Messy and all smushed on top when I picked up :/
    Amanda D.

Super bummed with the cake and cupcakes I ordered. When I picked them up, they were stacked on top of each other and smashed and the cake did not have enough frosting and chunks were missing from the sides of it. It was not worth the money and did not look professional. Huge bummer for my daughter's birthday. I tried to contact but phone says voicemail full and emails not replied to. Poor customer service and experience. Tasted fine. Nobody complained. Would not recommend.

Stopped in here on the way to the Cap hill farmers market for a snack. I am gf and it is always such a treat to go somewhere that is all gluten free!!! I had their quiche and my friend had some of the hand pies. I tried both and they were lovely. The crust for both was flaky & flavorful and the fillings were delicious. When I checked in on Yelp I got a $5 off coupon which the cashier said they couldn't use :(. If you can't use it or they changed their mind about the Yelp offer they should remove it from Yelp.

This place is always busy. And I can't help but think that it's not because there are so many of us searching for gluten-free baked goods. It's mostly because it's just delicious. Wonderful selection from donuts to hand pies. And everything in between. If you are gluten-free, this is going to be a mind blowing treat. I couldn't get out of there without at least five different items. Person in front of me got at least 15 items. I got a loaf of olive bread, 2 hand pies, ginger snap cream cheese cookie sando, and I blueberry peach pastry. All of them extremely delicious and the pastries were so flaky and buttery. There is maybe a table or two to sit down but mostly it is a take away.

A wonderful little bakery that is gluten-free! There are a couple small tables inside and the decoration was comfortably hip, with hanging whisk lights, tarp fabric plants, and cookie cutter string lights hanging at the window. They have a large selection of sweet and savory pastries, breads, cakes and more along with drinks with creative names like "Bioluminescence". I settled for a jalapeño cheddar quiche and a vanilla lemon donut; both were so tasty! They warmed the quiche up for me and it was flavorful and spicy, though the dough was a bit soggy. The donut was pure melt-in-your-mouth crumbly bliss. My friend loved her chocolate eclair and muffin. I would be happy to return to try their tiramisu and maybe enjoy a dinner of my own with their frozen pizza dough!

    Apple pie

We were very excited to receive a GF apple pie to eat with Thanksgiving dinner from my niece. Thank goodness we had whipped cream to eat with it because it was full of apples but yet the filling was super dry. Apple pies are supposed to be gooey in the middle but the apple slices were dry and the apples weren't peeled so I ended up having to spit multiple pieces on Apple skin out of my mouth while I was eating it. The crust was a little hard but good for GF. The filling was however very disappointing especially for a $30 pie.

Gluten-Free baked goods tend to have a sandier, denser texture which I actually like! I came around noon on a Saturday and it looked like they were out of lots of items - including the Millionaire's bar I wanted to try! Picked up a lemon bar ($4.50). It was VERY crust heavy (only a thin layer of lemon) and not too sweet and nicely lemony. I am obsessed with crust so this was 100% my jam :) Love that they are an allergy friendly business and would love to come back and try more baked goods!

Was looking for a good fully gluten free bakery. Gluten free can be tricky sometimes, it can be hard to get that soft, fluffy, and moist texture when making anything gluten free. With great surprise this place nails it perfectly. Their desserts were all moist and soft, nothing was dry at all. Obviously some of the desserts you can tell have a bit of a "gluten free" taste to them but when looking for an alternative to gluten, a slight taste difference is no issue. Just glad my stomach won't be hurting!!

Do you have any egg free options?

Hi there! We usually have a decent range of vegan options at our bakery. Some of those items include chocolate raspberry cake, chocolate chip cookies, several flavors of donuts, bread loaves, and pizza dough.

A muffin didn't even make it home, I ate it immediately in the car. It was moist, fluffy, bright, and absolutely delicious. You would never know it's gluten-free. Truly bakery-quality perfection. I've been craving their cinnamon rolls for weeks, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. Soft, gooey, comforting, and indulgent in the best way. But the food is only half the magic here. From the moment you walk in, the space is filled with great vibes, amazing energy, and the kindest staff. Everyone was so welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy, it honestly lifted my whole morning. They offer an incredible selection: fresh breads, focaccia, cookies, pastries, soups, sauces, Italian imported pasta, and more. It's the kind of place where you want to try everything. And then, when I was checking out, they gave me a box of gluten-free Cheez-Its. THE box. The one that's sold out everywhere. The one my husband and I have been searching for for weeks. I was overjoyed. That small, thoughtful gesture meant so much and perfectly sums up how special this place is. We live in Seattle, so it's not the easiest trip anymore, but between the incredible gluten-free treats and the exceptional service, we will absolutely continue making the effort to come as often as we can. Great people. Great food. Amazing energy. A total win, not just for Bellevue, but for the entire state. Thank you for creating such a joyful, welcoming, and delicious space.

I ordered the Pork N' Bitch, which came with biscuits as the base, smothered in sausage gravy and topped with plenty of shredded cheese and bacon bits. The portion was huge and enough to feed two people. I only managed to eat half, and it kept me full for about eight hours. This is definitely a heavy and hearty meal. As for the taste, it was delicious and very savory. The biscuit was soft, and the bacon bits added a nice crispy texture. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more gravy. I also didn't really taste any sausage in the gravy. I was expecting more of a traditional Southern-style sausage gravy, but the flavor was a bit different from what I'm used to. This is more of a take out spot, as there isn't any indoor dining. Fortunately, it's located near the Pike's Marketplace, so I recommend taking your food for a walk toward the waterfront and finding a nice place to enjoy your meal. One funny thing was that I was expecting the person taking my order to greet me with, "Good morning, bitch! What can I get you?" Instead, he called me "sweetheart." LOL. Maybe he could tell I wasn't a local.

My sister and I dropped by spontaneously for weekend brunch (à Saturday korning around 9:30). There was a bit of a cluster of people waiting for tables, but they were larger groups and we were seated after about 10 minutes. We ordered cocktails while pursuing the menu. My sister enjoys their mimosas and I was curious about the "My name is Earl... Grey". Good choice - dangerously so. Smooth, flavorful, well balanced. Only a light perfume of Earl Grey. We shared our entrees: the harissa carrot hummus tartine and the roasted potato and scallion waffle. (Side note: we indicated our intention to the server, who thoughtfully brought extra plates so we could do that). The tartine was delicious. Just the right amount of spread on a thick slice of sourdough. It wasn't spicy at all; the sweetness of the carrots tempered the heat. A light sprinkle of romanesco and little cubes of feta finished it off. The waffle was a surprise. Crispy, savory, a whisper of sweetness, topped with a dollop of scallion butter. Unique and very flavorful. The homemade biscuit was large and easily shareable. The cappuccinos had a good, rich aroma. A double shot is the standard serving and had sufficient flavor and kick.
