this place is so so good! was looking for something around the area and I stumbled upon this. I got their signature beef noodle and I added an egg & it was so delicious, portion was literally huge, the picture doesn't do it justice and it came out super quick. The staff here are so sweet & attentive. I loved their passion fruit green tea, it was deliciouss. We also got the Korean bbq and rice and that was super delicious as well. It was really clean and good seating. I would come back to try their beef roll pancake that looked so good!
Wow! I know this place is part of a chain, but the food was fantastic. We started with the cucumber salad and it had a soy garlic sauce, which was good. We also ordered the beef pancake roll, which was one of the better versions I have had. We finished with the savory braised chicken with knife cut noodles. The chicken was tender and juicy and all other elements were great. Overall, a solid meal.

I do with there was more meat in the dish. only like 5-7 pieces. small pieces. SPICY WONTONS: GET THIS! so delicious. lowkey Bette than dtf. BEEF SCALLIONS: this was really tasty. scallion pancake almost (better than a pancake) rolled with beef and tasty sauce. never had anything like it. service: GREAT service! very attentive staff! ambiance: good ambiance. lots of seating.
Niece was craving for dumplings and been wanting to try this place for sometime so decided to drop by. On a Wednesday night, it gets fairly busy quick but it has indoor and outdoor seatings so plenty of room. Menu is small compares to DTF and Mama Lu's, focus is more on their hand-pulled noodles more than dumplings. Had their Dan Dan, Spicy Wontons, Cucumber salad, XLBs, and String beans - I would say the flavor was pretty decent; however, their spicy level was mediocre. Their hand cut noodle was pretty good but it being labeled as their "chewiest," I wasn't impressed. I think overall this place is pretty decent for dinner but I wouldn't pick it over Mama Lu's or DTF. Service: 4/5 Food: 3.5/5 Parking: 4/5 Price: 3/5
My friend has been raving about this place, so I finally decided to try it with her--and I'm glad I did! The restaurant has a modern and cute aesthetic, and the service was quick and friendly. We shared the dumplings and a noodle soup, and both dishes were delicious. I liked that you can choose your noodle type--we went with the regular round noodles, which were perfectly cooked and had a great texture. The broth was flavorful, and the dumplings were excellent, especially with the sauce they came with. Overall, it was a great dinner, and I'd happily come back again.
Noodle St and this location = incredible. You must go. PARKING & LOCATION // In a strip mall next to BBQ Chicken and 7 Leaves. There's plenty of parking! AMBIANCE & SERVICE // Vibes are very casual here. Mix of college students and families. It doesn't feel too "college-y" and isn't too loud either. I've been for both lunch and dinner and never had to wait too long. Service is incredible here! They are super friendly and helpful from seating to packing up your leftovers. FOOD // My top faves here are the BEEF ROLL and SPICY SIGNATURE NOODLES (with rice noodles). The beef roll has a perfect amount of sweetness with the beef and cilantro and the signature noodles hit the spot. My partner loves the knife cut noodles. I get the rice noodles just due to preference. OVERALL // 5 stars Highly recommend! I'm always coming up with excuses to come here lol.

