Pasta is one of my comfort meals. It's great for settling in with after a long day and it pairs nicely as a family meal. For a time I wasn't sure that Noodles could do it right, but low and behold they proved me wrong. I came here in person for the first time a few moths back to have lunch with friends that were back in town from school briefly. I felt the place was pretty clean overall and good sport for a quick meal. The staff were nice and the one guy whose name I can't remember was super friendly. One of my friends had changed her order and was charged for the wrong item by mistake , which happened to be the cheaper one. The cashier very nice about alerting her and made the process very painless, which is a win. I ordered the classic buttered parmesan noodles with a side caesar salad and some cheesy garlic bread. The garlic bread was pretty freaking good! It has great texture and some savory flavors , it was bangin'! The noodles were pretty good too, and reheated nicely. Nothing much else to go home about though. The Caesar tased fine and seem fresh enough , but didn't really jump out. I was certainly impressed with my visit and hope to be back soon. I waited about 30 minutes for one Mac and cheese. When I kindly asked when the food was going to come out I got completely ignored. Also people that ordered after us that had 3 plates of food got their food before I did. When I finally got my order the workers didn't say anything to me for the inconvenience. This is horrible customer service and horrible time preparation. Don't come here unless you want to wait half an hour for a Mac and cheese. read more

I finally got around to picking up Noodles after many years since my last visit. The pesto cavatappi has always been my go-to dish there, and I enjoyed it. Our family ordered five dishes. Some were good, others, just ok. Most irritating was that we ordered two Pasta Fresca with Shrimp, one of them gluten-free. How fast chain restaurants go downhill. It's been a few years since I was here, and on returning, it's apparent that the use of actual dishes is gone, replaced by little carryout bowls with much smaller portions. Our favorite, spicy Korean beef noodles, is still pretty good, but for a child size portion at $12.25, the value proposition here is missing. Sad. read more

I am giving this a 2 because their potstickers are the best I have had at any noodles and co. But the rest of their stuff is not up to par with other noodles and co. I have eaten here at least 10 times and every time I hope it will get better. But it doesn't....... Japanese pan noodles - mushy dry noodles Pene Rosa - WAYYYYY TOO SPICY Mac and cheese - not nearly as good as other locations, it is less cheese or something. This last time I tried to call to complain because it was so bad I couldn't even eat it, and no one answers the phone. You charge way to much for a bowl or noodles to start but at least make them edible please. I hope these things get fixed so I don't have to stop going there. This was a quick stop on our way to an appointment. Both my wife and I were hungry and this was on the way to our destination. There was no wait. The service was moderately quick. The food was good. I had the Pad Thai with Tofu. It was kind of bland on its own, but after adding a shot or two of Sriracha, it added the flavor that was needed. A chain, mediocre food, I only ordered because I was able to order online and have my food waiting and ready to go, since I was on my lunch break from work. Ordering online is easy and convenient. My food was ready very quickly. I picked it up at the pick up register. The employee who checked me out was nice and friendly. The restaurant looked clean. I ordered a noodle dish and added the marinated steak and a cucumber and tomato salad. The salad was non existent. It was about a total of 3 bites. Flavor was ok but my tomatoes me were a bit mushy. My noodle dish was just meh. I paid extra for the steak and I kid you not there were only about 5 pieces of tiny steak. It was mainly all carrots. Disgusting food. My husband got me this salad with corn. First container has a little bit on the bottom. Every vegetable looked like it's been sitting in the container for at least 5 days. Withered and dry. The only thing that was fresh was red onion that made the whole salad smell like red onion. They charged almost $8 for it. McDonald's has better looking and tasting salad. This place just opened up a few weeks ago. I frequent the Deer Park Noodles n Company, so I was happy to see this one opening just around the corner from my apartment! This is one of the larger ones I have been to, plenty of seating inside with a patio as well. The food is good. It is one of the better chains out there. Sometimes I wish the selection was more broad, but hey, the food is still good. The couple times I have been in here, there were almost no people. I am sure this will change once school resumes. Directly across the street in Buffalo Grove High School. I bet this place is going to get hit hard during the lunch periods. Overall the food is good, the pricing is not bad, so give it a try if you havent already. read more

