Genuinely one of the best meals we've ever had. The service was unmatched, and the food was spectacular. I wish I could eat what every day. The outdoor seating is so beautiful, especially at nighttime. 10/10 no notes.
This restaurant has it all - outstanding service from all staff members, great ambiance, and delicious food. I've been twice and would go more if I lived closer to be honest. I have sat outside and inside, and would recommend sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful scenery and inside if you enjoy a more intimate, private setting. Every time is enjoyable and I leave not only feeling full but also very satisfied. Each dish is taken with great care and the plating is always beautiful. I don't have a recollection of each dish's name but I will say the appetizers are my favorite especially the ones that are seafood forward. They all have depth, freshness, and acidity which I appreciate. Would highly recommend!
Beautiful ambiance, decent food, but a high-end experience that left us wanting more. Noe is an Italian restaurant located inside the Four Seasons in Ko Olina. I highly recommend making a reservation, as their hours are limited and they fill up quickly. The highlight of our meal was definitely the ambiance. The setting is beautiful and feels very special for a night out. However, for a fine dining restaurant, I did find the pricing of the menu items to be extremely high for what you receive. We came in expecting an experience, but ultimately left feeling that the food did not quite match the price point. We ordered the baked Kona lobster ($82) and the pasta al forno ($65). For the price of the lobster, I expected it to come with some sides, especially since there wasn't a ton of meat once it was cracked open. As for the pasta, it was good but not particularly memorable, and the flavor didn't quite wow us. Overall, we're glad we tried Noe and enjoyed the atmosphere, but considering the food and pricing, it's not somewhere we see ourselves returning.
Went here for my second anniversary and it was the perfect date night spot. All around gorgeous outdoor seating with nice landscaping. Our server was very polite, attentive, and friendly. What we got: Whipped ricotta - highly recommend. The whipped ricotta was creamy, rich, and a slight tang that some how goes well with the honey comb sprinkled with truffle on the side. Tastes so good with their house made focaccia Noe signature tagliatelle - my favorite pasta dish! Can definitely taste the truffle and the parmigiano reggiano does add a nice cheesy fragrant in each bite. The pasta had a nice al dente chew. Filet mignon - this was alright. Nothing absolutely mind blowing in terms of the flavor. The only good thing about it was the tenderness. Broccolini - pretty good can't gone wrong with veggies sprinkled with Parmesan. Tiramisu - we ended the dinner with tiramisu which was pretty creamy and chocolatey. Had a nice crunch from the crumbly coffee streusel. Cake - since they knew it was our anniversary. They gave us a complimentary cake! Which was nice of them. When you order the pasta and filet mignon, they automatically give you two portions so you don't need to tell them that you want two if you're on a date. But I don't recall if the broccolini came with two. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you want to splurge for a special occasion and spend quality time with your loved ones. It was a memorable night since we got a table where it was arranged in a way where I got to sit next to my partner in one wide chair and being able to take in the nice view.
My entire family and I came here the other day to celebrate my grandma's 80th birthday just for the dessert and socializing amongst the family. Noe is located in the Four Seasons Hotel, and easy to walk to if you are nearby. The restaurant is in a more hidden area, surrounded by gorgeous lights and plants highlighting the beauty of Hawaii. However, upon sitting down, it was definitely a bit of a vibe change inside being more quiet, monotone, and bougie. Service was very, very, minimal. They do sit on a higher price point scale, with the dessert being a little expensive, but nothing crazy, just the kind of price where you want to be able to get something that you know you'll like. The menu made that difficult, as someone in our party thought that they got a strawberry dessert based on, "Honey Creme, Strawberry, Almond" and ended up getting a lemon tasting slice of pie topped with a flower! (pictured) I ordered the Gianduja Rocher, which only gave the impression that it was like a Ferrera Rocher ball, and it basically was. It was so rich and filled with dark chocolate, which I love, so it was really tasty for what it was. Just a bit of a dice roll.
