I purchased a commercial bike only one user this bike should not fail after a year I did take the extended warranty called service and parts were ordered on April 14th it is now June 20th still no parts took me numerous phone calls to find out the parts weren't shipping from China until June 17th for a product you paid 2k for this is totally unacceptable and I would never purchase from them again read more

I ordered a piece of equipment back in early November 2020. After unexplained delays and multiple messages left for NordicTrack customer service which were never returned, delivery was finally scheduled for late January. The morning of the scheduled delivery date, the last mile delivery company left me a voicemail to inform me that they had lost the equipment and that I now had to wait an additional four to six weeks for delivery. The delivery company would not return my calls, and the NordicTrack customer service rep wouldn't offer any help other than to say "these things happen". At that point, I couldn't trust the delivery company, I was fed up with delays and NordicTrack customer service, so I decided to cancel the order. After multiple attempts to reach someone with the NordicTrack billing dept, multiple attempts where I would sit on hold for up to at least 45 minutes, I finally got someone live on the phone. At first NordicTrack stated they would have to charge me a $200 cancellation fee! After a long conversation where I explained their delays and the loss of equipment by the delivery company with no new definitive delivery date, the billing dept finally granted me a full refund, and gave me a confirmation number. It's now been over a month since that discussion and the refund has not yet been received. I've followed up with their billing dept via multiple emails and calls. Finally, after sitting on hold for an hour, a billing dept representative finally answered the phone. With a terrible attitude, that rep would only tell me that there was no status update available, that I would just have to continue waiting. Even with a confirmation number, no one could give me any information. I continue to wait, and I send an email inquiry every few days for which I never receive responses. I will never attempt to buy another NordicTrack product again! Such an aggravating and frustrating process, I have no equipment and I'm out over $1200 with no sign of recovering that money. Thumbs down on NordicTrack, non-existent customer service, terrible overall experience dealing with NordicTrack and their last mile delivery company. 3/12/2021 UPDATE - still waiting for refund and still waiting for NordicTrack to respond to my multiple emails. 3/31/2021 UPDATE - still no refund. norditrack is a horrible company. I tried to work with them. the installation of my treadmill looked to be ok but no manual was provided. then I had to find out by doing research that my treadmill needed maintenance. the tech they sent over was incompetent. He did not know what he was doing. he didn't put in any oil on my treadmill which caused my belt to not work. I now have to buy a new belt within the first year of having the machine. Norditrack is a company that should be investigated. They are ripping their consumers off. I paid 4000.00 for my treadmill and again they are not accepting any responsibility and the manufacturer is not doing anything as well. Do not buy from them at all. These individuals only want your money and do not care about you at all. I think norditrack should be banned from selling in California. read more

Nordic Track Treadmills are great until they break and you try to have them serviced through Nordic Track. I purchased a service plan and it was as worthless as their customer service. The console on my treadmill quit after about a year. Nordic Track shipped me two new consoles that did not fit the machine. When I told them about this, it just got more ridiculous until I couldn't take it anymore and purchased the correct console on EBay for $500 even though the machine was still under warranty. Received the Nortic Track T6.5S. The screws that were already installed in the treadmill that had to be removed in order to install the crossbar with the panel as per the instructions were so badly cross threaded that there was no way to put the new screws required for assembly to be put in. Customer service does not answer calls, messages or requests on their website. As it stands right now we have a brand new tredmill that might as well be a paper weight as it can not be put together. read more

I ordered a treadmill for myself in mid-November 2022. I am a school teacher and don't make a ton of money so at $2,500 this was a significant purchase for me. But I want to get myself back in shape and make health and fitness a priority so I bought it. I paid extra for white glove delivery and assembly. It came on Nov. 19th- I stood on it for a few minutes but had someone there to be. When I went to use it for my first workout the next morning, the console was frozen and the treadmill wouldn't work! I called Nordic Track service department to troubleshoot but we were unable to get it to reboot. They told me they'd order a replacement console free of charge and a technician would come to install in a couple of weeks. It would be faster than ordering an entirely new treadmill I was told. I reluctantly agreed. The part was ordered on November 21st- it's now December 27th. All I can see from the site is that the part hasn't shipped. I have spent literally HOURS UPON HOURS ON HOLD trying to get an update or to talk to anyone who can help me to no avail. I have never experienced anything like this and don't know what to do. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My husband ordered me the new NordicTrack treadmill for Mother's Day. Two weeks passed and we didn't hear from them on the delivery status. My husband finally called to inquire on the whereabouts of our new machine. They told us it was returned because it was damaged during transit to their third party courier service (Ryder). He asked why they never bothered to call him to let him know. They said they would send out another one, but it would take another 7-10 days. He asked since it was meant to be a Mother's Day gift if they would expedite it, they said no. First, they said they wouldn't send us out a new one until they receive the original one back. My husband argued with them until they agreed to send out a new one right away, since it wasn't our fault. Fast forward to another two weeks, my husband received a phone call from NordicTrack saying the second machine was damaged during transit and they need to return it and will send out a new one again. They offered a 5% discount for the inconvenience but still could not expedite the order. ONCE AGAIN, we wait another two weeks, and receive ANOTHER CALL saying the THIRD one was damaged AGAIN. They didn't offer any apology or sympathies for our situation, so I told my husband to cancel the order completely and get a full refund. All they said was they were doing an investigation into the third party courier service they are affiliated with (Ryder) because they believe someone is purposely damaging the machine to prevent having to deliver it to our house because of how heavy it is. Not only was I extremely disappointed, as I was looking forward to working out and have no access to any equipment or gym where we live, and the weather is not forgiving for me to go out for walks either because it's either scorching hot or dumping rain and thunder outside. Also, I'm a mom of two young kids, and have yet to lose all my baby weight and was looking forward to being healthy and in shape again. My husband was also really looking forward to using the machine as well, as we are both overweight and wanting to get healthy. After cancelling our order, we looked at the reviews and realized this was probably a blessing in disguise as we are hearing horrible reviews on this company. We're going to go look elsewhere for another treadmill. We highly recommend you do yourself a favor and do the same. read more