Almost five years since my first and previous visit to this Noodles and after having read my first review, I guess I can say kudos to their consistency. Aside from the entree delivery oversight on my first visit, nothing has changed as far as the pad thai goes. Though the noodles did seem obnoxiously long. I think I paid $9.19 with tax for chicken pad thai only - no drink, so prices have likely risen a bit. Stopped there due to convenience and an absence of Thai places on the route I was traveling. I love the new rewards program that Noodles started. I've been taking advantage of the free apps and just scored a free regular pasta to try out. I don't have problems with the food and I think they make it fairly fast. I typically go here on my lunch break at work. There was a time though that they didn't receive my pickup online order even though I had confirmation that i selected the correct place. I think it was because I tried redeeming my free apps reward on the app instead of having the cashier scan it at Noodles. The cashier wasn't very friendly as well and I've seen him there a couple of times. I haven't had a positive experience with him, but everyone else was very friendly. Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad was really good! The chicken was a little dry but still a pretty good salad. My little sisters are super picky so we go here often for the Mac and cheese and they love it. If you have picky eaters this place is great to go to. read more

I'm writing this review to share my gratitude for a young lady working today. I don't know her name but she had dreads and was the most attentive worker I have ever seen. She has a smile every time I walk in the door. Before I started eating here, I would just come in and pick up my food to go, now that I have experienced her customer loyalty and great service, I make sure I have my meal at this noodles & company. I see her attend to other customers who are upset, she won't walk away from the table until she knows they are happy and satisfied. Love the new location for Noodles & Company. I have only ever ordered the Mac N Cheese but must say that it is delicious and with the added Parmasean Crusted Chicken Breast added for an extra $2.60 it makes it that much better! The service is quick and the restraunt has always been clean whenever I have stopped in. They have the new Coke machine which is awesome! More flavors to choose then I know what to do with. The prices are a bit high but food portions are pretty good and a regular usually provides 2 meals for me. During the summer they have outoor seating which is very nice. Well worth the try if you haven't been to it yet. read more

Noodles & Co is always good for a reliable meal. I like it because it usually fast and you can get something sort-of healthy. This place also has the Coke freestyle machine and I am a total sucker for that thing. I love the Indonesian Peanut Saute but this time I decided to switch it up and went with the Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca. After I ordered and sat down, they came out to tell me that they were out of linguine so I had the option of picking a totally different dish or just picking a different noodle. I appreciate that they gave me the option. I ended up getting penne. The dish was fine but the Peanut Saute remains my favorite. read more

They gave me one side of steak when I ordered two, my side of shrimp was burnt, and they gave me the wrong drink. Also the garlic was all smushed into one tiny package and the pot stickers were over cooked. Over all I am pissed off and not going back. read more

My husband and I are dinner here last night. We both ordered the pad Thai noodles with chicken. The chicken was hot and flavorful, though slightly dry. The noodles were cooked perfectly, as were the vegetables. Vegetables included bean sprouts and carrots. My husband is not a carrot fan, so it's amazing that he ate and seemed to enjoy them. They were cooked, but still crunchy. Other ingredients included chopped peanuts, fried egg, a lime wedge, a sprig of cilantro, and seasonings. The dish had a distinct flavor of lime and hint of heat, but not to the point of being unpleasant. Overall, it was nicely balanced, well prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. While there, I also tried the broth from their Thai Hot Pot soup dish. I had been considering ordering it, and the person taking orders was kind enough to let me taste it to decide. She had insisted the name "Hot Pot" had nothing to do with the level of heat from spice. After tasting it, I decided she was wrong. It was good, but more spice than I wanted that night. They have at least a couple other soups, as well as other types of noodle dishes. There are a couple other Asian-type noodles, as well as Mac n cheese, spaghetti, some other Italian and American style noodles. In addition, they have several types of salads. Dishes come in two sizes. The size difference is nearly double, whereas the price difference is just $1...not counting meat. Noodle & Co is a great place to eat. The food is fresh and tasty and creative. They have something for everyone. They have things as simple as butter noodles, mac & cheese or chicken noodle soup or as exotic as a Peanut Saute, Pad Thai, Bangkok Curry and many others. They have interesting salads and sandwich combos. Something for everyone. The reason that I only gave it three stars, however, is that anytime you go in there there are tables covered with dirty dishes. They have many employees standing around talking perhaps someone could clear and WIPE them. I have been there when tables were cleared of dirty dishes but the tables were left dirty, not wiped down. Say what you will about this place since it's a chain and features American-ized versions of ethnic foods, but it's one of my family's go-to quick meal spots. They have lots of choices, which allows you to decide to be healthy or indulgent and suits many tastes from plain to more adventurous. There are more fresh and healthy options than most chains, which is what I like. They are also very family friendly especially with the addition of the new kids meals. My favorites are the Penne Rosa with Parmesan Chicken (indulgent) and the Bangkok Curry (healthy), with Tofu if you want protein. I actually really like their tofu. My kids love the Pesto Cavatappi and Mac and Cheese. The service is generally friendly and quick. This location was new but it starting to show a bit of wear and tear in the dining area IMO. read more
