I own four NordicTrack pieces of interactive equipment, with the first purchased 5 years ago. At that time NordicTrack's customer service was handled in the U.S. out of Logan, Utah. They have now seemingly outsourced their customer service overseas. Since that time, the trouble shooting/repair service has been dismal, though the service agents do their best to help. Unfortunately, there is a lag between NT technicians and the agents, and many times you find yourself in a continual holding pattern while the agent reaches out to the technicians. These exchanges can go back and forth multiple times. Also, the number of agents employed aren't sufficient to meet the high call demand in a timely manner. As other reviewers have noted, sometimes call hold times can exceed one hour. I think the interactive programming on their machines is at a very high level; unfortunately, the service after the sale, including extended warranty services, is lacking and is, at times atrocious. I hope that NT will act upon the problems that, at least at present, seem to be overwhelming the company in regard to service/customer service. read more

Their s22i is basically built to fail after a few years and they won't sell parts, only a full screen unit; which is basically the brains of the bike and useless without it. If you want to pay over $2000 for this machine and then pay another $1100 after a few years to keep it going, I guess that's your call. Just don't expect to pay the purchase price and not have to pay at least half the purchase price a few years later again and again. read more

Their treadmills are constantly breaking. I have mine in my private home, I am the only one that uses it, on average 10-15 miles per week, even less in the spring, summer and fall. If you buy any product please get an extended warranty. I'm on my second treadmill and this one has broken twice. For the price they should be made better and more durable. they have great ideas and technology but fall short on the quality and durability. seems like they are designed to just look pretty not functional. the monthly memberships are a hefty price for the already high upfront cost combined with the frequent breaking of the equipment. if I could go back, I would look into other options. read more

I bought the machine, they claim that it's "their" delivery team. It's not. They are falsely advertising on that, but the delivery team got pulled over, and arrested for warrants. I have no way to know where my machine is. No one will help online, or on the phone. Sat for over an hour. Nothing. I hope you read these reviews first, as I just googled what machine was the best. I wouldn't even give one star. I would give half a star for the actual treadmill. The treadmill is good quality but the ifit software is horrible and the customer service is 50/50. If you call to purchase they have someone to pick up right away. The sales people are very knowledgeable and efficient. It's the after sales customer service that is horrible. Now, for the ifit software. Terrible terrible terrible. I can't tell you how many times I had to sit on hold for long wait times to get someone to troubleshoot, long hold times of incompetent staff that do not know how to help you. Constantly transfer you to the wrong department. I made the terrible mistake of purchasing a second machine for my mom. As soon as the bike came, the first time she went to use it, the software would not work. We had to call in, took 30 mins but We got it fixed. Two days later, my mom went to use it again and it had the same error code on the screen and prompting to call in. I called in again and went thru the troubleshooting steps and asked why this was happening. They said the screen sometimes gets stuck and you have to hard reset, every time. But that didn't even work. What?? A brand new machine, only been used twice and they are telling me that basically every time the machine will have to be hard reset. If it doesn't work, you have to call in every time. A BRAND NEW MACHINE. I called and returned the bike. You had 30 days to decide. They gave me such a hard time about retuning the machine. I sat there negotiating with customer service, or being forced bc they kept trying to convince me to keep the machine. Not listening to me when I say. It's brand new and already has major problems bc it doesn't work right. My mom is 72 and can't be bothered to have to call in every time she wants to use the machine. That's Nordictrack for you. They sell you a machine for $1,700 and it doesn't work properly and they expect you to put up with flawed software and spend all your time calling into technical support. They are insane. They do not care about selling a good product. They sell you crap and then fight you for the return. The gal trying to convince me to keep the machine actually told me that she would have no problem calling into technical support every time she wanted to use her machine. LOL!!!! That's how shitty these people are. Imagine sitting on the phone for 20 mins every time you want to use your machine. I finally got them to approve the return. But then they never fully returned my money. They kept $800 for a piece a crap we had for 2 weeks. I wish I had seen all these reviews when I was going back and fourth from Peloton to them. Customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I spent over two hours on the phone being transferred from one representative to another, simply trying to get the console on my treadmill replaced. Despite clearly showing that the screen is broken and walking through troubleshooting steps multiple times, nothing was resolved--and I was ultimately told to fix it myself. I purchased an extended warranty specifically to avoid issues like this, yet I was informed that no technician would be sent and no warranty service would be issued, even though the screen controls the entire machine. I need someone to explain how a warranty that explicitly covers parts and machinery somehow does not cover a clearly defective console. Amazon provides better warranty support for far less expensive equipment. For the price of a NordicTrack product, I expected basic accountability and service, but instead received none. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support, transparency, and responsibility shown today. I almost never write reviews, but I hope this reaches anyone considering NordicTrack for home gym equipment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. I don't normally leave Yelp reviews but in this instance I felt no choice but to warn others that if you are considering purchasing NordicTrack IFit equipment please beware that they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever encountered. In December 2025 they updated their software which caused the console on my three year old treadmill to freeze. IFit admitted they caused the issue but after spending a total of four hours on the phone with them trying to unsuccessfully reset the console they told me it needed to be replaced at my cost ($600). When I insisted that they replace it at their cost since they admittedly caused the problem they simply refused and after more than an hour of discussion they finally offered me a take it or leave it 50% discount. I hated to accept due to the principle of the matter they left me no choice as my treadmill was out of commission. Also, despite telling me that the 50% discount was an all in price, upon checking out they told me I'd have to pay $50 for shipping and handling. When I balked they "magically" lowered the take it or leave it 50% discount a bit more. I'm not blaming the customer service reps as they are carefully scripted to grind down customers but this is clearly a morally and ethically bankrupt company and my respectful recommendation is not to do business with it. read more

