Came through and got myself some fries, mozzarella sticks, and a pound of shrimp with potatoes and sausage. The fries were pretty basic, a little on the dry side. The mozzarella sticks were nothing special either, almost like they just tossed them in a toaster oven, nothing really stood out. The spice in the bag was honestly solid, spices and tang to it. The potatoes were also sorta dry, almost like they were getting kinda old. The sausage was decent as well with the shrimp. Overall an alright experience. Fries: 6.5 Mozzarella Sticks: 6.8 Shrimp in a bag: 7.8

Went to the Shrimp Factory and honestly had a great experience! For a Thursday night it wasn't busy at all, which was a plus because they let us sit anywhere we wanted. The menu caught our eye right away a lot of the seafood was market price, which I usually only see for higher-end seafood, but here it was listed for just about everything except the fried options. We debated trying some of the fresh non-fried seafood but decided to keep it classic with the fried catfish and shrimp baskets with fries. The service was excellent our server was super welcoming, almost like we had known her already, and she took great care of us. Love when a place has that kind of energy. The food came out piping hot (big win ) and everything was delicious. Crispy, seasoned just right, and definitely hit the spot. The vibe of the restaurant has that typical "boiling seafood spot" feel with a bit of a boat-themed interior, plenty of TVs, and even a projector screen so you can catch all the games while you eat. Next time, I'm definitely diving into the mussels and fresh shrimp because those looked tempting. They also had a Thursday special that would've been a great deal for two, so I'll keep that in mind for the next visit. Overall -- tasty food, great service, chill vibes, and I'll for sure be back!

I have never been to a more aggressive restaurant in my life! lol So, when I arrived, the restaurant was practically empty, except for two individuals that I noticed after I ordered, one walked behind the counter, the other followed briefly then walked past me, greeting me, I think she walked outside, then returned behind the counter. She was wearing a shirt that read, "Chef," not very significant, but again, I share MY entire experience. I walk to the counter, the young lady asked me, "What do you want," yes, just like that. I asked her to give me a minute because I had never eaten from there before. After about 30-40 seconds, I asked if I could get the Shrimp without the fries, she said, "Sure, but money the same, no discount." I said, "Okay," (thinking to myself $14 for a 10 piece, no big deal. She then said, "Do you want lemon pepper fries?" I said, "No fries." She said, "We have different fries." I said, (wanting to get over the fry conversation, "Ok, I'll just take the plain fries." She said, "Fries no seasoning because you don't want to pay more money right." :/ I looked at her and said, "Sure." She finally said, "okay," then gave me my total and said, "You want to pay now?" I said, "Yes," and I handed her my cash. She then said, "You want sauce, you get only one." I said, "Sure, I'll take tarter for the shrimp if you have it." She replied, "Okay, you want ketchup?," I said, "Sure, I'll take ketchup." She then said, "Ten minutes, you can sit down." I headed over to take a seat by the window, literally to take my pics. After about a minute or two, I got up and walked in the lobby. I notice the fridge with the desserts in it. While I was looking, the boss walked in. How do I know it was the boss you wonder? Well, read on. A few seconds after that, the lady that took my order, came over to me and said, "Why you no(t) {the accent} sit down? The boss say to me, 'why you have the customer standing, and I say I told her to sit down, (giving me hand motions), you get me in trouble. I literally just looked at her, because...well, moving on. lol Then, then another lady, brought my food, she said, "You want sauce right?" I said, "Yes, I asked for tarter." She reached in the bag, grabbed the cocktail sauce, said, "Ok, yes, I saw tartar sauce." She walked away, returned, placed the tarter in the bag and mumbled, "Tarter is for fish." as she walked away. I proceeded to walk out. I will never return to this place again. Good luck to the next person. :/

The appetizers and side dishes were good, and we enjoyed the fries, noodles, and calamari. The only disappointment was the special sauce that comes with the crawfish and shrimp boil. The flavor wasn't what we expected and tasted more like a tomato-based sauce. Compared to places like The Boiling Crab or Kicking Crab, it lacked the buttery, garlicky, and savory flavor we were looking for. Unfortunately, the sauce was the main reason my kids and I didn't enjoy the seafood. Since the sauce is such an important part of a seafood boil, it really affected our overall experience. The food itself was fresh, and the service was fine, but we would probably choose The Boiling Crab or Kicking Crab next time.

