My husband and I made a reservation here off the recommendation of my assistant. The overall vibe of this place was nice. I ordered the catfish, asparagus and macaroni, my husband ordered the lamb chops asparagus and macaroni. My husband and I came to the same consensus, which was, the macaroni was no good at all. It had zero seasoning and taste like noodles and cheese. The customer service was the reason for the 2 stars, it was terrible. Our waitress would disappear for 15-20 minutes at a time and come back empty handed even though we asked for either napkins or a drink. read more

Went here in the spring with a group. Patio seating but we had to continually ask for fans. Ordered wings and waffles . Waffles were great but the wings had no flavor or seasoning. Took so long to see a staff member, we didn't complain about wings. It would have taken more time to replace wings , then we attended to stay. Our server, DeMarquis, was the very best! He greeted us with such warmth that almost feels like you've known him your entire life. If everything else had been horrible, you'd still want to go back just to enjoy his bright smile and vibrant energy. Luckily for us patrons, the food is also amazing! I started off with a house Cabernet (yum!), Buffalo Shrimp, and a Cobb Salad. The Buffalo sauce was soooo delicious! Oh my goodness. It tasted like there was a hint of honey in the sauce, which was a pleasant surprise! Cobb salads are my go-to so I was very pleased with how plentiful this was. The salad dressings come in sealed packages, which surprised me, but did NOT disappoint. When I see packets of dressing I sadly do assume it won't be to my liking; boy was I wrong! I really enjoyed the ranch and was very happy that it was the perfect consistency with the perfect amount of flavor. Entrees: Lamb Chops dinner This was a beautiful meal. The glaze on the lamb chops was impeccable. I only had one bite because they were prepared well done and I prefer my lamb medium. Flavor wise, they were perfect. The mashed potatoes were garlicky and delicious!! Glazed Salmon dinner I truly enjoyed the glaze on this salmon. My love for salmon knows no bounds so I would certainly return for this in the near future! I typically shy away from glazes, as well as sauces, but this was a great choice. I ordered spinach and asparagus because I didn't want to risk any adverse reactions from the Mac & cheese. (I am not supposed to have dairy so I have to choose my battles wisely haha) Asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables so I was extremely thrilled to see how well prepared they were. I love them with a little crunch and lots of yummy garlic flavor, which was delivered! My only "complaint" is there was a ton of butter in my spinach and on my plate. I've noticed in recent visits that many restaurants in the Atlanta (& surrounding) area use a hefty amount of butter. After dealing with some life changes, last year, I stopped using butter so it has an extremely overpowering taste to me. This is not a real complaint because the food was scrumptious, but something to point out for anyone else who prefers less butter in their diet. Fried Lobster just WOW! This place was amazing. Everything we ordered was great! We started with the Fried Green Tomatoes and Deviled Eggs. The tomatoes were amazing. We almost ordered some to go but we were so full. The crab cakes we ordered were made with real crab and the corn bed they were on was also great. The grits were smooth and creamy and the catfish was seasoned perfectly. Our server Raven was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The main side of the restaurant was so turnt up but we sat in the back room where it was a little quieter. Booked patio for a birthday (party of 8) during Sunday brunch. The staff does its best to accommodate large parties but due to the pandemic, very challenging if you have folk that arrive late. They'll insist on seating party once and I'd understandable because they're usually fully booked for brunch. The venue is absolutely beautiful and well designed. Ample parking across the street. All our entrees were beautifully plated and also tasted great. They have a 2 hour limit for tables during brunch so definitely make reservations, arrive on time and review menu online in advance to expedite service. Parking was super simple, which is my top highlight because it was...FREE and not in a parking deck. We made reservations. The service was a little slow due to the waitress being over worked with too many tables, but she maintained a positive attitude though. Initially when looking at photos prior to coming to the restaurant, the greedy girl in me was like "I am going to be starving after eating grits from that lil' glass" well I was soooo wrong. The glass was huge, it kind of puts you in the mind of the margarita/corona drink at Mexican restaurants with the corona upside down in the glass. They were not stingy with the seafood either. I was thoroughly impressed. The grits were perfectly creamy. I ordered the deviled eggs, seafood grits, soda water and a top shelf regular margarita. All together I spent $70. Listen...this was the best damn grits I have ever had plus this place is a whole vibe. I definitely want to come back in the summer time or when there is an event on the lawn section. My first time going to happy hour in a really long time and I must say, I really enjoyed myself (Nouveau came as a recommendation from a good friend). Atmosphere was crisp and pleasant. The staff was very attentive and made sure we didn't need a thing (shoutout to "D", he's amazing!!!). The drinks and appetizers were good (loved the spinach & artichoke dip, watch out for the Holy Water - it'll sneak up on ya' ). All in all, it's a great place to go and I'll definitely consider visiting again real soon. This place gives very laid back vibes, and very relaxed. I enjoyed everything but the waffles I couldn't really get into that much. I was sad that brunch was only allowed on Saturdays and Sunday's and we were there Friday. I flew into GA for my bestfriend and she wanted to try this place so bad and I'm so happy she was able to enjoy herself out of everything. Chicken wings and honey crusted barbecue ribs were epic. The Caesar salad my wife ordered looked and tasted like bag salad you get at Publix. The contactless bill included a 18% tip. First let me start off