I was skeptical initially because the name of this restaurant sounded too modern to produce authentically Vietnamese pho. Boy, was I wrong!! The beef broth in the #1 was SO good; super aromatic with a deep bone broth flavor. You could tell they had boiled it for hours. The slices of rare steak were tender. The only pho place around so we decided to try it out. Don't know about the other stuff on the menu but the pho was just oily and you can taste the fat( not in a good way). If you say the pho is good maybe you never tried good pho before. There might be worst place out there but this by far is the worst pho I've ever tasted. Do yourself a favor and go get the Costco instant pho bowl. Dont even get me started on the service. I said I don't need the mung bean sprout but she said she can't change it. it comes on the side. Was just trying to save you on some ingredient here. Back here in OC we get extra soup for free to add on because the soup they give you cool off a little. We ask if they do that. She said they don't have enough ingredient to give. That would have been ok if she said it without the attitude. Manager was giving us attitude and being passive aggressive like damn we were just asking. Calm your -down. It just soup! I have been to Noodle-Ly at least 6 times in one month. It newly opened in November and is the perfect meal during all these cold days we've been having in Mammoth. The chicken noodle and the veggie noodle dishes are my favorite. My husband has had the Pho with Braised Beef and Khao Soi. We both love it! The atmosphere, staff, and the food are all awesome! They do not do to-go orders and it can get pretty busy, so be prepared to either go in early or wait. Definitely, a nice addition to Mammoth and I highly recommend Noodle-Ly. read more

Was here with the family. Ordered just about one of each to try but the one I really wanted was sold out and it was early. Not a good start. The food came and they looked small, even tho I ordered all larges. The bowls basically had a few (by that I mean very little) pieces of meat and noodle. I cant imagine what small would look like. We eat these types of noodles all the time back home in LA and this place is beyond sub par. I guess its ok because we are in mammoth and it's cold so anything hot and soupy is good. My wife and I were having difficulty finding just a casual place for dinner tonight and stumbled up Noodle-ly. All I can say is the broth for my bbq pork and noodles was the best I've ever had. We got take-out from this restaurant during our last trip to Mammoth, and it was great! This is definitely one of our new favorites in Mammoth, especially with the closure of Ramenya. Extremely disappointed. Need business lesson 101 real quick. We came here with a party of 5 and we were informed that we needed to wait 15 minutes, which was perfectly fine considering that it was busy dinner time. As we waited we found that this was a new restaurant that had just opened. And the owner of this restaurant was so easily found amongst the staff working the restaurant because she had a satisfying smile from cheek to cheek. She was working as a hostess/ server and basically working the floor. She took our names down and told us we had to wait about 15 minutes as some of the tables were finishing up. 15 minutes passed by and 30 minutes passed by. Then she came to a crowd of people waiting in front of the restaurant and said we could not order #1 and #2 because they were sold out but she ensured us that we can order #3 and on. Without any apologies for having us wait passed the promised time frame, she was just giggly and happy with the fact that her restaurant was busy. Then as it got to about 40 minutes of waiting, she came up to the same crowd of people waiting and said with such enthusiasm, "everything is sold out, please come back tomorrow." I was extremely upset along with about 10 people that were waiting in line. I said why didnt you tell us that you guys were running short on the inventory? And she had the audacity to say, "how could i have known?". First of all, as a restaurant owner myself and a person that has been in restaurant management for 10+ years, its called inventory! It does not matter if you just had opened the restaurant, you as the owner or even as a running manager, you should have had the knowledge in knowing your own inventory status. And with that knowledge, knowing that you are running low in inventory, should have cut the waiting list when it was starting to run low, instead of having people to wait for almost an hour, especially in 20 degrees weather in mammoth! Through this night, I hope you know that you had lost at least a good handful of possible returning customers. It does not matter how good your food is, if there is no customer to taste it. read more

Plenty of outdoor seating, it's a pretty busy place in a strip mall off Old Mammoth Rd. I found them on Happy Cow as I was looking for a place with vegan options. I ordered their "regular size" veggie bowl with rice noodles to make it a vegan dish, confirmed by our server. The "large size" was HUGE as we noticed someone else order. I was very happy with my meal. As presented it had a generous portion of rice noodles, bok choy, nicely browned mushrooms, a couple of thin slices of tofu, and green onions. The broth was mild but tasty. I added chili flakes and chili paste which brought it to a whole new level. Our server was friendly and service was quick. Everything is done with zero contact and respectful of social distancing. Highly recommend and will go back again when we return to the area. read more

I was excited to try this place so it pains me to write a bad review. The good thing in this place is the fair prices and the decent food. The bad is the service and lack of professional behavior of both the staff and the manager. I think this place will survive in mammoth but if it was an la restaurant it would fail and be forgotten just as fast as it opened but being in a small town it has a chance. So came here with my family they got everyone's order right but mine was wrong since I had to wait I asked the waiter if they could comp my food and fix me a new one since I would have to wait and be behind my party the waiter instead of being professional and apologetic despite admitting he wrote the ticket wrong said no. If you make a mistake make things right and go above and beyond is my personal opinion make a good first impression that's what this place lacked to do. I spoke to the manager about what happened. She was apologetic but cut me off as I was speaking and less than professional herself. If she was in la she would be fired as unprofessional. You only have once to make a good first impression this place failed to do so. Will not be back. All I can say is next they are a family owned place they better improve or they will loose business and be replaced with new places. read more

Went there for dinner and everyone loved their dish. As a table we had the #1, #4, #6, and #7. I prefer the egg noodles to the rice, but both are good, and the broth is very flavorful. Huge portions as well. We will be coming back on a regular basis. Oh, and the horchata with boba is tasty as well...a bit on the sweet side, but awesome. What a great new addition to Mammoth Lakes. Located in the Vons shopping center all the way to the left. I thought it would be fast casual but it is sit down with waiter service. I ordered the #3 and my hubby ordered the #1 which is Pho with rare steak. Both were good but when I go back I'll order the #1. Really hits the spot! A big bowl of yummy broth with all the traditional pho toppings, basil, sprouts and jalenpenos. Didn't get any cilantro but it was still excellent. The owner is working the front and you can tell she really cares that the place is a success. I love that she has the items on the menu that are gluten free and even has gluten free soy sauce labeled on the table. I will be back! read more
