Picked up dinner for the family. We have been coming here off and on for two years. Ordered chicken teriyaki, the spicy chicken teriyakI, honey ginger chicken and some egg rolls. Everything was absolutely delicious and done right! We each were able to get 2 meals off each order and the prices are quite reasonable. The young lady who took my order was quite nice and friendly, so servic was great! The restaurant was clean and orderly. Please if you value your stomachs and wallets, do not buy food from here. I ordered a "2 meats of your choice" combo platter and threw it in the trash. This place makes Panda Express look like a Michelin Star restaurant. My order was wrong, the food was stale. Both chicken entrees were so dry, it would've passed for chicken jerky. I found this place on toast take out and delivery and food was delicious so I had to stop by and check them out. The attendant was super friendly and one of the cleanest teriyaki shop around. Ok so as far as the food goes I was not overly impressed. I would have to agree with a few other yelpers here that food is subpar, just a little better than Panda express for half what i paid here. The service was good. Thats pretty much the only thing they have going for them. The young gentleman who helped me was very nice and professional. The ambiance was weird. Been in the Seattle area since the 1990s and this place to me hits the nostalgia feel of Teriyaki. I'm not sure if the owners or chef has changed in the last year, but customer service has improved with more of a younger staff and chef came out to ask me how my food was. Subpar teriyaki. First, the portions were small. Usually when I get an order of teriyaki I eat half for lunch one day, and the other half the next. This was definitely not a thing here, and I was left wondering why I paid $19. I did half chicken half beef. Chicken was okay, the beef was so over cooked that half of it was crunchy... past well done. Lastly, this place seems to have something against vegetables and I don't understand it. Veggies are so cheap, why is it a normal experience here to get a tablespoon or two of them as a side? The payment was taken off of my Uber Eats account through my bank account. I called back and told the lady that the money was taken off of my bank account through Uber.