The place was pretty empty, yet the service was still very slow .To be fair, there was only one girl handling everything!! seating guests, taking orders, and serving food, while another man would occasionally come by to drop something off and then disappear. The food was the biggest letdown. The sauce was extremely dark, thick, and bland, with abt 6 large bay leaves in it. It also had a very bitter taste that overpowered everything. On top of that, the menu is very limited, only two combo options. If you want crab and shrimp together, you're forced to buy them separately, and it's not cheap The only upside was that they had a deal where if you spend over $70 before tax, you get a free item from a selected list. Also, the crab meat and shrimp themselves were very meaty and fresh, which is the main reason I'm giving this place two stars instead of one. Overall, I wouldn't return. The food , service and price just weren't worth it.

The flavor and seafood were absolutely on point. My group of five ordered the Snow Star Family Bucket with Full House sauce, and everything came out fresh, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. Portions were solid and we all left very full and very satisfied. If I had to nitpick: The mild Full House sauce was a little spicy for something labeled "mild." Still tasty, just a heads-up for anyone sensitive to heat. The fried calamari was good flavor-wise, but it was a bit light on calamari and heavy on fries. Small side note: my wife and I love having boiled eggs with our seafood boil, but unfortunately they don't offer boiled eggs here. Not a deal-breaker, just something we personally missed. Overall though, great food, great service, and a spot I'd happily come back to again. Easily our favorite Star Crab so far.

They provided us menus, pretty straightforward; choose seafood, add sides for an extra cost, choose the flavor, and the spice level. One thing not noted on the menu is that shrimp isn't peeled, but they can peel them for an extra $6. And each order comes in pound increments. No half a pound offered. Your table is also covered with paper so you can eat the seafood boil from there. They provide bibs and gloves for no charge. Ultimately, we enjoyed our meals. Everything was flavorful and, unlike some other seafood boil spots, it didn't leave us feeling like we had heartburn afterward. There's a little sink for you to clean your hands at, which is nice since you dont have to wait for the restroom to empty. The service is what was a bit off. Like we asked for 3 Cajun fry boats but only received 2. Drinks were mixed up, and the clam chowder didn't arrive until about 20 minutes after our seafood bags had already been delivered. If you want ranch for your fries, they charge 60 cents for a small container. For drink refills, they bring a pitcher, but it's the kind typically used for measuring ounces. The server also tended to reach across one end of the table to grab empty cups or pass out food. Since I was seated at the end, it felt awkward having to help pass things down, especially since there were other access points to reach people in our party. We left around 920pm. I only mention it because we were the last group there, and we all noticed the heater seemed to have been turned on. Restaurant sign says open til 10pm on Sat. but we saw them turn off their open sign when we went outside. Needless to say, service could have been better.

We ordered escargot with tamarind sauce, oysters with cheese, a lobster special, rau muống (water spinach) with garlic, glass noodles, and a ribeye steak. The style, decor, music and ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was excellent, everyone was nice, friendly and worked well as a unit. Let's get to the food... I'll start by saying yes, yes and yes. From the appetizers to the desert.. spot on! To start we had cocktails. My wife had the Bayou Berry Smash, and I went with the Pecan Hips Old Fashion. The bartender did his thing on those cocktails. For the appetizer we chose Craw Fish Pies. The crust was buttery and flaky. There was just enough filling to get some in every bite. For the main courses, she chose the Sautéed Quater Catfish. She substituted the sauteed catfish for fried. The fish is served over a satuee of shrimp, crab, creole rice and ratatouille. It was exceptional! It was a big portion, but she ate every bit of it. Literally, no notes. I ordered the Crawfish St. Charles. A whole perfectly fried catfish filet on a bed of etouffée. The plating was beautiful and creative. There was a crawfish peeking through the curled end of the filet, which was fried to perfection. It was succulent, hot, crunchy, and juicy. That d!%# crawfish etouffée had me looking for a granny to walk out of the kitchen. It was sooo good, the perfect amount of spice and herbs, balanced with the gravy and crawfish and was perfect. We also ordered a side of red beans and rice. I had to try it, and it didn't disappoint. Once again they knocked it out of the park. The spice level, the texture of the beans and that smokey sausage hit the mark. To finish ourselves off we had the Croissant Beignets. All I can say is little pillows of heaven! We will most definitely pay them another visit. Pro Tip.. make sure you order the sausage with your red beans and Rice, the order doesn't come with it.
