It's called Noodles Noodles, but it's.....more of a generic Thai joint than it is a noodle joint. I got a Tom Kha and Pad Thai. The tom kha was good, creamy and tasty, with a wealth of ingredients. The pad thai was not bad, but also not great. It's relatively plain. There's bean sprouts and a bit of cilantro, no garlic chives, no scallions. The flavor is decent. They do have sriracha and some chili sauce on the table. But the sriracha is weirdly watery, like they filled it with 50% sriracha and 50% water. The chili sauce is also really weak. read more

I've been to Noodles Noodles probably 29 times. They're super close by, walking distance is convenient. Rice noodles and egg noodles are both phenomenal. Egg noodles taste homemade? Maybe they are, maybe not. I think I've mostly gotten the noodle soups and the shrimp rolls. The soups come with a ton of noodles and extras inside the broth. It feels like this places crosses into a lot of different territories, maybe minus Italian noodles. If they did Italian noodles dishes, I'd gladly get that too. There isn't a bad dish here. It smelled like curry when I walked in, but I was craving beef ball pho. So that's what I ordered. It was decent, but if I came back I wouldn't order it again. I'd probably order the curry. As an appetizer I ordered the chicken spring rolls and the vermicelli noodles inside were over cooked so it was just mush inside. However the chicken had a really good taste as did the dipping sauce. I also ordered a Thai tea with boba and it tasted good but the boba was also overcooked. read more

I've had the chance to try Noodles Noodles a few more times after my initial review and this time around, I'm updating it to share how things have improved since my first experience. Since that time, my orders haven't changed much except that I've added the Ginger dish which has become one of my favorite Thai Entrees from here. It's extremely flavorful and a good amount to share with one other person. As for spice levels, I've toned it down one notch to a 3 and I can say, this time around, it was a perfect balance. Also, I'm happy that their side of Steamed rice has improved and is no longer dry and warm. Now it's hot and fluffy which made eating it as a side with every entree I've ordered from here much more appetizing. The flavors of all the dishes I've had here have always been tasty and every single time I've had a craving for Thai food, this is the one place I think of to get my fix. Covid review: Social distancing is being followed and everyone wears masks. This place has not let me down, even during covid times. They have kept up the quality of the ingredients and everything tastes fresh. My go to are drunken noodles with chicken and pineapple fried rice with tofu. We had the drunken noodles and chicken fried rice. Initially it was supposed to be pork fried rice, but they messed up our order and we didn't notice until we got home. I ordered drunken noodles and although they had good taste, they weren't the 'medium' heat I asked for. There was no heat at all. I'm sure if they would have been spicy, they would have won me over. They were also just a tiny bit too soggy for me, but the 'no heat' was more disappointing than the extra squish. The chicken fried rice was also good, but nothing spectacular. Update to this place. So after I stopped 2 years ago because of an argumentative employee/daughter, I decided to try again this place. For the last month or 2, I order 1x a week and the food has been GREAT until today. Noodles were not the best like usually is, calamari wasn't really fried. Pretty much fell apart and missing items. So not sure if there was a different cook today but had to keep it at a 2 star today. It was 5 stars the past couple Months but today was VERY different. Probably try one more time next week and see if anything improves. If not, will update review and find another Thai place. read more

Overall: While getting piercings and thrift store shopping, I started getting hungry. I saw this in the shopping center and decided to go in. You can tell that it was a small family business. I think there was only one cook and one server/cashier. It had a maximum of 4 tables and was quaint. Their menu is a fusion. We ordered the fishball rice noodle and spring rolls. The noodle in the spring rolls does not have vermicelli, it is the noodle used in pad Thai. The noodle soup was good, with 5 small fishballs and noodles. Garnishing is not their forte. 7 bucks for a fulfilling meal and it took like 10 minutes. I always give more props to family run stores :) read more