PARKING (3/5): Parking can be TOUGH here since it's a small parking lot and REALLY BUSY all the time! Lunch & dinner you honestly may not find a spot. AMBIANCE (4/5): Casual sit down restaurant. It's BIG! Has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. SERVICE (4/5): I've only dined here once and service was quick! The other time I ordered to-go. FOOD (4/5): $8 CUCUMBER SALAD: BEST cucumber salad I've had anywhere! You MUST LOVE GARLIC! They do "smashed" cucumbers and it's LOADED with fresh garlic pieces and a soy sauce mixture. I LOVE IT SO MUCH! The portion is HUGE too! Highly recommend this!!! $17 SPICY BEEF NOODLE: I got the knife cut noodles which is the THICKEST & CHEWIEST noodles. I love this one! I've only tried this noodle so I definitely want to come back to try the others. I didn't love the spicy sauce, it was a bit too oily for me. The beef was SO TENDER & delicious! $17 CREATE YOUR OWN STIR-FRY: LOVED THIS! Way more than the spicy noodles. I also got hand knife cut noodles (THICKEST & CHEWIEST). Noodle St is one of my go to spots when I'm craving some knife cut noodles! I was introduced to Noodle St years ago back when when this was one of the only/few locations and I still love it! Food: I always get the spicy beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles for the chewiest noodles. SO GOOD! The beef noodle came with large, tender chunks of beef, some kale, lots of soup, and of course the knife cut noodles. I feel like the portion is pretty decent and I finished all my noodles and took the soup and some beef home to add my own noodles. The knife cut noodles aren't as easy to take so I try to finish it. Previously I've also had beef roll pancake which was pretty good. My friend got the signature rice noodle soup since it was gluten free and he enjoyed it! He ended up getting some rice on the side to eat with the rest of the soup. Service was great! Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. I could tell they were well trained and constantly filled our waters and proactively gave up napkins. When asking for the check and to go boxes, the gentleman packed it up for me since it was a big bowl of soup. I really appreciated that! They also offered to give me a big while was helpful. Ambiance is more casual. It's a busy spot at certain points. I would come here with friends, family, and for a casual date night. It's cool to see them making noodles through the glass. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Overall still one of my favorite spots for beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles! Keep up the amazing work!
Another great visit to Noodle St. This place is on it, with quick service, fresh flavors, and attentive staff you're almost always guaranteed to enjoy your time here. I enjoyed the cucumber salad, which was heavily seasoned with fresh minced garlic - a huge hit for me, but may not be if you're not a big garlic fan! We love the spicy broth, it's large enough to share between 2-3 people along with some appetizers. Already looking forward to when the weather cools down and we have a cozy dinner back at Noodle St.
I love eating at this restaurant. Although there are other locations, this was my first time at the Fullerton location. They have a decent dining area and a great view of the workers making their signature hand stretched noodles. I ordered the spicy beef noodle and it was full of flavor, packed with nice heat, and decent chunks of meat. Their noodles were soft and chewy which gave a nice texture with the meat. The staff was friendly and they were really efficient. One worker would come by and refill our water glasses without us having to flag them down and request it. That shows the attentiveness of these workers. I would come back to the Fullerton location when I'm back in the OC.
Amazing noodles. We love the create your own stir fry. Our go to is the triangle cut noodles with chicken, green peppers, onion, and zucchini. Also got a small bowl of white rice which was so yummy. We tried out the chicken spicy wontons and they were also so good. They weren't too spicy either. It comes with 6 wontons (we ate one before the picture). The restaurant is small but cute. The service here again was good. The food comes out fast and they make sure to keep filling your water so it's never empty.
