I'm an outdoors man - My long-bed and I have spent countless hours on washboard gravel roads. Everyone knows, these shake the hell outta your truck. I also sleep in the back of my truck and the insulated canopy they installed in 2016 has yet to leak, In fact, the insulation is still tight & fresh as it was on day 1. The overhead LED lights inside the canopy have yet to stop working. All of this speaks to their craftsmanship & quality parts. The power-steps finally gave out after a decade of use, so it was time to replace them. I was given the option between the cheaper overseas version, or the USA built version. It's nice to get price options and their expertise on the level of quality. As part of the install they noticed a cracked end cap for one of the steps. (I would have never noticed it on my own) Anyhow, they called it out, already have a replacement on the way from the factory, and when the part arrived - they were able to a do a 'while you wait' replacement. This has been my repeat experience with them, I hope you find it helpful in your decision making.

Not only did she try to help the best she could but she also called another team member that could answer some of the questions we had. I worked with Hong and he was able to get me in the same week I reached out. I had the newest Juniper suspension retrofitted onto my older 2023 Model Y. The whole process took about 3-4 hours and cost $700. I'm pretty happy with the cost/time. I would feel comfortable taking my car back again for more suspension work.