We bought a 2950 Commercial treadmill 3 years ago and the motor belt and walking belt broke. $219 diagnostic fee paid to NordicTrac then their authorized repair service came out and parts will be about $250. Then I have to pay $150 for repair place to install the parts (over $600 total to repair). If a service call is initiated through NordicTrac the repair place can't work with me directly. We bought this treadmill to last a long time and paid $2,400 for it in 2021. Stay far away from this company. read more

I would highly recommend not purchasing a NordicTrack Commercial S22i bike. I bought a brand new one and it has had constant issues with the power connection and recently, won't even turn on. I have barely used it, maybe less than 10 times in a year, because it's a pain to contact support and it has been working sometimes. Now that it completely doesn't work, my service warranty has expired (1 year). Their suggestion is we can send you parts, or you can sell it online. First, do I look like a bike technician. What the hell am I going to do with parts? Two, I am not a scam artist like your company, so I rather not sell this crap product to someone else. I should have know I was buying the Sketchers of bikes, and highly recommend that everyone reconsider the Pelaton instead. read more

What an atrocious company with horrific customer service. Avoid NordicTrack like the plague! We purchased a brand new treadmill which arrived damaged. Instead of sending a replacement treadmill, they're insisting that we wait months for a technician to come to our address to repair. In all of my years of purchasing products and services, NordicTrack has the least satisfactory customer service experience you could ever expect when purchasing a product of this price-point. My experience with NordicTrack / iFit has been unpleasant. The delivery was not white glove. The delivery team tracked mud into my gym, as they did not cover their shoes once inside. The Vault Complete was not fully assembled. No explanation of how to use was provided. I experienced technical difficulty and messaged from the machine on 01/08. I received a response on 02/23. I believe the email offered me 7 days to respond. I received another email, advising that my request was closed due to lack of response. I've tried to contact customer service on multiple occasions and had landed in endless IVR loops or been directed incorrectly. I emailed requesting pick-up on 04/05. I posted an Instagram story on 03/20 requesting retrieval of this machine. No response to either communication. Today, I received a nasty-gram from Billing. I am presently on the phone with an agent who advised that she is escalating so that my account is not sent to Collections. Food for thought if you are looking to purchase equipment for your home: Peloton responds quickly. All 3 of my Peloton deliveries have delighted me with a true white glove experience. read more