Came here for a family lunch. The best thing I tried was easily the BEEF ROLL PANCAKE. It was beef with green onion, hoison sauce, and wrapped in scallion pancake. The noodles were great, although I got the signature beef noodle soup when I should have gotten the spicy one! The soup dumplings were pretty standard but definitely satisfied my craving. scallion pancakes: 10/10 amazing texture, flavor and crunch! one of the best ive ever eaten. the beef inside is filling and is filled. the portion is large and the texture and crunch is great. with the chili sauce, it tastes even better. knife cut noodle spicy: 5/10 noodles didn't have much flavor and the broth just tasted spicy, there was barely any flavor to it too. the beef tasted okay. overall, i wouldn't get it again. spicy chicken dumpling: 5/10 tasted pretty average. nothing special and the flavor tasted like any other dumpling you can make at home. service was friendly and quick. we came around 1 pm and we were seated right away. it wasn't that crowded and the place is spacious with lots of seating. i would only come here again for the scallion pancake but overall it's pretty average. read more

This was a really fun place to visit. You can watch the cooks making the pulled noodles for the soup from the kitchen. Enjoyed the cucumber salad, potato string shrimp, crispy tofu, beef roll pancakes, and the spicy noodle soup. I like that you can pick how you want your noodles, I had the standard round. Next time I'll try the knife cut! They were a little flatter. My favorite appetizer was the beef roll pancakes! Lots of flavor and very filling. We went to the Fullerton location. I like that they have several locations in the Orange County area. I'll definitely go again when I'm in the area. All the wait staff were nice and helpful. Noodle St made my tummy so happy. I met up with fellow Yelper Jonathan Z for a comforting meal and we were well attended to. We ordered lots of food, starting with the Beef Rolls which we both loved as the beef was so tender. We couldn't pass up an order of the Chicken Spicy Wontons with their house made spicy sauce, simply delicious. With a name like Noodle St you know their specialty has to be handmade noodles, and they did not disappoint. I went with the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. You're able to pick your noodles that vary in thickness and chewiness and I went with the knife cut because I love a thick, chewy noodle. The soup was packed with so much flavor and the noodles were impeccable. I was not a fan of the chunks of beef shank as they were a bit chewy and tendon-y for me but that's personal preference so I think I would go with the signature soup next time as it has sliced beef shank. read more
Was expecting to be wowed here but this place didn't blow me away. Noodle St is an authentic establishment that focuses on knife cut noodles which is a favorite of mine. Knife cut noodles are much thicker and chewier in texture. If that's to your preference, this is for you. They seem to pretty packed on weekends but my party was promptly seated with no wait. Noodle St is clean, with a decent amount of tables and spacing. Our orders were taken quickly and the food promptly arrived. I opted for the signature beef noodle soup and I found it a little bit on the bland side. The soup wasn't as rich as I had hoped and it is definitely on the lighter side. Beef roll was delicious, nothing to add there. Would maybe order the spicy beef noodle instead on a future visit. Overall, this would place is worth coming to if you're looking to fulfill a noodle craving. read more
Came here with my parents and partner around 9 PM for dinner on a Monday night. We chose this spot because it offers a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Vibes The restaurant was nice, clean, and had a casual atmosphere. Service Excellent! The waiter who assisted us provided amazing customer service and was very attentive. Food Spicy Beef Noodle - 7/10 It was okay. I liked the knife-cut noodles, and the beef was tender, but the soup lacked flavor. Beef Roll - 9/10 Delicious! The slightly sweet sauce paired perfectly with the flavorful beef, and the onion pancake wrap was flaky yet chewy. Crispy Tofu - 8/10 A good option if you're vegetarian. Simply...Wow! I finally made it here..after much procrastination lol and boy it did not disappoint! First off, the place looks clean and bright, there are plenty of tables and chairs meant for groups, couples and single food adventurers - this place gets to be hoppin' and boppin' by dinner time, fortunately for my step-son and I, we came just at the right time and got a table right before the crowd! After reading much of the reviews, it seems the signature Spicy Beef noodle is the clear winner as the soup to try---and so we did with a side of Beef roll pancake! Well, well, well... It's no surprise this place gets mobbed by foodies and noodle fanatics alike - the freshest noodles made in-house, swimming in a beefylicious bowl of