When it takes 14 MONTHS to get a response from a business do they really expect that you'd ever want to return? Not likely. And nice try blaming it on the kitchen. The waiter/manager knew exactly what he was charging and never bothered to mention it.

Driving through town and stopped here for a late lunch. Pizza slices are large portion and perfect thin NY crust. We sat on the patio with a nice shade and the service was very accommodating to the 2 dogs and 2 kids with us. Great place to stop for a slice! They have salads and wings too!

First time, won't be the last. Kerren (forgive the spelling) was incredible! Totally professional, friendly, interactive, efficient. We ordered two slices, two beers and two salads. Approx. $45. So many local breweries represented - love that! Hubby chose hazy IPA and I ordered a Pilsner. It was nice to have a 10 ounce option. I ordered the arugula, salad and hubster got the Caesar Both were fresh, plentiful and dressings flavorful. The housemade croutons tasted brioche-esque. Buttery and airy. Pizza was also on point. I couldn't really taste the sausage but it didn't detract from the slice as a whole. Crust had a nice chew, sauce complimented, and it had good amount of cheese. I don't really have a comparison for what it used to be like, but we can definitely see this place being added to our list of favorites for when the pizza craving hits.

For the second year in a row our group, the St Rose Choir. Celebrated our fourth year anniversary together. Once again, the service that we were given was totally AWESOME. Our waiter, Wilson, once again, made our night special. The food was delicious and we all had a great time at NY Pie. The service once again was outstanding. I recommend NY pie to anyone who loves pizza and is a sports fanatic. They have TVs with different baseball, basketball and the other sports on while you enjoy a delicious pizza. The place is full of love and good atmosphere. Once again, with the greatest service that God has created. Thanks again, Sincerely, Randy Larsen with the St Rose choir.

Caesar salad was the large and it fed 3 adults. Pizza was the large and we took 2 slices home. Add some oregano and it is heavenly The wings were flavored so well. They came out heat hot so be prepared. They were mild but they had a slight kick to them. Service as awesome. Our server was so on top of things and she had such a great personality. I wish I knew her name but she had ink up her arm which was cool. We will back.

Horrible service. No acknowledgement. No, "we'll be with your shortly, nothing". Yes, they were busy-I guess that's the exception it was to ignore other customers. I had to ask an employee for help or for someone to take our order at the counter. When we finally got our pre ordered sliced pizzas they were stacked on top of each other so the toppings and cheese was all messed up. Disappointing because I know they can do much better.

This right here was one of the best tasting pizzas I've had in a long time! They serve by the slice with over 6 pizzas to choose from or you can order the whole pie. I was driving by and it was my last day in town, i wasn't even hungry but i had to try it lol, made a U turn and bam!!! Enjoyed my slice of pepperoni, ricotta and hot honey, The vibe is chill, they have a few big TV's to watch the game (Sports) it was nice and cold inside, very comfortable place to enjoy a few moments and people watch. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town.

When I tell you you should RUN NOT WALK to NY PIE I'm not exaggerating. There are new owners. The staff are super friendly. The service is fast. The food is obviously made with love and fresh ingredients. The beer selection is HUGE. The environment is a total vibe. Freddie and friends..nice to meet you and keep it up!! You're our new favorite date night. Cheers !!

It was not bad, just not wowed. If you are following, I have been buying many of these beers from Whole Paycheck, I mean Whole Foods from $6 a bottle. On the second flight, I decided to do the entire Belgian Inspired Flight - The better of the two flights. So many different flavors. My daughter got the Southwest Wrap - I took a small bite, it was good. Just the perfect amount of kick, spice. And I think it's healthy. Kettle chips were good but had some burnt ends?!?! We were going to get the wings also, but after drinking 13 samplers, I was so full. Plus my daughter wanted to check out Teriyaki Madness in Novato, so off we went. See other review. Ambiance - Decent size location. Indoor and outdoor seating. An indoor bar, counter, and table seating. Semi open kitchen. Street metered parking. There is a paid lot/garage in the rear of the building but we got a perfect space right in front so did not need to go to the garage. MAKE sure you feed the meter, I watched people getting tickets!! The meter maids are on foot, so it was not easy to see them coming. It is best to keep your meter fed. Happy hour available for $1 off beers. Many other specials; see my pictures or check out their website. Clean restrooms. Cool art outside the building; see pictures. A small gift shop. Service - Jon did a good job. Patient. And checked up on us often. Price - $40 + generous tip. I think it was a little expensive for what we got. The meal came out to "two" beers and a wrap; really just enough food for one person. But because we are light eaters, it was enough for us. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1997. My goal is to join the line next year for Pliny The Young!!! Wish me luck.

On most recent visit we had their Garden Salad and Chicken Parmigiana. Both the salad and the pasta were great! We loved the use of the three-bean salad in the Garden Salad. That said, every time I have come, I have had great food and service. The fresh wood-oven pizzas are tasty - it is hard to beat a real wood-oven pizza. I have to say their smashburger is one of the best I have had (fries are pretty solid too!). From the little table we sat at, we turned the chairs so we could face the kitchen area where the chefs were making fresh pizzas instead of staring at the bar tender with her chest hanging out (put them away, you're at work) or stare at the doorway. We weren't overly hungry but wanted to try it. The prices were pretty steep for a beer $12, and the cocktail was VERY expensive $19 after tax. Hubs decided not to order the beer but insisted I try a fancy drink so I decided on the unicorn after recommendation from our waitress. The drink was pleasantly good, not too sour or too sweet, however definitely not worth the price. Then we decided on a small bites, skillet prawns. The wait wasn't too long. We took a bite each and we were so confused at the odd flavor. It tasted like latex gloves and cleaner. Hubs tried a a second small bite of another one and spit it out. We probably shouldn't have stopped. Our waitress was really nice about it and offered to get us a new one or something else or a dessert, but we declined. She ended up taking it off the bill. Maybe skip the drinks and order a pizza.

When you get Italian you usually know you're looking at a $75-100 bill depending on the spot. This place came out to around $75 for the two dishes and the bruschetta and a Shirley temple. Normally this isn't a problem if the food is good. The bruschetta bread was soggy, and the bread was not properly toasted and the Parmesan cheese seemed to just be thrown on the dish. (See picture). The penne pesto pasta had 0 flavor. I had to ask for salt to make it taste alright. Which was disappointing as I could tell the pesto sauce was fresh, but the actual dish wasn't good. My partner tried the pasta and the chicken they put on the pasta had bones. He had to take out two bones while eating a piece of chicken. The bolognese gnocchi tasted off, the gnocchi did not seem to be made in house, and tasted store bought tbh. The bolognese sauce tasted bitter, which was different to say the least. Unfortunately we ended up leaving both dishes full and paying and leaving. Our waiter did not ask if we liked our food or if something was wrong as most places do if the plates are left basically full. I will add that a hi light to the place is it's pretty empty and service is relatively quick. However, the food didn't leave me wanting to return. I don't think I'd come back.
