This is definitely one of my favorite places now! Next trip to mammoth I'll be sitting here chowing on a bowl of their soup. Order the butterfly tea with lemon for a color changing experience. The Large bowls are HUGE and a great portion if you got done with a long day down the mountain. Our server, she was SO NICE! She was very patient as we couldn't decide what to order and try first. Prices were pretty good too, especially for the portion. Next time, I'll get the small bowl because I wasn't able to finish and I don't eat leftover very well. Check this place out! This is easily the best food I have had in Mammoth. Going in, I honestly wasn't expecting much- this place looks a bit like a hole in the wall situated next to a supermarket parking lot. Amazing service and food. They were happy to customize ramen based on our requests which turned out to be delicious. Nothing like a good soupy and brothy ramen on a cold day. The staff were friendly and cordial, and provided wonderful service throughout our visit. The owner/manager was very kind and courteous, she was chatting and checking up with customers herself and personally ensured everything was great on our end. She also kindly offered us free boba as we were approaching closing time which turned out to be pretty good. Definitely recommend this one. read more

Great place if you are craving for hot soup noddle. Simple menu which is good sign of specialty restaurant. Item # 5 looks like Thai's Tum yum but it's way different. It tastes more similar to Vietnamese bun rieu. Dried egg noodle dish is very tasty w the OMG sauce. For this entry, portion is small, so go for the large size. read more

I have never eaten Pho before. My son wanted to try it so we ordered three meals that came to over $30 for lunch. Pretty steep in my mind however.... It's $10 per regular size bowl. And the regular size bowl in my opinion can serve two. Sooooooo... I could share with someone. We ordered (2) rare beef bowls with rice vermacelli (sp?) and (1) chicken with egg noodles. All were really good. I enjoyed adding jalapenos and lime to my beef bowl. Nice addition to Mammoth Lakes in the Vons shopping area close to the movie theater. Food was great. Service was good. 4 star rating because they don't give you jalapeños, bean sprout and mint with your meal (something that is normally just part of the entree). You have to pay extra for it. Kind of weird, like paying to get ketchup for your fries. read more

We have been to Noodle-Ly several times on trips to Mammoth. The food is always amazing. The staff is accommodating, helpful with suggestions and very friendly. My husband had the BBQ pork & I had the Spinach noodles. He was amazed at how much pork there was, practically every bite had a good chunk. The spinach noodles are always great. Get here early or you will most likely be very disappointed because it's not uncommon for them to run out of some menu items. Please don't complain & suggest they should have been better stocked. This is Mammoth, this is a small town. It is better to sell out of food then to lose money and have to close another GREAT restaurant. this place! read more

Just finished our first time here, we will definitely be back! We had the #1 and #4, both were hearty and delicious. The toasted shallots that come with the #4 are a tasty touch I haven't seen at any other Pho place, next time I'll see if I can request that for the #1 also. And the Thai Tea is excellent! Good price. Fine service. Limited choice. Somehow the kitchen managed to make 2 errors to our orders which is surprising as they have only 7 meal choices and substitutions aren't allowed so I was pretty stunned. But, the server was nice about it and when the meal that was wrong finally came out they'd added heaps more protein into it which was nice. I'd go back. It's lost a star because they only take one card per table and can't substitute or add ingredients to dishes which is very odd. We were very excited to try this little restaurant during our trip in Mammoth. We originally went on Monday, but the wait was too long so we came back on a Thursday. We got there right at 3pm when they opened and were seated right away and our order and drinks were taken. There was a snafu with our drink order and another item on our bill not arriving but another server who was very kind took care of the issue and had the owner come over and talk to us. She was very sweet and offered free drinks to our children which we respectfully declined. You can tell that she has pride in her business and wants to make sure her customers are taken care of. This spot was worth a try! We ordered #2 to go to avoid having to deal with the raw meat in #1. I was pleasantly surprised that the broth had a good flavor. I would suggest keeping the noodles separate if you pick up since they do absorb the broth quickly. Make sure to ask for the basil and sauces! My family and I dined here on 8/15/20. We were met rather aggressively at the door about masks. My son and I were waiting to sit down. We were given a stern talking to about masks . Our meal was decent but when my husband went to pay they tried to add an 18% Tip. My husband asked them to take it off. He paid and came back to the table. The owner came out to harass us about not giving a tip. Our tip was cash on the table!! She continued to tell how hard they working and tips are basically mandatory!! She was rude and embarrassing!! Being a local there was a lot of talk about this place when it opened. I would hear very good things about them, which is what led me to give them a try. The place isn't that big but its nicely kept and welcoming. I went on a Friday night and they were packed with a 45 minute wait. I waited and ehhh I wasn't blown away. The food was good but it wasn't what I expected. I got the #3 as was recommended to me and my companion got the #6 I think. Based on what everybody had told me I was ready to get Amazed by the food, but it didn't live up to the hype. As others have said when you go to LA and try what they have to offer food up here doesn't really compare. Would I go back? Probably but now knowing what to expect. read more