Wow!!! This is a very special place. We sat outside under the trees. Service was amazing and food incredible. Great wine list and cocktails. The complimentary bread service with flavored oils is a great start. For starters we had the beef tartare- melt in your mouth beef so full of flavor, and the burrata flown in from Italy accompanied by melon, brioche croutons, and prosciutto. Excellent! We order the signature truffle pasta for the table as a second course- amazing! Huge shaving of truffle over handmade pasta! For entrees the beef loin was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The squid ink uni pasts was a dream come true! This is a hard to find dish! Perfectly al dente pasta in a creamy rich uni sauce and more uni on top! The bolognese was meaty and rich with fresh ricotta on top. The lobster was huge and filling. Desserts were also amazing!! I would come to Oahu just to eat here!
The best, true Italian restaurant on the Island. Finally, the chef understands the flavors of the locally sourced ingredients and has mastered using Italian flavors to bring out their best. For example, the excellent mahimahi. Hard seared on one side, perfectly cooked interior. It is sat atop a sweet onion puree reined in by acidic dried tomatoes, briny capers and brightened by a mixed green salad and confit fennel. The multidimensional flavors surrounding the fish actually teases out its natural sweetness and very gentle oiliness. Another example, the usual mild flavor a Kona kampachi used in the "pescato del giorno", becomes exaggerated when paired with clams all set in a slightly thick clam guazzetto in this case tasting like it was made from a combo of green tomatoes and eggplant dotted with parsley oil. The green flavor of pea micro greens, briny green olives, acidic dried tomatoes all enhance different flavors of the fish. The beef tartare, vibrant and fresh but showcasing the texture more than the flavor of the beef. Precision cut micro cubes of beef with a decent amount of fat still attached is piled atop a mix of tomato and eggplant puree sat atop a creamy goat cheese. It is surrounded by basil oil and tomato water and all topped by micro greens. A wet version of tartare with so many nuanced flavors. Outstanding. A duck salad, incredible. Thin slices of sous vide duck breast add the perfect earthy mineral component to a pile of vibrant, zesty, refreshing citrus vinaigrette on greens, with sliced apples, watermelon radish, pickled mushrooms, and dried nectarines. Of course the signature whipped ricotta with truffle honeycomb and Marcona almonds and the truffle mushroom tagliatelle remain outstanding. Solid global wine list with typical, high resort markup. Four Seasons level, outstanding service from a team of experienced servers. Need more? Al fresco dining in a beautiful garden setting. Without a doubt, highly recommended.
I have been to Noe 4 times now... I love this restaurant for special occasions because the food is stellar and the atmosphere is beautiful under the twinkle lights. I love their signature truffle pasta... all their pastas are cooked to perfection with al dente noodles. However, my recent trip I was disappointed in the service and food. The food was all on the salty side compared to usual. The best part of our meal was the dessert, which got comped because twice the servers messed up an allergy dish and served my MIL something she told them to take out. We appreciated that they comped the dessert. The dessert itself was all so good. Everything was perfect. Service wise, this past visit, was also a bit disappointing. It took them SO long to bring out our dishes... we waited an hour from our appetizers to get our main course. That was way too long. Food was good but I can't say this was a 5 star restaurant like it was previously.
Noe Italiano- Joshua gave us service that was 5 star. Very attentive and informative, even after a million questions! I had the chickory ensalata which was bitter sweet. No, I mean the chicory was bitter but the roasted grapes gave it the perfect balance of sweet. It was delicious. Gilberto was super helpful and kept our drinks full. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese as my main course. The sauce is cooked for 12 hours and it's one of the only restaurant that gives you enough sauce without having to ask for more. My wife had the lobster with the mashed and grilled cauliflower in a cream sauce. While I didn't have any of it, she said it was definitely worth the price. We will be back again!