In January, we purchased about $5,000 worth of fitness equipment from Nordic Track for our gym. Our salesperson told us we would receive the normal 3/5 year warranty. 4 months down the road, we have an issue with our treadmill. I call, expecting to get the service that our warranty covers, only to find out that the warranty "doesn't cover commercial settings." Our salesperson was well aware that these were for a commercial setting, hence why we got the commercial line of equipment and asked him directly which one would work best for us in a light commercial setting. We were offered a discount on a piece of equipment to repair our treadmill. That's GREAT! Assuming we never have any issues again. Considering it has only been 4 months, I'm pretty sure we will have more issues down the road. I was willing to pay for the "commercial warranty" that I suddenly need in order to be covered, but they refused because I am outside of the 90 day window. Considering I was never offered this warranty plan, I feel I was shafted. read more

On Jan. 16, 2023 I ordered an EXP 14i treadmill (model # NTL18422.3) with an iFIT membership for $1,875.92. On Jan. 21, 2023 it was delivered. On Jan. 22, 2023 my husband put it together only to discovered it didn't work. I reached out to iFIT support that same day (Jan 22, 2023) and received an email explaining a representative would be in touch as soon as possible with an attached case #. After waiting a few days, I went ahead and called iFIT on Jan. 26, 2023 to resolve my issue and later received an email from an iFIT employee asking for pictures of the treadmill for troubleshooting. I called iFIT again Feb. 16, 2023, Feb. 28, 2023, and March 9, 2023 and remained on hold for more than 20 min each time without speaking to a representatives. On March 20, 2023 I called iFIT and finally spoke to a representative for troubleshooting. I was told a wire needed to be replaced and was later emailed a new case # and confirmation email for a new wire to be mailed. After arriving and installing the wire, the treadmill still did not work so I repeated the troubleshooting process with another iFIT representative and was told the circuit actually needed to be replaced; I then received a confirmation email for a new circuit. After arriving and installing on April 26, 2023, the treadmill once again did not work. I called iFIT and did the troubleshoot process again and was told the console needed to be replaced but, the treadmill needed to be inside before the replacement part could be approved. I asked to have the treadmill replaced or refunded to which I was told I had waited too long to replace or refund the item. Today, May 17, 2023, I called and then provided iFIT proof via email of pictures showing that the treadmill was in my home for approval of the console replacement. I was told the treadmill was no longer in production and the parts needed for the console were on backorder and it would be several weeks minimum before it would be sent to us. So, now we're waiting for this new console to arrive to see if that fixes the problem. read more

Right out the box the bike at an issue. The pedals were very hard to turn. They walk me through a few things that didn't work. They would then wanted me to take apart the full chassis and adjust cables because they said it's a common problem coming from the factory that way. I have a lot of tools and pretty good knowledge we're taking stuff apart so I said sure. I spoke to three reps in a manager and they really didn't have the proper information on taking it apart and I finally figured it out myself. There is very little room to work and very difficult small parts to move. I was able to loosen it some I would say it's about 50% better but couldn't get any more than that. I asked for a technician to come out to repair this because it was brand new and still under warranty. They said that that is not covered that's considered pre-maintenance and all they can do is try to walk me through it. I spent $2000 on this bike and over 2 1/2 hours working on it on people who did not have good knowledge, instructions or videos to be told we're not sending anybody to help you even though it's under warranty because it's pre-maintenance. Who wants to spend $2000 on a bike and then have to fully take it apart. I started doing my research and found this was a very common problem with a lot of their products. I found countless complaints from customers on all types of different sites including the Better Business Bureau. They are a very dishonest and untrustworthy company I would not buy from them. read more

