Tuna Avocado Roll (8pcs) Salmon Avocado Roll (8pcs)

I was craving Sushi and wanted to try a new spot, so I placed an order with O Sushi. I ordered 3 rolls for myself and it was plenty of food. I ordered the Tuna Avocado rolls and a Salmon Avocado roll. Both rolls were really good and fresh. Also the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely order from O Sushi again.

Terrible experience order taking and order pickup with Turuu. He has a bad attitude, he is careless and misses items from our orders then blames us! If he is still there next time, we won't order from OSushi anymore and you shouldn't either. Our hard earned money must be respected!

The food is always amazing. The waitress is always really nice and the price is incredible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm afraid to review this place because I'm worried when the word gets out it'll be too packed for me to eat here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Decent sushi but not the best service. LA introduced sushi to America in the early 1950s so there are a ton of really great options all over town. This spot is more of an option if you're close by or don't have time for one of the well-known locations. It's located in a strip mall two blocks east of the 405 and Sawtelle. They have a lot of parking available in the parking lot attached to the mall. It's fairly small on the inside, there are about eight tables, so it would not be a good place for a large group. As mentioned the service could be better. I came in for lunch, and when I entered, I was not greeted by anyone. Then the waitress came over, took the order, with zero smile or conversation, and then forgot one of the 3 items that I ordered. They have a fairly large menu, and I would say that the pricing is fair. I chose a selection for my first visit. I ordered the Spider Roll, Miso Soup, the Salmon and Avocado Roll, and some Albacore Nigiri. All were pretty good, a solid 4/5. Everything did come out pretty quickly, even though they forgot one of my items. This location felt more like a takeout or work lunch option kind of place so I don't anticipate it being very busy during dinner time. I work close by so I plan to try again in the near future.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool little spot, had easy listening music which was nice and at 12pm on a Saturday I was here pretty much by myself which was awesome.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My roll was so good, I ordered another. Great little place, highly recommend.

    Bulgogi Bowl with Volcano Roll.
    Anthony R.

The bulgogi meat was very seasoned in a positive way. I did like the taste of the bulgogi meat. I just felt there was more rice than meat. That will be one of my negative feedback. The Volcano roll was okay. I feel like I had a better volcano roll. I won't be getting this one again. I went here to have a beer. They had an Asahi, but it was a non alcoholic beer. This was disappointed. I really wanted a drink but did not want to leave. Overall, they have more dishes, I would definitely try the other items on the menu. The service was quick. I came at a good time. My order was taken quickly, and the meal came out quickly. The ambiance of the venue was quiet. I was the only person there at the time, but Uber Eats kept coming and out picking up food. It does get busy. Come thur.

So it's on the heavier side, but I consumed almost all of it My son also remarked the bowl looks deceptively small, yet after enjoying the soup, we left satisfied and full. Then there's the chicken, dark meat grilled to near perfection with a smoky flavor that sneaks up on you. It works perfectly with the aforementioned broth. The noodles are also good quality. Again, at first the regular sized bowl looks small, but don't be fooled. It's a satisfying size. My son also ordered the fried chicken with tartar sauce. It's not a traditional karaage, but still quite tasty Actually, the ramen itself isn't traditional. There's isn't any shoyu flavor which was a bit surprising, but the unique flavor reset my expectations. Prices are typical for a Sawtelle Blvd. establishment. It's not the bargain I'd find in Gardena, but we had no complaints among the family. Looking forward to a return visit. Gochisousama deshita!

Not so much great for big groups, but probably separate tables would be better. Restaurant itself is also small, definitely resembles a lot of like the restaurants in Japan! Especially their decor. We all got the bbq charcaol chicken ramen, regular and large size are the same price, so might as well get a large?? It all came out pretty quickly. The chicken was really soft and you can definitely taste the charcoal grill to it. Pretty nice! The ramen noodle was a nice texture as well. Although, the broth was nice at first, it was a really oily and too rich. When you think of chicken ramen, you would think that it would be a light broth, but this was extremely heavy for some reason. The broth really overpowers everything that it does get too much to eat towards the end of the meal. I didn't finish my bowl actually haha. It was good, but it really feels to heavy to eat. The ramen is also on the pricier end, which it came out to be about $27 per person with tax.

salmon + ikura bowl…read more I came to Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle on a hot weekend afternoon, and my friend and I sat outside since there was no free seating indoors. The waiters were sweet in moving the umbrellas around so we would get more shade. The prices for their dishes are very reasonable, and I tried their Salmon & Ikura bowl. I loved the proportion of salmon and ikura and other various toppings compared to the rice, and the seasoning was perfect. My friend tried one of their staple ramen dishes, and he commented on the clarity of the broth along with a good portion size. There's a few different versions of this restaurant on this street, and I'm sure it's to serve the many people coming to this restaurant for a good meal!