We came here on a Saturday night but wasn't too busy. The food was great and it's really good for a date night! We started with the burrata pupu, and I was a little hesitant to order this because it came with papaya, which I've never had with burrata before, but it actually worked so well. It also came with these crispy brioche pieces that looked more like pita bread. I had the truffle mushroom pasta, and I'd absolutely order it again. So rich and comforting. My husband got the rigatoni bolognese, and he liked his too. Our server was really nice, but the food did take a long time to come out. I'm guessing the kitchen was backed up, or maybe they were short staffed. Not sure, but I'm glad the food was delicious. The atmosphere is really aesthetic and romantic. They also have a kids menu that comes with a fruit plate, main dish, and dessert. We wanted to order dessert because they all sounded delicious! But the table next to us waited a long time for their dessert so we decided to skip it this time. Maybe next visit! Overall, loved the vibe, the food, and the whole experience. Hopefully next time we can try their dessert!
Had the pleasure of dining here for a friend's birthday. Great setting for a larger reservation. Located at the Four Seasons Ko Olina, Noe provided a wonderful dining experience for all of us. We were seated outside as most of the seating I would say is open air seating with some seating fully indoors. Customer service was 100 and our prix fixe menu was curated very well. The restaurant validates for valet parking. Checks all the boxes; ambiance, food, and service.

If you're looking for a fancy meal that's still incredibly kid-friendly, make a reservation at Noe! This was hands down our favorite meal of the trip. We booked through OpenTable for our family of six with a 5:30 PM reservation, and we were seated right away. From the moment you walk in, the space is absolutely beautiful. We had all four kids with us, and the level of attention from the waitstaff was exceptional. They were so attentive and welcoming, bringing coloring pages and crayons right away. Even the kids' pasta was high quality and thoughtfully prepared. The meal was such a hit that our kids even became fans of broccolini! For starters, we had the Whipped Ricotta, which was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Noe Signature Tagliatelle and the Truffle Mashed Potatoes and both were incredible and are absolute must tries. We can't wait to come back. Until next time, Noe! read more

Noe is located inside the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, which is part of the beautiful Ko Olina resort area on the west side of Oahu in Kapolei. This is not in the main Honolulu or Waikiki area. It is in a quieter, more upscale resort section of the island, right near the Disney Aulani Resort close to Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club. Because the restaurant is inside the Four Seasons, the setting feels very elegant and luxurious from the moment you arrive. The resort itself is beautiful, and Noe has that relaxed but high end vacation atmosphere. It is a great place for a nicer dinner, date night, anniversary, or special meal while staying in Ko Olina. Prices are definitely very expensive, but that makes sense given that it is inside the Four Seasons at Ko Olina. This is not a casual Italian restaurant price point. It is more of a luxury resort dining experience, so you are paying for the location, atmosphere, service, and quality of the meal. Brandon was our server and took great care of us. We started with the focaccia bread and whipped ricotta, which were both a nice way to begin the meal. We also ordered the hot truffle mashed potatoes as a side with our entrees, and they were rich, flavorful, and a great addition. For drinks, we had beer, wine, and a Diet Coke. For our main entrees, we ordered the Noe tagliatelle and the stuffed pasta. Both pastas were well prepared and had that handmade, upscale Italian feel you would expect from a restaurant like this. For dessert, we had the tiramisu, which was a great way to finish the meal. Overall, Noe is a beautiful, upscale Italian restaurant located inside the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. It is expensive, but the pricing makes sense for the setting. If you are staying at the Four Seasons, Aulani, or Marriott nearby and want a nicer Italian dinner without driving into Honolulu or Waikiki, Noe is a great option. read more

This place is beautiful and service is great. Food on other hand is ok. Presentation is great. Taste is again just ok. Places like Nami Kaze hit the spot on every category but I'm finding these other spots are good on presentation, ambiance, but taste is just not quite there. read more
