I did have questions about what veggies were substituting out what "meat" dishes. Mainly mushroom, which is great!

The hostess did say happy birthday when I walked in so it was on the notes but nothing was ever said by the server and we got dessert therefore they didn't even have to send anything but there is never a candle or a plate that says happy birthday or even a happy birthday from the server. I feel like this is one of the only fine dining restaurants that does nothing. Food/drinks- I got the 5 course meal. The meals weren't coursed the best. We sat for too long between each course. First course- ..... was so flavorful and delicious. I could've had five of them! I believe it was a cucumber and melon salad Second course- Pizza. Not great. And didn't have half with mushrooms like asked. Third course- Linguine scallops -flavorful and yummy. Would've liked some pepper but no one came by. Fourth course- eggplant filet. This. Was. DELICIOUS. I'm actually upset I couldn't eat it all hot and fresh. This was amazing and I'd definitely get it again. Dessert- Banana pudding. Probably the best dessert they have. This was also delicious!! The cream was wonderful and the breading in it. Great creation! Corn tart- Not at all what I expected. Flavor was not great. The shell was extremely hard. I couldn't even cut through it. I was super excited for this, but very disappointed. Wedge salad- Chicken Milanese- good but usually better. Not as crispy as it normally is and we've gotten this multiple times. Overall, one of my favorite dishes, but kind of lacking this time around. Drinks- one tasted like they used pickle juice instead of lime juice. It was awful. The next drink was delicious though. Service- The server was great!! Made recommendations , checked with the chef on something for me. The only complaint is he seemed overly busy with tables and didn't really check back. The manager Jaryd (don't know the spelling) stopped by and was also very kind! The runners were on top of clearing plates but no one ever brought fresh silverware back.

The service there is amazing!! I am allergic to quite a few things on the menu and they are always so accommodating to my allergies to the best that they can and really take the time to check their ingredients for me. Everyone who works there is just so incredibly nice, I've only ever had good experiences with their staff! And the food is absolutely fantastic!! Their barabacoa tacos are out of this world!! The plantain con mole tacos *screams with joy* Their veggie taco *chefs kiss* Like I am so genuinely happy when I eat at this restaurant! And it is very filling!! And don't get me started on their Horchata coffee!!! 2000000/10! Every single friend that I have ever brought to Tacotarian has absolutely loved it!! The aesthetic is very clean and modern, very chill vibe. They have a mixture of medium/large tables, and couches with coffee tables, indoor and outdoor seating, they have a Doggy patio, and the bathrooms are always super clean! So if you're looking to just grab a Horchata coffee and catch up with a friend they have the space there for you! If you and your friends are starving and ready to devour some absolutely delicious vegan tacos they have the space for you! If you want somewhere where you can go eat lunch with your dog they have the space for you! If you're in the arts district and you are looking for delicious vegan Mexican food, I would highly check out Tacotarian!

I loved the decor, with just the right amount of green plants to complement the light brown wood accents. It was slightly after lunchtime so we must have missed the rush, as there were few customers in the restaurant. We were quickly taken care of and within a short wait, our food was brought to our table. The birria platter was very flavorful. It came with three tacos, with your choice of "meat". I opted for the chicken. However, the "cheese" had a weird mouth feel that I didn't enjoy. It felt greasy and seemed to coat my tongue. Following the lead of my coworker, I also ordered the Crunchwrap. This is NOT a Taco Bell menu item. This is what Taco Bell aspires to be. Thick with flavorful "beef" and crunchy tortilla shell with other fresh ingredients, it was so large I couldn't finish it. To wash it all down, I ordered horchata. It was very rich and tasty, albeit a little sweeter than I'm accustomed to. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return when accompanying vegetarians.