ZERO stars were possible this would be it. I see several others have had similar issues with this company. In May I ordered a brand new Commercial **** treadmill (NTL11855453). I paid $2,224 for the new treadmill and $199 for white glove delivery, as well as a warranty for 4 years. The treadmill was delivered on July 3, as we were away on vacation from the time of order to delivery. The delivery company iFit used were appalling the two crew members were rude and were really not interested in doing anything I asked. They left the room very dirty. They reversed into my neighbors fence when they left, broke about 100 feet of fence and although I have filed a claim so far I have heard nothing. The treadmill belt does not work and will not ! This is a brand new machine, and the technician never bothered checking to make sure that the belt actually MOVED before he left the job site. I called iFit customer support, was cut off 3 times, and despite the fact they had my contact information, did not bother to return my call. When I eventually managed to speak to someone they asked us to removed the front plate to check out malfunction. Really? My husband and I are both over 75 years and expecting us to get down on the floor to fix their problem is totally unacceptable.Considering what we paid, this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I will not recommend them to anyone and I am going to return the machine. How anyone manages to do business with them beats me. They sell you an agreement and warranty and are dishonest enough to not meet their obligations. I am going to copy this review on YELP and every other site possible, in order to forewarn others contemplating a purchase from them. I advise anyone considering purchasing Norditrack to go elsewhere. As of July 20, it took 5 days for customer support to return my call with an action, and another 5 days before a technician came out. Ordered New Norditrack commercial 2450 and received it on 11/23/22 after 2 hrs of assembly this machine was broken right out the box. I called customer service and they did a phone analysis and said the motor controler was defective. I was promised a rush on the part and I will have to replace it along with some other promises. Nothing has happened yet and UPS says the package was sent on 11/29 so much for a rush?? We spent $3k on a defective product.. horrible quality control and service. We submitted a customer service request on 11-3-22, as of today it is 1-6-23 and we have zero resolution. What we have been given is the run around constantly. First we were told we needed to register the product, which we had and submitted a screenshot of our registration. We received no response, we contacted 14 days later, asked to supply more information, which was already given multiple times. I asked to have a supervisor's e-mail, again 14 days wait. Sent another message, finally received an e-mail to a supervisor, so copied them on the e-mail. That was on 12-14, and nothing. I messaged again on 12-29 and once again, silence. Clearly, NordicTrack does NOT stand behind their product and we made a horrible decision purchasing from them! read more

The worst company I have ever dealt with. We bought a treadmill on June 21st 2021. It was deliverved and assembled by the team Nordic track deliver through. It didnt work and after numerous emails to support a tech came to fix the machine. It took 2 trips and still wires were broke and / or missing. Nordic track couldn't give a status on when the part would be recieved. So I asked for a refund. We are now 4.5 months on and Nordic track at first said they would collect the part. Then they said they wouldn't. They they would, so the treadmill has been sat outside for weeks, and today again they said they wont collect and I have to dispose, but still they are chasing me for a photo of the serial number and the cut power cord. The customer service is HORRENDOUS, I would rather cut my arm off then deal with them again. read more

