I forever love getting their bentos. I like how the sides always change and there's always a different side to try each time I get it. The portions for the sides are always filled to the brim. This was my first time getting the eel bento from here so I was a little disappointed on how there's only two pieces of eel for $19.68.
Great quick-eat spot in Cupertino and right next to Main Street. The bento boxes are pretty large portions so definitely worth the price. Authentic Taiwanese food and all the sides in the bento go well with the main dish. Easy ordering with the QR code and very quick service. Restaurant has a laid back vibe, great for casual hangouts
Ordered through qr code and everything came out super fast! All the fried foods were done perfectly. Extra crispy on the outside but still moist on the inside. They have a good variety of bento boxes/ combos and a la carte. Price was pretty good for the portions! We dined in and luckily snagged the last table but take out would be a great option too!
This place's food reminds me of the Taiwanese bento boxes I grew up eating! Cannot recommend O2 Valley enough - delicious food, huge portions, and a variety of options. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it was quite busy. After 1pm, however, the crowd started to clear. The interior is minimally decorated, and there's a fair amount of seating. The bento boxes were the star of the show! I can't get over how much food was in a single bento box - one bento could easily last you two meals. The popcorn chicken was fried to perfection and covered in fragrant spices. The accompanying sides were also delicious! I really enjoyed the grilled chicken. It honestly seemed more fried than grilled, but it was tasty nonetheless. The grilled chicken portion was somehow even bigger than that of the popcorn chicken. There were two huge pieces of grilled chicken, all covered in a sweet and tangy marinade. The golden kimchi paired well with the bentos and cut through the richness of the meat. I've heard great things about the drinks here as well but didn't get a chance to try. Just another reason to visit again! If you're looking for comfort Taiwanese food, O2 Valley is the perfect place for you!
O2 is probably my favorite Taiwanese fried chicken cutlet that I have ever had, maybe O2 even beats Taiwan! I always get the Chicken Cutlet here and really recommend getting the À la carte version since they give SO much chicken!!! Chicken Cutlet - The chicken is always so crispy and flavorful here. The white pepper flavor with salt is an iconic Taiwanese fried chicken taste, and O2 does it so well. The bento is pretty good too and huge! It comes with vegetables, rice with minced pork, and some noodles. You WILL have leftovers! I definitely recommend coming to O2 if you are visiting the Bay Area, the chicken cutlet is a must!
Favorite Taiwanese bento box! Amazing fried chicken here. Small restaurant in tight plaza with parking all around. They have tea here as well but stuck to my usually spicy grilled chicken bento box. The spicy grilled chicken bento has a small kick to it with sauce marinated around it. It has a light crispy batter around it so not sure why it's called grilled. Comes with rice, boiled egg, and 2 sides. Have had different sides on different days. Popcorn chicken with garlic was great and has loads of garlic. Plenty of fresh garlic to make your mouth smell right after. Nice staff. Order takes about 10-15 minutes and perfect for to go. Quick and easy lunch with huge portion.
I wish I had tried this place sooner! This is some very legit and addictive Taiwanese comfort food. We tried a variety of dishes and they were all great. There's also a very generous amount of food, I would say that each bento can be 2 meals or for one very hungry person. In addition to the main meats, each bento comes with a lot of rice, sides, and veggies. All the fried foods were fried to perfection. Quick and easy online ordering system for takeout or delivery. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone craving Taiwanese snack food classics.
When I bit into my first O2 Valley popcorn chicken, I was amazed by how juicy the meat was given how crispy the exterior was. The chicken katsu in the bento was equally succulent. Paired with garlicky broccoli, braised egg, and a generous portion of rice, the food was amazing given the price point. One bento could likely feed two people - that's called a great deal. The interior of the store had relaxing plant motifs, including a mossy panel on the wall. Why the store is called O2 Valley is not clear to me but the refreshing, nature-y aesthetic was very relaxing to dine in. Most importantly, the service was super nice :') Idk the cashier just genuinely wanted to help, offering to show pictures of the food, bringing extra bowls to the table, etc. He seemed like a good boy pat pat.
