I have been here twice. I had never noticed this place before, I am glad my search for Ramen led me here. It is located in an apartment complex, the owner running FoH and cook running the back. The first time was for the soup. I did Tonkotsu Ramen the first visit and it really hit the spot on a cold day (this was 4/2). Great broth and noodles on a cold day. The owner was Thai, and we talked about her Thai soups, Tom Kha and the Tom Yum. I told her I would be back to try some of the Thai dishes. Today I had Thai Sausage as a Starter, with the Drunken Noodles as the main. The Thai Sausage had really good seasoning. The casing and ratio of meat/fat reminded me of British Style sausages with the bite. I had never had Thai Sausages before, and really enjoyed them. The Drunken Noodles were perfectly seasoned. I did the "medium" and it was just the right amount of heat. They do have additional chilis if you want extra heat. read more

My friend and I are currently in town to visit our other friend who happens to live in the Lugano apartments; as avid sushi lovers she knew that this was a spot we had to check out. We were seated very quickly and given some time to look through the menu, we each ordered a few things and after the worker took our order he offered us complementary Thai tea! The food came out quick and was very fresh and hot when appropriate. We were very impressed with the serving sizes as well. I didn't take any pictures, because when we received it we were too excited. As soon as we took our first bit we were in awe. It's delicious, the quality and portions are well worth the price, which was very reasonable. Patti was a great host and answered all of our questions, like what the name of some ingredients that stood out to us were. This was our first time at Nomi Thai and we were greeted right when we entered. It is a pleasant and very clean restaurant. After looking at the large menu we each decided on the red curry. After about ten minutes our server, Patty brought us two large scoops of rice and bowls of the red curry. The bowls were heaping full of veggies and topped with Thai basil. Based on other great reviews here- we decided to try Nomi Thai tonight for dinner. The location is in an interesting location under some condos.. looks are deceiving.. the restaurant is very clean. It's a smaller restaurant and only one sweet lady serving.. you will have to be patient and I would say it was just her and the cook.. but this was hands down one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Everything is fresh and made to perfection. The boba was so fresh- it was warm and delicious.. we ordered the cheese wontons, edamame- was probably some of the best I've ever eaten.. we had Drunken Noodles, Massaman Curry with steamed jasmine rice.. the pineapple fried rice, the Panang Curry Ramen and finally the mango sticky rice.. I cannot believe how incredible this meal was.. we didn't take a single photo.. but trust me.. it was simply perfection. They've only been open for 7 months - I am praying for 77 more.. we will definitely be back.. PLEASE be patient with the lovely staff running this place- it is a gem to the city. read more

I showed up a little early for my pickup order but was able to grab a seat while I waited. The owner was quick to greet me and assure me that my food would be ready soon. And while it ended up taking longer than she said it would, I was early so it didn't bother me. Plus she went out of her way to apologize about the wait despite being busy and brought me a complimentary drink that was delicious! The food was great, the portions weren't the biggest I've had for the price point but it was more than enough to be filling. When I walked in to pick up my order they were already excitedly waiting for me with the bag wrapped, and offered free sauce on the side. The crab meat fried rice was quite tasty, albeit the large chunks appeared to be imitation crab. I think for the price the portions could be slightly larger, but taste-wise it was very good. Just might be the best Thai food place I've ever been to. The fried dumplings are delightfully crunchy and the pork slices in the Pad Kee Mow is so tender I couldn't believe it. DELICIOUS! We came in for lunch today and the food did not disappoint. We ordered the spicy edamame, miso soup and spicy salmon hand roll. Then we ordered some different sushi rolls. Ordered the rock shrimp roll and the Iliff roll. It was SO YUMMY. Such good value for how much sushi they give you. The rock shrimp roll was probably one of our favorite sushi rolls ever. We were there last evening, September 7th. It's a small place but the people are very, very friendly. It was clean and quiet, which made for a lovely dining experience. We split an order of Pad Thai with tofu. It was delicious! We've eaten Pad Thai in several cities; this one ranks right up there. The portion wasn't huge but it was enough. They have recently changed ownership and no longer offer sushi. But they have Thai and Japanese dishes. They told us that Nomi in Japanese means "beautiful flower". The food was amazing, you can tell it's authentic Thai. The Thai noodles were so good with a nice kick in heat. I also had the green curry and you could taste the flavors especially the lemon grass and coconut. Service was pretty quick. We didn't realize that we've been spending the last three months in search of a good Thai restaurant, visiting a new one weekly. This week, we landed at Nomi on Iliff. The sushi chef wasn't available today, but we weren't there for sushi. I try to select a dish I've never had, so I settled for the Thai sausage as an appetizer. We enjoyed each delicious and succulent morsel, accompanied by peanuts and raw cabbage. For our mains, I got the Panang Curry, while the husband got the Pineapple Curry, both medium hot, which was plenty hot for both of us. Both curries, accompanied by rice, were flavorful, fragrant, and boasted a complex use of spice that was well balanced by coconut milk. We opted for chicken for the Pineapple Curry, and Pork for the Panang Curry. Each had a very generous serving of the protein with enough vegetables to make your momma proud. We also ordered the Boat Noodles to go, for enjoyment this holiday weekend. The server seemed to be the only one there, but was extremely polite and grateful for our patronage, while being diligent, efficient, and knowledgeable of one of the great cuisines of the world. The ambiance, as with many Asian restaurants, is no nonsense; a few Thai art on the wall of a small space that was a pizza take-out in a previous life. We'll definitely be back; we have a whole menu to explore. Give them a try. read more