Bought a treadmill1250, received 1/3/25. On 1/21/25 ifit did a Beta upgrade and crashed the console. CDD-DASH-0 error. Spent 4 hrs with tech support, reset console several times, stuck in a log in loop and can't get out. 1/22/25 spent over 4 hrs with chat techs and still nothing. I have repeatedly asked to speak to management, nothing. Tried to start a return, nothing. Day three 1/23/25 still no response from anyone anywhere. I have sent several e-mails fully documenting my interactions, and non interactions such as being on "returns" chat hold in #1 for 1.5 hrs. No one responding tells me that the class action suit which was settled 12/2024 did not change anything about their products or service. I have been asking for a test plug or dongle to bypass the console but no response for that either. This is advertised to be able to be used in manual mode, but the treadmill will not turn on unless it is on wifi and you log into your account. So since I cannot log into the console it is useless. My incorrect assumption was that it would not have to be logged in to use a manual mode, my mistake. And on day three, no response, no solutions. No one has contacted me to tell me if a console is going to be shipped, or a tech is going to come out, or if I can return this as we have only had this treadmill 20 days. The company is ripping off hard working people with fees. I purchased a treadmill online from Nordictrack around 7pm on Sunday 2/18/24 and did not realize it was too big for my apartment. I called them the very next morning, on 2/19/24 at 8;30am, to cancel the order. I was told by their rep that the order was still in the warehouse and had not shipped. She stated that she would send an email to the warehouse to cancel the order. Around 1pm I got an email stating that the order shipped and that I would be charged $250 and 10% of the purchase in restocking fees, $510 in total. This is totally a rip off as the order had not shipped when I called to cancel it at 8;30 this morning. It usually takes 2 to 3 days for items to ship anyway, not within hours of placing the order, so I know they are lying!! The website stated the estimated ship date wasnon 2/21/24, yet they lied and stated it shipped today so they could charge me $510 in fees. I called and asked the supervisor if they could waive the fees in good faith as I had just ordered it hours ago and was told "no". So, buyer beware that if you make a mistake and order the wrong thing from Nordictrack, then try to cancel it within hours to order the correct item, they will steal your hard earned money claiming processing fees. A total rip off and I will be disputing the matter with my credit card company. read more

DO NOT BUY A Nordic Track bike S221. After spending over 2k for the bike I have not been able to use it due to both breakdowns and poor service. The bike stopped working a year after purchase and I had their service team at the house at a cost of $160. I was told that the monitor went bad and waited for months to get a new one due to shortages. After installing the new monitor the bike still did not work. I had to pay an additional $160 for another technician to come out and I insisted he do a full diagnosis. Now I need to order more parts and schedule yet another visit. The bike will be down for at least another month and will require an additional cost. Avoid the headache and buy a Peloton. read more

Purchased a Nordic track treadmill T6.5Si in November 2020. Have had nothing but problems since. Customer service does not respond to calls. Wait on line forever. I have asked several times to have a manager call me to no avail. We have received emails and again I have left my number for someone to call me. Transferred to different departments each call I made. Tech came out to make repairs (replacement of belt, rollers, knocking noises) 4 different times and now waiting for the 5th which is an incline motor. We've asked for a replacement since this treadmill is a "Lemon" and of course, I was told they couldn't do that. It is not safe to use and hasn't been pretty much from the start. Have been waiting 3 weeks for a call from the tech so I called this morning. We are now into our extended warranty. I spoke with Josh, who has been very helpful, this morning and he ordered the part that was supposed to be ordered by Nordic track on 2/1/22. I will keep posting!!! read more

Ordered our treadmill 1/10, was told expect 10-14 days to ship. It shipped 1/26 from Richmond (just a few hours from us) and we have received no real updates since, other than it's "in a warehouse somewhere". I understand things may be delayed right now, but this seems excessive, especially with the lack of response from customer service. We have contacted NordicTrack multiple times, at first they apologized and said they would offer me a discount because it's so late, now we cannot get a response at all. A discount for a product we don't have doesn't really help me much. We would just like some actual customer service and answers as to where it is and when we will get it. For what we paid for it, I don't think that's too much to ask! We can't even try to get a refund and buy elsewhere as no one responds now. Never again will I trust NordicTrack!! read more