I've lived nearby for a long time and never stopped in. They're located in a small plaza with not too much parking. I typically just walk to this plaza. It's a pretty cozy shop. There's a good amount of seating inside. You seat yourself and order by QR code. Water, utensils, and condiments are also self serve. I'm sure you could probably order at the counter as well but I've never done it. We got a minced pork bento and a stir fry basil chicken bento. The chicken bento was pretty spicy, I liked it. The chicken was cooked very nicely and you get two sides and an egg as well as rice with minced pork. The minced pork bento comes rice, egg, and two sides. The staff brought our food to our tables for us. They come in convenient bento boxes and you can ask for lids and bags at the front should you need them. The portions are pretty generous. I ate maybe a third of mine. My partner finished his bento. Depends on your appetite. This is a great place when you just want some comfort food at a no frills mom and pop shop. They're not a big chain and are locally owned!
While I was in San Jose, a friend of mine suggested a Taiwanese bento place that I could check out since he was a big fan of it. I decided to order it on Uber Eats since I wanted to try it for lunch that day, and it was delivered fairly quickly with no hassle. I decided to try out the grilled chicken cutlet bento, since people online said it was better than the regular fried chicken cutlet since it's first fried and then grilled with additional sauces added. The portions of it are pretty sizable, and I was a big fan of the sauce along with the crispiness of the chicken. The meat was quite tender as well, while the sides were good as well. I decided to get their milk tea too, which also was pretty solid. Overall, I would definitely order from here again and I can see why my friend recommended it!
I came here for lunch and got their Braised Pork Chop Bento 滷排骨便當. I was surprised with how many pieces of pork chop they gave, 5 pieces! The portion size for the bento is good, enough for 2 meals for me. The rice had a braised pork, then came with a seasoned soy sauce egg, and two sides. The sides vary - this time I got cabbage and carrots stir fried, and some type of meatball (pork ball) and celery mix. Overall, food came out within 5 mins of ordering. Everything was very quick and delicious. Parking can be a bit difficult but they have some parking at the back of the building.
I came here twice, and here is my experience: 1. Ambience (4/5): The restaurant isn't too big but has plenty of seating. It's very clean and well-organized. 2. Service (4/5): I mostly served myself because there was only one worker handling both the cashier and server duties in the front. The lady in the kitchen brought the food to my table when it was ready. The guy at the counter was very helpful and nice when I asked him some questions about my food. 3. Food (4/5): - Grilled Cutlet Chicken with Rice (4/5): I thought it would be grilled chicken, but it was actually a big piece of fried chicken with a crispy coating. It was still delicious with the rice. The chicken had a crispy crust and was topped with sauce. I was very surprised by the huge portion, it could easily feed two people! I think the owner focuses on food quality and portion size, which might be why there are only a few workers. The bento box also came with a side of stir-fried vegetables and some braised pork. - Curry Rice with Fried Chicken (4/5): It came with the same fried chicken. The curry sauce was flavorful and pretty good. I'm not usually a fan of curry, but this one was fine for me. Overall: Service was quick and mostly self-served. The food was affordable with huge portions. Everything tasted flavorful and delicious. I'll definitely come back soon!!!
Tried O2 Valley and really enjoyed it! I had their garlic popcorn chicken and loved how much garlic they put on it. So crispy and flavorful and it really hit the spot. I also liked that you can serve yourself dipping sauces which makes it fun to mix and match. It is a nice place to chill and hang out. For drinks I got the mango yogurt which was creamy and sweet and the jasmine milk tea was tea forward which I love. Definitely a solid spot for good bites and drinks.