Noe was a pretty neat experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They explain the menu very well. We had the filet mignon and stuffed pasta, which we enjoyed. The portion size of the food is based on the course of food you order, which is explained by the servers. The tasting menu offers something for everyone. There's even a kids menu as well. The desserts were tasty. The space felt very intimate and warm. It's a great place for a small celebration or a date. The restaurant will also validate your parking as well. Food was great. Our favorite restaurant. Atmosphere was terrific. However, service from our main server Sherry was terrible. She was slow and very difficult to chase down. Was going to order more food and she was nowhere to be found. We will probably come back. But not at her table. read more

Kyle was an excellent server with the perfect dining recommendations. We enjoyed the outdoor eating. All of the food and drink recommendations were on point. It is kind of pricey, but we wanted to try a different dinner venue. We will definitely be returning customers. read more

Really nice romantic spot in koolina! We were staying at the four seasons for a staycation and the concierge helped us book the reservation. Inside and outside seating with beautiful lighting (great for photos). Service was amazing!!! Everyone was so attentive from beginning to end. Food was great too. Lots of different choices between pasta, steak, and fish. They even brought us a nice dessert to celebrate our honey moon. Highly recommend! read more
nice enough place for a leisurely dinner with a view. bad part, they seat you outside (for the view) but then its junk when it rains. luckily it only showered for a bit and then went away. they do give you umbrellas, but i can imagine what a PIA that would be to try and eat like that. also, because its outside, there is a bug factor. they did bring one of those small picnic table fans, but that does get in the way too. especially when youre like us and order a ton of food and only have a small 4 top square table service was really good. our server was actually someone i used to work with a long time ago at cpk! so such a small world! food was good. we ordered a ton of different things. the chilled zucchini soup was surprisingly good and not very zucchini tasting. whipped ricotta was prob my fave starter. had to get the noe signature tagliatelle since 1 its their "signature" and 2, truffles. veal milanese was ok. my least fave dish of the evening. if youre in the area or staying at the hotel this is a good place to eat and relax. not sure if i would drive all the way out there though just to eat here read more
What a beautiful venue! Our waiter, Shawn, made the experience ! He was so informative , non pretentious, very attentive and thoughtful. We had the truffle tagliatelle, bolognese rigatoni, buratta, and a Caesar salad. Definitely a fancy experience that we could not afford often but grateful that we experienced it. read more

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. We decided to go here for Father's Day and thank God we did. If you're looking for an atmosphere that allows children of all ages to be loud and have a good time while experiencing five star food - this is the place to go. The hotel is gorgeous. You're surrounded by beautiful views as you walk through to get to Noe, then you enter and it's so relaxing. The employees there are incredibly helpful and friendly. We didn't wait long to be fed or offered drinks. They were so kind with our son, and attentive to me being pregnant. My husband loves going here! Specifically because, if you're a parent you can understand, you never know how your toddler is going to behave. Being able to go somewhere with incredible food, comfortable seating, nice views, while our child with tons of other families are just trying to have a good time is what you're paying for - worth every penny. The food is delicious. I wouldnt be able to pick my favorite part of the menu because it was all memorable. Needless to say we will be back to celebrate again! Also, this was just good timing, but on our way out to valet to get our car they did a torch lighting - it was truly a magical experience and appreciate the Four Seasons and Noe for giving us an unforgettable evening. read more