It's a restaurant I've…read morealways wanted to love, especially because I'm a big fan of Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle Annex across the street, which serves a different, Jiro-inspired style of ramen. Tsujita is best known for its Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen: a creamy pork broth served with chashu and thin noodles. The broth is milky, clean, and well-balanced, with a pleasant pork flavor. That said, I found the broth a bit lighter than I prefer. It lacks the deeper pork richness and viscosity that make the very best tonkotsu broths so satisfying. The biggest letdown for me was the chashu. It wasn't quite as tender as I expected and tasted somewhat bland, making it less memorable than the broth itself. The noodles are served on the firmer side, which is true to the Hakata style. That's more of a personal preference than a criticism - I generally prefer noodles with a slightly softer, more tender bite. Next time, I'll probably ask for a softer noodle texture. The owners also operate several other ramen restaurants in West Los Angeles, including Tsujita Annex and Killer Noodle. Of the three, this location is probably my least favorite, but that's more a reflection of how much I enjoy its sister restaurants than a knock on Tsujita itself. It still serves a solid bowl of ramen and is worth trying if you're in the area.

The spicy GOAM with crispy noodles as the base was great, definitely not as much of a spicy flavor as I thought, as it seemed the main source was pickled jalapeños tucked into the layers. I personally am not a fan of a concentrated spicy jalapeño bite so I ended up not getting much spice. However the rest of the pancake was very good! The loaded Kaisen was indeed piled high with seafood, but I thought the flavor was a bit light in the pancake itself. The seafood did seem fresh and tender though! The hamburg omurice was absolutely delicious. Something about their demiglace sauce here was special, I'm usually not a fan but this time I ate every drop! The steak was also tender and juicy, a perfect combination with the dish as a whole. At a late lunch time (2PMish) it wasn't too busy, and service was pretty quick! The interior is casual and you can even see the chefs working. I'd definitely come back to Chinchikurin, I can't wait to try more!

The appetizers we got were delicious. The cabbage and the octopus balls were great. We also enjoyed the drinks we ordered. Also, while I'm about to criticize the service, our servers never spoke rudely to us. So, the bad. -Sat us down, took our drink order and then forgot about us. When we asked about our drinks. Our waitress came back to ask us 3 different times for our drink order and still got the drinks wrong. -We were mainly ignored and were rarely checked on. I thought it may have been because we were in the patio. But no, the family across from our table seemed to have no problem getting service, but who knows the reason. -Omurice dishes were mediocre. We got the mentaiko, the curry and the hamburg dishes. Mentaiko was probably the best taste wise. The curry and hamburg were watery and bland. Had to hunt a waiter down to get us some sort of hot sauce. They would have benefited from some pickled veggies or some other different textures. After a while the dishes started to feel monotonous and gross. -As I had mentioned before, we were sitting in the front patio. By the end of our meal, I got up to go to the restroom. As I am walking down, one of the workers asked if I was a customer there. Stunned, I blurted "Yes" and continued on. My dear reader, that was my final straw. We had been sitting outside for what felt like HOURS. Got bad service, had mediocre main dishes, watching two servers running around like chickens with their heads chopped off. Only to come inside and get rudely questioned if I had been eating there by someone I am assuming was inside the entire time. If this is an issue the restaurant has, WHY ARE YOU NOT CHECKING WHO IS DINING AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT PERIODICALLY. WHY ARE YOU INTERROGATING PAYING CUSTOMERS WHO ARE JUST TRYING TO PEE. WHY ARE YOUR WORKERS NOT DOING THEIR DUE DILIGENCE LOOK AT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I have never been asked if I was eating somewhere because I never HAD TO. For a store front that small, how are you not aware of your customers?! I am still getting heated just thinking back on it. Honestly, these issues separately I could have dealt with them, but it all happened in ONE meal. it was just a bad experience. I will not come back here. Do better.

It's a brilliant set - includes skewers, a mini bowl of delicious ramen, a small scope of rice with minced chicken and eggs, and fruit slices. My kid truly loved this mini set. Their skewers were excellent - my personal fave is their beef tongue. Their chicken thigh with onion is solid. I also appreciated the offerings of hearts and other internal organs on the menu too. Their ramen is definitely a surprise to me - they were surprisingly delicious (comparable to top specialty ramen places). This is the perfect spot to satisfy one's ramen and yakitori craving!!