Came here after work around 3:00 pm on a weekday and it was relatively empty when we came in. It was my first time checking out O2 Valley so I was excited to see what they had. They offered a variety of different bento/lunch box options and I decided to go with the fried chicken cutlet set alongside some honey green tea. For the price, I was very surprised with how substantial the portion was! Honestly speaking I could've had 2 servings out of the meal but I ended up finishing most of it during the 2 hour period I was there chatting with my friend. The bento was so good! The chicken was very crispy and well seasoned, even better with some sriracha/hot sauce. There was also a side of tomato egg stir fry which was honestly the highlight of the lunch for me. It reminded me of my dad's tomato egg dish so I absolutely loved it. There was also a tea egg, braised pork sauce on top of rice, and some veggies. Everything was so perfectly seasoned and delicious. The tea was also really good! Just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, would recommend you try out this place and I will definitely come back in the future! Also, while I was there the place was filling up so I'm glad I beat the rush! read more

I went here in the recommendation of a friend and ordered a pork bento over rice. The food tasted good while warm, but was a bit heavy and I wasn't able to finish it in one sitting and it didn't really appeal to me. I might go back with a friend if they want to go, but won't likely go back on my own. I liked the cabbage and tea egg, but wasn't a huge fan of the minced pork balance of flavors. read more

This is by far most tasty Taiwanese food I've tried in the Bay Area. good value for money too. I chose spicy for the braised bento - not sure what to expect. Turns out it was mostly addition of chili oil. I personally find it too greasy and will probably opt for the regular instead. The mushroom spicy sauce they have on the table is really yummy though! It says super spicy, but it really isn't i think I took almost half a container of the yummy mushrooms. Oops Was told to order the food online (scan QR) as the price is cheaper. I wish it wasn't the case since it's my first time and I would have preferred to ask for recommendations. Seating is very limited and the store is very tight. Most customers opt for takeout. If there's more seating area, I would definitely be back more often. read more
Convenient place to grab Taiwanese bento & fried chicken ! They have many spacious seating to eat in, but food comes in convenient bento box so can easily take the food/leftover. Fried chicken cutlet/popcorn chicken is prob the best here. (Basil chicken was too salty/saucy for me) They give you a lot of food and one bento box is enough for my 2 meals, which makes it worth the price. Scan QR code to order & pay. Then food comes out fast! You need to grab your own water but I think it's more convenient than waiting for your server to do all that. They also have large selection of boba! The parking can be difficult as we came here on weekday lunch but only few spots left. But there is big parking structure nearby prob 5mins walk. read more
Food-I was craving Popcorn chicken $10,the one fried with basil. So I finally took a trip to try 02 valley. The popcorn chicken 3/5 at this location is decent, I found it to be sweeter, crunchy savory dark chicken meat. There is also a spice bar where the utensils are right by the cashier. The salt shaker is spicy powder red and the pepper shaker is white Pepper so adjust to one's preference. The fried basil compliments the fried pop corn chicken with a nice pairing. All it's missing is the green onions and I'm back at gourmet kitchen. The Spicy Taiwan sausage bento box $20 .Although the Taiwan sausage nostalgic, the protein was way fattier not lean . Opening the bento box a beautiful fresh sweet garlicky smell hits my nostrils. The sausage reminds me of a Linguiça or lingüiça , A Portuguese sweet sausage. Paired with a tea egg , boiled veggie , potato pork soy dish, and rice with minced pork. 2.8/5 Location- strip mall tons of parking that wraps around to the back. Park in the back parking lot or front. Atmosphere- 6 couple tables with indoor dining available. The lady in front was very cordial and friendly. There is also a sense of organization in the store which is much appreciated in regards to Uber eats store pickups and dine inns. The food here A tad on the sweeter side , To summarize It wasn't bad , it wasn't great. A solid 3/5. read more

Having come back from Taiwan recently, I've been missing Taiwanese food! I was a bit wary that places in the bay would not come close to the food I have in Taipei, but I was so surprised and impressed with my O2 valley Bento Box. First off, the Bento Box is massive. My grilled chicken bento came with TWO cutlets, braised pork over rice, a hard boiled egg, tomato egg, and braised cabbage. SO worth it. I am happy to say that every item on the bento box exceeded my expectation. The cutlet was crispy, sweet and savory, and extremely satisfying. The braised pork over rice was also very impressive. The easily bento lasted me two meals! Overall, I will now come to O2 valley whenever I am craving some comfort Taiwanese food. Keep in mind it is takeout only! read more