by saying, I was so excited to come here! I've heard great things about this place unfortunately my experience was not so nice. I came here on a Saturday night for my niece's 18th birthday. She had 6 other friends there including her and myself. The waitress seemed a bit rude. She told me we should order soon because she has other large tables. When she took our order she completely skipped one guest... I had to flag her down minutes later and ask did she forget him which she did. After everyone's food was there I informed her that one of the teens didn't like her food & asked could we swap it out or get her money back ... she literally took 2 bites... it was basically an untouched bowl. The waitress stated she got the pasta and everyone else liked theirs (3 other guests did get the same but that shouldn't have been a factor) so if it's just because she didn't like the taste and nothing is wrong with it there was nothing she could do and it was on her. So she paid for food she didn't eat nor liked! In the effort of trying to ensure my niece had a good time I just let it be but I've never been told that EVER at a restaurant! I paid for myself and 2 of the teens and spent $160. While I'm not complaining about the price, the waitress made the experience less enjoyable. I regret I didn't get her name, but she was one of two waitresses working the patio on this night. I'm not sure if I would come back here, this experience just left a bad taste in my mouth based on the waitress. & even my niece and her guest recognized the waitress slight attitude. Came to this restaurant for lunch with a few friends that had never been and the experience was not a good one. We arrived at 1pm and was seated promptly. We was greeted by a waitress that brought us water. So far so good.... Then another waitress in training came over and told us that she and the waitress that is training her will be waiting on us. She immediately took over the table and put in our food and drink orders. Food came out of the kitchen at different times. Appetizer came out first(deviled eggs). The eggs was saturated in hot sauce people in the group could not enjoy them. My parmesan garlic fries came out next w/o my impossible sliders. Chicken and waffles came out 5 mins after my fries (still no burgers yet). Catfish and grits came out 10 mins later (after chicken and waffles). My impossible burgers finally came. We still haven't received our drinks from the bar. I raved about the grits to my group but they were a disappointment. The grits, were grainy, and undercooked. The catfish was salty. My impossible sliders and fries were salty as well, the chicken and waffles had no complaint. We finally got drinks, they were super STRONG,! hey I know some people like them like that BUT they were so strong that they were not enjoyable.Ask to seek to a Manager, our waitress went to get him and he told her ALL SALES ARE FINAL. And he will try to come talk to us when he finish talking to the owner. We asked to speak to the owner since she was there. Waitress tried to get her attention to come over she looked and kept walking. Manger finally came out 20 mins later. Talked to the table and made it right with our bill. I had high expectations for Nouveau, based on the rave reviews I had read online. However, I was a bit disappointed when our party of three was seated in an area with little to no ambiance. I later discovered that the area where there was the most ambiance was reserved for larger parties. I feel like I should have been given a choice for a seating area when I made my reservation. The service was okay, but not exceptional. The hostess seemed to be insulted when we jokingly mentioned that she would have to clean the tables. She was not very hospitable. I will say that the shrimp and grits and the lamb dish were very good. The buffalo shrimp was a bit tangy for my taste. Overall, I give Noveau an average rating. Mac are quite good, complements to the chef but the restaurant in College Park can be noisy, crowded and this is when the service goes from fair to poor. Wait times can be long if they have private parties. Typically a young crowd of people 20s and 30s the restaurant in Jonesboro is larger but the food and service isn't better. The amount of fish I got was over powering and honestly has a canned tuna flavor(don't know if that's what it was). The fish did not taste fresh at all. I expected lumps of crab meat on my grits and I had none. And I got 4 shrimp. I would definitely not order that again. Ambiance of restaurant was nice and the staff was super friendly. But as far as what I ordered- never again. I was disappointed in this dish. I ordered one drink and nasty grits and it was $52. Now I've been to the location in College Park and I loved it but this is by far one of my fav places. As soon as we walked up and said I have a reservation it was a GO from there. Please I beg you to place a reservation because if you don't, you will be looking crazy. The vibe was EVERYTHING!!!! As soon as we sat our waiter Ken was on it. He was for sure enjoying his time at work, a very dope personality. He took our orders and no later than 5-10 minutes later our food and drinks had arrived. Hot and ready!!!! The food, LISTEN..... SO FREAKING GOOD. Now the appetizers were delicious but a very small amount but the entrees we're giving FULL TO CAPACITY. So much flavor! The mix drinks were hitting. Likeeeeeee my girls and I were buzzed out!!! If there's a strong arm by the name believe me when I sayyyyy STRONG ASF. My friend was so toasty she couldn't believe the amount of " LICKA" in her drink. 10 out of 10 and I will definitely try again. Be prepared to be amazed. Celebrated my birthday on a Friday night in July at the Jonesboro location. It was great and lots of fun! First of all, the DJ was on point with the music. The lamb chops are the best that I've had in the city honestly. The drinks are good. I get a little extra pour because you know mix cocktails can be more mix than alcohol. Location is great, parking is plentiful and it wasn't too crowded. What I appreciated the most was the SERVICE!! Yes, when's the last time you complimented the service at a restaurant, right! Table touches by every server that walked by. Everyone wanted to make sure we were having a great time. They were nice, energetic and fun. I will definitely be returning for the lamb chops!