yumminess, you got to have dead taste buds not to recognize the lovely flavor balance of this broth concocted and simmered with just the right amount of seasoning, spices, herbs and spiciness! The beef itself was so divinely tender, it just melts in your mouth with every bite, slurp and munch together with their fantastic noodles!!! The Beef roll pancake was also delicious, the wrapping itself reminds me of a densely stacked flaky filo layered with thinly sliced beef, some veggies and herbs - it was such a great starter! Was recommended this place by a friend who's from China. She mentioned how legit this place was to what can be found over there, so I gave it a try. I must say, this place is very good! I've been here three times in total and get the Spicy Beef Noodle w/knife cut noodles. The noodles have a very chewy , springy texture which makes eating it enjoyable. The broth is rich, strong beef flavor, and thick. The beef is fork tender, just wish they added more. There's normally just three or four pieces. I've never tried anything else besides the noodles, so I can't give a review on other items. The service is always prompt and attentive, no complaints here! I highly recommend this spot if you're hankering for authentic beef noodle soup! read more
My daughter and I came on a Monday night around 6:30. The restaurant was almost full but we got seated right away. We ordered the Signature Beef Noodle Soup with small, flat noodles and the Dan Dan Noodles with the small round noodles (less spicy). Both dishes were superb! I enjoyed the comfort of the Beef Noodle Soup-the noodles were the perfect texture, exquisitely chewy without any mushiness. The beef was sliced thinly and very tender. The Dan Dan Noodles were very tasty! Service was very attentive. Several wait staff came by with scissors and extra napkins without being asked. We will be back! read more

Noodle St is very good food and I find myself coming here frequently when I'm in the area. However, every time I come, I feel very rushed by the servers. The food is so delicious that it makes up for it, but it can be a bit uncomfortable if you're in a group. Overall, there's a reason that I keep coming back and the food is very delicious, and the pricing is very fair. read more
I like it here because they hand pull your noodles or you can get the knife cut noodles. I wanted to try the Dan Dan noodles and was surprised that it came as a noodle soup rather than dry that you have to mix together. The soup was really good though. My wife got the signature beef noodle soup. I thought the broth tastes like pho though service was quick or Latino waiter was able to speak some Chinese, which is a lot more than I can. It's conveniently located near Troy high school and we had to attend a Troy event that evening. Food was tasty. Service was good. I will be back again. I'm sure. read more
Best noodles in Fullerton/Anahiem. We eat here at least once a week. I get that they are a chain, but they are always packed for a reason! I mostly get take-out for the house, be do occasionally dine-in. The staff is always super nice. The bathroom, kitchen, and dining area is always clean - it is nice that you can peer into the kitchen and watch them pull the noodles. Parking can be hectic, but not impossible. read more
WOW...the food at this place is absolutely delicious. I chose to get the spicy beef noodle soup with hand cut noodles and it was definitely an amazing recommendation made by our very sweet waitress. While the restaurant is not incredibly large, it was very busy and easy to be accommodated on a weekday evening. This is such a great spot and I'm very happy that I discovered it quickly with a Yelp search. I'm definitely going to stop by again and I can't wait to explore more options! We haven't visited in a while. We missed their furniture upgrade but everything looks nice. Seats are pretty comfortable to sit in. However, the table may be a bit squishy for us to cram all our food on. Our server lady was very attention, fun, and kind to my two gremlin kids. Service was efficient. All food items arrived fresh, hot and well presented. Prices may have had a minimal bump who isn't increasing in this economy. Happy the food quality remains the same. I will continue to bring the family to enjoy Chinese noodle and carby happiness. read more