Saw this restaurant when we ate at Mina's and it looked great...we walked over and asked if they had gf pasta and the hostess said, yes they make all their pasta in house including gf. We then made a reservation for a couple of nights later. The restaurant was beautiful with an outside patio that looked like it was inside a rain forest. Our server was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the menu and then explained they do not make any kind of gf pasta. The choices weren't plentiful for gf. We started with steak carpaccio for the table, moved to the gf rigatoni bolognese, chicken Marsala, and then onto the chefs special baked pasta. They also provided house made focaccia and gf bread for the table. Unfortunately they did not have homemade gf pasta as their hostesses had confirmed for us three times. With this being the case, the hubby's gf ( barilla) rigatoni with bolognese was just average. The food to value ratio was off but the food tasted good. Steak carpaccio was tasty but was extremely small for the 30.00 price tag. The winners were the chicken Marsala and the chefs baked pasta of the evening with homemade shells, ricotta, tomato and Italian sausage. Hubby could only pick around the pasta for the yummy sauce . While this is a lovely restaurant, due to limitations for gf food, I really don't see going back next time we are here. read more

NOE SIGNATURE TAGLIATELLE $38 - 5 stars Seasonal Truffle, Mushroom, Parmigiano Reggiano Mushroomy and delicious, and my husband who doesn't like mushrooms said it was his favorite! And the texture of the pasta was *chefs kiss* BUCATINI CARBONARA $32 - 4 stars Ewa Onion Purée, Crispy Shallot Solid dish but predictable, so if I were to return would be to try something different. KING CRAB RADIATORE NERE $32 - 5 stars Lemon, Cherry Tomato, Spinach, Bottarga Cutest little black pasta, with the best texture and flavors. If I had to choose, this was probably my favorite pasta of the night and I don't even like crab! NOE OLD FASHIONED Most of the cocktails were propriotionally expensive, beautiful, and very strong but not very good to me (unbalanced). Wow! Ever eaten at a place that looks like it came straight out of a movie or a White Lotus episode? You found it! Absolutely stunning restaurant as you would expect from a Four Seasons. Their patio is classy and cozy, perfect for warm summer nights on this beautiful island. Great place to celebrate a special occasion. Let's talk about the food. Delicioso! My partner and I are both vegetarian and have seen many attempts at "creative" vegetarian dishes that are either a dime a dozen or just plain weird. Not here. They made what they know and executed it really well and it just happens to also be vegetarian. Like their heavenly signature tagliatelle with truffle and mushrooms. And their burrata, which can only be described as simple perfection. Oh and, save some room for dessert because that Gianduja is worth the calories. What else? Right, service. Absolutely stellar. Ordered the Tasting menu with the wine supplement and the meal was mediocre for the price. Was promised house made focaccia to start, and was never given the starter. Tuna Carpaccio 4/5 - an unexpected conglomeration of tomato, cheese, arugula, peas, celery, olives, and croutons. Each item was flavorful on its own, but together exploded with harmony and flavor. Innovative and balanced however the fish fell short on freshness, seemed as though it had been sitting out for a while. - crab pasta 2/5 crab was a little tough, very good balance of savory and acidity, unfortunately I was met with multiple shells within this dish steak dish 4/5 -cooked toward my liking however herb chimmichurri was disappointing due to the forward bitter taste which disrupted the harmony of other flavors lilikoi tart 5/5 so delicious, chef must have been a pastry god. passion fruit was tart but flavorful and balanced with the sweet crust. a must have. Each drink was well paired but we felt as though the options were "playing it safe". Dining at NOE was an extraordinary experience. We indulged in seven different dishes, each of which was absolutely delicious. Unlike other restaurants where pasta's and steaks can be overly salty, every dish at NOE was perfectly balanced on flavor and seasoning. We started with the ahi tonnato carpaccio, which was fresh and flavorful, followed by the house smoked beef carpaccio, which had a delightful smoky taste. The Chefs special stuffed pasta was a standout, with a perfect blend of textured that went well with extra truffles. The NOE signature tagliatelle was rich and creamy, a true testament to the chefs skills. For the main course, the Jidori chicken Marsala was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. The filet mignon with foie gras was a decadent treat with the richness of the foe gras complementing the perfectly cooked steak. We ended our meal with chocolate desserts, which were the perfect sweet finish to a fantastic dining experience. Overall, NOE exceeded our expectations in every way, providing an unforgettable meal with impeccable dishes. For the best experience I highly recommend dining outside, the ambience is very relaxing.