Fraudulent. They might take 2k of your money and never deliver your product, essentially waiting it out and not trying to resolve the issue at all. They will tell you all about their internal investigation and how they'll resolve it ASAP and promise you that you'll get your product and a manager or supervisor will contact you. It won't happen. They will wait you out until you never receive the product yet they will try to keep your money. They do business with shoddy delivery companies in an effort to cut costs and cut corners. They tried to steal my money, but they definitely chose the wrong people to scam because we won't let them get away with it. read more

During my elliptical delivery my driveway was damaged severely. The machine was set up incorrectly and skips when i ride it. I called nordic track to schedule service and the supervisor Becky told me that i needed to wait 7-10 business days to schedule service. I asked her if she had a number to call to expedite and she informed me that indeed she did but she would not give me the number for 10 business days.... Imagine paying 1800 for an elliptical that doesnt work and then having to wait 7-10 days just to schedule the service.... Joke of a company. I have also filed complaints with the BBB. read more

Nordic Track is trash. Ordered brand new gym equipment. Over a month later I still don't have it but my credit card was charged in full 30 seconds after I hung up the phone with the sales rep. The order has been sitting in a warehouse in Aurora for 3 weeks. CS does nothing, can't reach a person with any ability to help, no managers at all. Even used social media to try to get CS help. All they cared to know was if I disputed the charges with my CC company. Absolutely deplorable company and that's even before the product arrived for me to try. I bought the Nordictrack fusion for 2,000.00. The biggest waste of money I have spent in the last fifty years. The machine has been broken since shortly after purchasing it. I bought the Nordic Track commercial treadmill--the 1750. It was delivered and assembled three weeks later with three reschedules. The machine arrived damaged. The left foot was broken and could not attach. The walking belt has an unsightly and large crease area. The second you look at the machine--there it is--you see the crease area first and it is ugly--like a coffee or wine stain on a white carpet. It took two days and four hours to get to a person who could help get repairs done. Nordic Track refused to replace the walking belt, but agreed to fix the broken foot. For this brand new and expensive treadmill to look so bad upsets me very much. Nordic Track needs to change the advertising image of the Commercial 1750 treadmill to show the "manufacturing crease." I have not used the treadmill but hope that I didn't throw my money away completely. I'm stuck with an unsightly flaw in the walking belt that will not be replaced by Nordic Track. In my case, they foisted off a defective part--walking belt--on me. For the repair order, I was asked to pick the machine up--to stand it up to get the serial number. Be ready with a flashlight and magnifying glass. The serial number location could not be in a worse spot. For seniors with arthritis and vision challenges; it does not work to retrieve the serial number. My husband and I tried our best and could not manage to get it. In the process, the broken foot fell over and is under the machine. I am disappointed in Nordic Track and would not buy any other of their products. Buyer beware is all I can say. read more

I purchased a connected bike from NordicTrack about 6 months ago. It has been a nightmare. The bike arrived incomplete. It was missing pieces to put it together. The tech sent to assemble it had to order them. That took some time for them to arrive, but the part arrived and they eventually came back out and assembled the bike. I thought I was done, rough start, but all good. Wrong. After a little while the bike started wobbling. So I tried to reach out to NordicTrack to get it repaired. I was on hold with service for over an hour. The chat function on their website was also overloaded with a long wait time. I was finally able to reach someone of Facebook. They demanded that I take a video of the wobble and then call back. I refused, as the wait times are so long. Eventually I got them to come out to make a repair. This was about 3 weeks ago. They were able to tighten the bike but it turns out there are more pieces missing. This time its 6 screws. 3 weeks later, the screws still have not arrived. So I called back into NordicTrack. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with them and they offered to resend the screws. I told them this was not good enough. I have given them multiple opportunities to deliver to me the functioning, complete bike that I paid for and they have not. I am no longer willing to wait for them to get around to delivering what I paid for and demanded a refund. I can not imagine a scenario where I do business with this company. They refused, claiming it had been over 30 days. I disagree. I say it has been 0 days as they have never delivered what I purchased, a complete and properly functioning bike. Avoid them. read more

Please do yourself a favor and purchase your elliptical from one of their competitors! We purchased out Nordic Track Elliptical in May (it took 3 weeks to deliver, despite how many times we inquired as to where it was). We've had several contractors who assemble their equipment either not show up for scheduled appointments, tell us that they will reschedule (and they do not) and once a contractor finally arrived in July they broke our equipment! THEN...they sent someone else out who said they'd be back with new parts. Still waiting...It's now August and it is sitting gathering dust in our basement partially assembled. Called them today to ask them to get our equipment out of our house and give a full refund. They said no, that it was a 30 day policy on returns...it took three weeks to receive it and then we dealt with the contractors!!! Now I have to contact the new contractor to come out to fix it and finish the assembly!!! Other than that the service was great!!! read more