We decided to come here because they're halal and because of the hand pulled noodles! Personally out of all the dishes we got I would only recommend the spicy beef noodle soup (with knife cut noodles). There was a little mix up and one of our bowls was forgotten, so we had to ask about it and it was a little awkward that it came out pretty late. BUT the staff was super nice and attentive about it and comped that bowl since it came out so late. I was personally disappointed by the dan dan noodles and the beef roll. The Dan Dan noodles that I'm used to are usually stronger in flavor and dry. These were mild and soupy. We also got the triangle cut noodles with these which I honestly didn't like. The beef roll tastes good but it was about 10% meat and 90% cilantro and green onions - I've personally never had a beef roll with that kind of ratio... my friend also got the signature beef noodle soup and it was interesting... broth was too light for my tastes. They also don't have a Yelp waitlist, it's a paper list, so you do have to stay in the area for them to call your name - they don't have an option to leave your number. The outside seating is kind of awkward because people are waiting right next to people eating and the seats by the door are sooo close it's claustrophobic. Build your own stir fry! How awesome is that! With the build your own stir fry option; you can pick the noodle, select the protein and then you can pick up to 4 vegetables. Additional veggies are extra charge. I went with regular thickness noodle, tofu for the protein and carrots/ bell peppers/ mushroom/ onion for veggies. The veggies were fresh! I liked the tofu but would have liked more tofu. There was about 6 cubes in the entire dish. Compared to the noodle ratio, it needed more protein. Food came out super-fast!!! Almost right after I ordered. Wow! Service was quick and efficient. 10/10 for the service. The restaurant is sit down and get served. Many were picking up to-go orders. It's casual, you could wear jeans and a t-shirt and be fine. Let's talk about those noodles. They make them right there in front of you. You can see in the window, the guys making the noodles from scratch. And boy are those noodles DELICIOUS! Holy moly, they were so good! I loved the noodles and even re-heating the next day- they were still great. One of the best stir fry's I have had! 10/10 read more

Where has this place been all my life?! I don't know how this spot flew under my radar or why none of my friends thought to mention it, but wow, am I glad I found it. Let's just get right to the point - I've never gone to a restaurant and seriously considered filling up on just the appetizers... until now. The cucumber salad? A crunchy, tangy masterpiece. I could've stopped there and left happy. But then came the beef roll pancakes, and suddenly I was questioning everything I thought I knew about starters. If the appetizers are this good, the mains have to be either a culinary triumph or a tragic letdown. Spoiler: they nailed it. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and chose the knife-cut noodles (the chewiest of the bunch, highly recommend). One slurp in-flavor bomb detonated. Rich, spicy broth, tender beef, and noodles with the perfect bite. We split the bowl because it's generously portioned, but if you're hungry, absolutely go solo. Will I be back? No doubt. I'd return just for that cucumber salad. But next time, I'm bringing friends--because flavor this good deserves to be shared. read more

Came here for dinner Aug. 9, 2025 after a day out. Food is pretty good, in the realm of 4/5 stars - I got the spicy beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles, and we also got an order of beef roll for the table. The noodles had a good bite and compares to the Chinese-style noodle shops I grew up with in Taiwan. The broth is fine - could have a bit more nuance. The beef had a bouncy sticky texture and was very satisfying to eat; it had a very subtle metallic aftertaste that I think could be improved by better blanching the beef before braising. The kale in the noodles provided some much welcomed fiber. The beef roll was pretty standard, but pretty good! Lots of scallions and no shortage of beef, and the bread is made fresh by hand. Our server was very attentive and gave great service during our meal. A location recently opened in Westwood Village, and I look forward to visiting Noodle St again there! read more
The Mrs. and I had lunch yesterday at Noodle St. We arrived around 12:30 and were seated right away. The menu is simple. We ordered four dishes to share. The first dish was the Fried Calamari served with sweet and sour sauce. The badder was crispy but surprisingly light. The calamari itself was tender. The next dish was the lamb skewers which we ordered spicy. This was probably the dish I could have skipped. The meat was tender but all the spice consisted of was a dusting of Cayenne pepper. We then had the Beef Roll Pancake which I really enjoyed. The flavor of the beef along with the crispness of the pancake and green onions was refreshing. I added chili oil to give it a little kick. Our last dish was the Shrimp and Pork Dumplings. You have the option ordering them steamed or pan fried. I recommend the pan fried options. The little bit of crunch adds to the flavor. I doused mine in chili oil for extra flavor. The service was good but very quick. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Picking was easy to find. Noddle St sits on the corner of State College and Chapman. The parking lot is pretty small. read more