Go with "the other" one. I was very happy with my s22i bike, so one year later I ordered the fs10i elliptical. It's a good sturdy elliptical, but while working out, there's a thumping sound on the right side as if something in the wheel housing is off balance. The rubber tracks aren't exactly quiet and the motion itself during workout seems to have slack. I couldn't wait to get this machine because it's very similar to an AMT machine, which I love! The other issue is the shipping company that they use.... Allegro!!!! I would have been better off just going to Dick's to purchase this machine. It took two months for me to get it. Maybe by now they have changed their shipping company but if you are considering ordering a NordicTrack, I would ask them who their shipping company is first. read more

I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS!! all white glove.. treadmill delivered in Aug... roughly 15 phone calls... elliptical delivered in Jan.. broke on first use, since white glove was just some random contracted out guys from Ryder (Who told me they had no idea how to put it together).. still broke, and still no bike... 7 months later.. Now they want to deliver curb side, and I paid $300 extra per machine in July to have white glove. No one seems to want to help and when I ask for a refund to cancel, that's a run around!! I wish I had bought a Peloton. The cost of the NordicTrack EB NORDICTRACK GRAND TOUR PRO in May 2020 was comparable to the Peloton. What I did not know was the multiple layers of service organizations NordicTrack uses that are NOT, I repeat NOT, customer friendly. The bike arrived during COVID (which is why I bought it) and was not working. I had to wade through the onerous task of getting help. 6 weeks later the brand new $1500 bike was working. Again this year the bike goes down. It takes multiple, and I mean multiple calls even with my extended warranty to get the parts ordered and the tech out. The tech organization 3MX is a phone answering services that no one answers. They send you a text message and no one replies. You have to call the UTS organization, service contract warranty company for NordicTrack. At least they do answer their phone eventually. The tech finally gets here last week. Is very nice. But the wrong parts were ordered and something else entirely is wrong. Yes we can use the bike but it is super hard to pedal and not calibrating correctly with the trainer. The tech said he would order the new parts - Round two of round two of a bike that is little over 1 year old - and they would be here shortly. Hearing nothing I called again. Left messages, then called the UTS organization. After a 15 minute wait they picked up. Said the parts had been ordered today NOT last week because the "notes from the tech were not clear and we were waiting to hear from him." Now it is another round of waiting til the parts get here - NOT expedited mind you as good customer service would do and I now have to wait until the parts get here and two weeks of merry go round to actually get the 3MX company to schedule the tech. This is ridiculous. I'm tempted to burn the damn thing in the street and let NordicTrack come get the ashes. NEVER and I mean NEVER will I order anything from NordicTrack at all. Out of the approximately 16 months I've owned this bike it has been out of commission 4 of those months now counting more. UPDATE 11.29.21: The tech from 3MX who was supposed to be here today between 12 and 4 texted at 2:17 to say he could not show up. No reschedule. I called 3MX and of course no one answers. I texted them no one answers. I am now on hold with UTS to see if someone will help. It has now been nearly 6 weeks to get the bike fixed, again. After 30 minutes - someone from UTS comes on and tries to get ahold of the same group, 3MX, but all they can do is leave a message and the way you all have this structured I have to wait 24 - 48 hours to start all over again. This is the WORST "customer service" I've ever encountered. read more

This company SUCKS! We were told on 1/27/18 when we purchased our treadmill that it would be shipped in 1-2 days. 12 day's later and we are STILL waiting. Have been told three different stories by Product Tracking at NordicTrack: that it's been delivered (it wasn't); that it's at the third-party carrier location (they say it's not); and, finally, that because there is GOING to be a snowstorm tomorrow, that our treadmill will be delayed getting to the third-party carrier and NordicTrack can't predict how long it will take the third-party carrier to deliver. We have a son with autism who depends on his treadmill to help regulate him. We bought from NordicTrack because they told us they could ship a treadmill more quickly than other companies. Not impressed. I've been on the phone for 20 minutes so far trying to get an answer from these knuckleheads. My advice: buy elsewhere! read more
