My boyfriend and I went to have lunch after church service. This was our first time trying this place. First, we like how it's international restaurant village because there are different food places to eat around there. It give you a piece of different places you would like to try. But this place is by far the most enjoyable ramen place I have ever been too. When we walked it. There was no wait for us and the waiter JADEN R. Welcomed us so gracefully. Sat us right away. Took our order and was so socially, funny and very welcoming. His service was so great . He made sure not only us but all the tables were taken care of. So I've back multiple times since my initial review, because I really liked it the first time I went. I have to admit this place has gone downhill since then. The service is always shitty, I don't know why people work jobs they hate, but the staff here definitely don't like their jobs. No one is friendly- they're all super short with you, and they just want to get through their shifts. This makes eating here so unpleasant- when the food is pretty good. However, I ordered the spicy Miso here which comes with pork as a standard, and it came out without pork. It took me 5-10 mins to flag down the girl to tell her this, I didn't want to touch it before showing her there was no meat. They were apologetic and brought me the pork right away, but by then it wasn't very hot anymore. Another time i came back, the meat was super tough and thick?? I'm very confused with the inconsistency and bad service, after the first time which was great. I'm hoping this is just a result of the holidays and being understaffed or something. In the same plaza as Luxe Cantina, next to the Cajun spot. This is my go-to spot for ramen. The service is always good. Only downside is they were out of a lot of stuff (chopsticks, spinach noodles, beer on draft). Not sure what's going on there but management needs to step it up. Servers are also always changing. Appetizers: I recommend the shishito peppers (it's not spicy and comes with bonito flakes on top) and spicy tuna tacos which came stacked. Could use less rice but my boyfriend didn't mind. Ramen: Tonkotsu or the vegan ramen if you like veggies and spice. Both the chashu and chicken are good, although I prefer their chashu (pork). Their kirin on draft always hits since they bring an iced mug with it. Happy hour M-F 3pm to 6pm! Check out the Japanese market across the way! It's new and very cute. I really want to love this place because the first time I came, the ramen was amazing. Unfortunately, both visits since then have been disappointing due to limited menu availability. On my most recent visit, I asked upfront what they were out of, and it turned out to be quite a lot--no eggs, bean sprouts, fried chicken, or sushi, essentially leaving just gyoza and edamame. While the meat quality was excellent and the staff was incredibly kind, the ramen I ordered tasted watered down, and I had to send it back. The staff explained that the cook might have forgotten to add a ladle of oil, but I suspect they were running so low on ingredients they were stretching what they had to last until closing. This isn't the staff's fault--they were doing their best with what they had. The real issue lies with management for not properly stocking the kitchen to handle a busy weekend. It's frustrating because the food and service have so much potential, but the lack of preparation really impacts the experience. read more

OK, let's give the Ramen a chance i said , the noodle itself was way over cooked and soggy , the broth was ok but I knew there something wrong as soon as I bit into the egg .. immediatley spit it back out even the beansprouta where off .. We left the food as is paid our bill and left , hell we didnt even finish our beers , that never happens smh I haven't posted a yelp review in a long time, but after waking up with a stomach ache, both my wife & I , decided this one deserved a review .. wasted $60 I should of complained and refused to pay but the waitress was really nice and even gave me free ramen for the next time .. definetly wont be a next time .. Should have known better i ignored the red flag anyone offering birria ramen at a ramen shop is def not authentic .. just to put it in context, we eat Ramen at least once a week in some of the best places in vegas .. this place was way off .. A small little place so be ready to wait if you're coming on a busy day. I've been here twice and didn't have to wait once and then waited over an hour another time. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the broth is flavorful. The chasiu piece is one large, thick piece. It has more meat than fat so that's a plus! I knocked off one star because they don't have chili oil and you have to pay extra for chili paste. The soup could also be hotter, but that's a personal preference as I like my soup hot! The hirata buns are so good! These are a little fancier than your typical Chinese dish buns, but they're so good. I highly recommend getting this. read more

Service: They were quite busy, so it took awhile to get their attention. Taste: I wanted to order the Tsukemen, but they were unfortunately out :/ So I got the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen instead. I've had a decent amount of ramen; unfortunately, this was the worst ramen I've ever had. The soup was lukewarm, the noodles' texture reminded me of a soggy paste, and the spinach was crunchy. Its saving grace was that the tonkutsu was well-seasoned and tender, and the soft-boiled egg was made well. So this is our second time here! And we can definitely tell it's changed from the last time we have come. The menu has adjusted, no more dipping noodles which was a big hit, and the noodles seem more thin. But overall, the ramen is good! But not as good as it used to be! Their spicy edamame was amazing as well as their shishito peppers!! Also, the peppers are not spicy which is what I love about them. And gyoza was alright. Our sever was super great, attentive and helpful! One thing I loved about her is she turned down the music when it was alittle too loud. I was going to say something but she either caught on, or read my body language and knew I didn't like the loud music before I could say something. Overall great place! Based on the photos from Yelp and google, the VEGAN RAMEN looked like it had everything going on! Most places that offer a vegan ramen option, are very sad looking. Basically a bowl of depression. But not at the Noods Bar! The vegan ramen is happiness and joy served in a ramen bowl with chopsticks lol The besttttttt vegan ramen that I've had to date! So yummy. The broth was packed with flavor! FINALLY found a ramen noodle place close enough to my house that was delicious. Being half Japanese and having had some of the best in Japan, I am a little pickier than your average Californian. Let me start by saying, I'm not a huge fan of ramen, but my coworkers are; As a result, I would normally resort to other items on the menu. If you like ramen, my coworkers said their ramen bowls were all tasty; a bit salty, but they enjoyed their ramen. For me, I only had an order of the California rolls, as the only main dish I was hoping to get was the chicken bowl. Unfortunately, the chicken bowl was not available today. To their credit, the California roll was decent, but it's kind of hard to mess that up. My other coworker had the spicy tuna tacos. He did say that he liked it, and that the taco shell was the perfect amount of crunch. It definitely looked interesting. Unfortunately for me, I likely wouldn't opt to come back.