I came here before and did not have the best experience, but I decided to give them a second try. Food: 5/5 We got their signature beef noodle and stir fry noodles. The signature beef noodle was very hardy and the noodles were chewy and springy. The broth was well balanced (I got mild). I added some of their chili oil which really kicked it up a notch. The stir fry noodle was aromatic and was nice and steamy when it came out. Price: 4/5 This place is a little more expensive than your average ma and pop noodle shop. It's about $14 - $18 for a bowl of noodles. The good thing is that they have really big portions. Service: 5/5 The service was great. There was no wait even during lunch time. The noodles came out pretty quick. Our servers came around multiple times to refill our water and ask if everything was good. The beef noodle soup here is so yummy!!! The broth is so delicious, and the meat is very tender. I also enjoyed the chewy texture of the noodles. Their beef rolls and cucumber salad are also great! Our server was also very kind and helpful. The space is quite small, and there is no area to wait to be seated, so I would just recommend wearing suitable clothes for the weather during busy hours. read more
Tried the stir fry noodles with shrimp and chicken. Not much of a stir fry noodles girly but these were good, I added some chili oil and vinegar and it was so good. I'm a regular to this restaurant whether it is in person or togo. Whenever I am craving for spicy beef soup and/or xiao long bao, I don't hesitate and order them from here. No matter how many Chinese restaurants I tried, I always end up coming back to this place because I trust their quality. In addition to spicy beef soup and xiao long bao, I order cucumber salad and beef roll pancake. They make a great company and enhances other dishes. It may look a lot but it never is. All of their portions are just right. The restaurant is big enough to accommodate large group of people. Their utensils are eye catching with the cute engravement of the restaurant's name and the noodle and dumpling making process is still amazing to watch behind the glass window. This place is crowded and have a long line pretty much every day due to popularity of their food and the parking is challenging so you need to plan ahead to dine in. read more

Three friends decide to grab lunch together after pickleball games at nearby gym. The restaurant is modern, clean, and with open kitchen! Service is fast as you immediately get greeted when you opened the door and waters are served right away. What makes Noodle St special is they offer handmade noodles and in different shapes. Chopsticks are also super long! Great idea! We ordered spicy beef noodle x 2 ; I tried the soup only - it's good but can be better and stronger. All the noodles we ordered are using knife cut type (thick). We have one beef roll pancake to share it cuts into 4 large pieces. Lots of beef and vegetables but very dry. I ordered the Dan Dan noodle! It's actually soup based. It tastes perfect in the soup type! It's not a dry noodles. Noodle St is a good place for lunch and quick meal! read more

This is my favorite go to noodle spot. First choice for chicken soup every time. All the ingredients taste fresh and the food comes out quickly but always tastes like freshly made quality simmered cuisine. The onion pancake is addicting but that is one of many addicting dishes here. The restaurant is always clean and the workers are always helpful and very nice. It can get busy but I have never had trouble getting a table when I eat here but tbh I order takeout from this place a lot too. It's always fun to see them make the noodles in the window and I enjoy changing up my dishes by just changing noodle shape types. It's like a whole new yummy experience. Came here last night with my boyfriend because we were both craving noodle soup. We saw Noodle St. as one of the options and were intrigued by its most popular dish, the spicy beef noodle. Let me tell you, it's actually that good! We'd rate the spicy beef noodle a 4.5/5. There were four types of noodles to choose from, and we went with the knife-cut noodles. They were honestly a bit too thick for our liking, but we loved how chewy they were. The broth was flavorful with a nice punch of heat. It's spicy, but not to the point where it overpowers the flavor of the broth. The beef was super tender; however, we did feel like they skimped out a bit on the portion. We also got the beef roll as an appetizer, which we'd rate 4/5. It had that light, crispy yet slightly chewy texture, wrapped with thinly sliced beef, cilantro, and scallions, all tied together with a thin layer of hoisin sauce. It's such a simple dish, but it always hits the spot. Unfortunately, it wasn't freshly hot, just warm, which is why we rated it a 4 instead of a 5. My boyfriend and I split the two dishes, and it was enough to fill us up. There was no wait when we checked in around 7 p.m. on a Saturday. Once we were seated, we were immediately served water, and the servers were super attentive. As soon as they noticed we were ready to order, they came right over.