O2 has been my family's go to when we are unsure what to eat but wanting something savory and a relatively well balanced meal. I have also recommended them to various friends wanting to scratch their bento box itch. I have ordered some of the fried and grilled appetizers but keep returning for the garlic popcorn chicken. Though a bit pricey at $10.49 it lives up to its name and leaves your mouth (and car) with the strong garlic fragrance. We have enjoyed all the bento boxes but our favorite is probably the braised pork chop and the snow pork. The first few times we've gone we kept getting the same sides but this time around we got a switch in the sides which were just as enjoyable. We also appreciate how the minced pork atop the rice is flavorful. This most recent time I tried the honey chrysanthemum that my friend enjoys and I can see why. It is refreshing and helps wash down some of the oily fried goodness. Was tempted to try some of their smoothies but would much rather use the money for food instead. They are prompt with their quoted time when you order online. I try to go at non peak times as I don't love their parking lot with the small spaces but I have been able to find parking even at peak times. Can't wait to return again. read more

Soooo, O2 Valley used to be in Sunnyvale. Before that, they were Chick & Tea. Then, they were Chick & Tea x O2 Valley. Then, O2 Valley. Then, they moved to Cupertino. And then, the Sunnyvale location changed back to the original name: Chick & Tea. Confusing much? I read that there was some type of beef with the ownership. Nosey auntie here lowkey wants to know what happened. But anyways, when in Cupertino...TAIWANESE FOOD! O2 Valley is open for takeout, delivery (3rd party apps), and indoor dining. With all the bags lined up on the counter, it seems most people opt for takeout. You can place your order online but phone orders seem to be ready faster (e.g. 30 mins vs. 15 mins). Join their rewards program for free food (each item is worth a certain # of points). Staff wore masks properly. M E N U Taiwanese fried food galore! "Grilled" and "Braised" are still fried for some of the dishes. Bentos are served with your choice of protein, rice topped w/ braised minced pork belly, two sides of the day, and a tea egg. For drinks, there's a large array of teas, milk tea, lemon series, and smoothies. I thought that this place was so good! I got the popcorn chicken bento, the fried pork chop bento and the three cup king oyster mushroom bento and they were all really good! I would definitely recommend. The side dishes that came with the bento was amazing including the cucumber salad for the chicken and pork bento boxes and the tofu for the mushroom bento. Many places don't have good vegetarian options but this is not one of those places! The parking is kind of hard to find (there were some in the back of the building) but the service is really good. They gave us the wrong order at first but they were nice about it and changed it for us really quick! read more
I think I just found my favorite boba+popcorn chicken combo in the south bay. After hearing the buzz around O2 Valley's basil popcorn chicken, I knew I had to try it out asap and it did not disappoint! The chicken itself is juicy and tender. The texture of the coating is unmatched. It's got the perfect crisp with each bite and I didn't run into a single soggy piece. The portion is huge! Easily sharable between two people and at about $10, it's a fair price and totally worth it. There's no option for a spice level but you can add the spice powder to your liking at the self-serve counter. We also ordered the fried pork chop bento. This was also a win in my book! The portion for the pork chops was also very generous and fried to perfection. It's also boneless and the sauce is served separately. We didn't leave a single crumb in the bento box :) Next up were the drinks. Tbh I didn't see any drinks on the menu that caught my attention. We ordered the classic milk tea which really took me by surprise because it was seriously the best milk tea I've had in a while! The black tea (or assam tea?) is very pronounced. The boba was also really sweet and soft but not mushy! We also ordered the salted cheese paochung tea. Upon my first sip, I forgot how much I enjoyed salted cheese! Prolly should be a 4 star but I'm reaching a tipping point with some sit-down dining places. You place your order at the counter and find a table. The cashier was helpful, guiding us through the small menu and drinks. We ordered the popular R2 Fried chicken cutlet bento, R6 Braised pork chop bento and Garlic popcorn chicken. We also ordered a Classic Milk tea and Lemon Passion, tasty and convenient. The food and drinks came out quickly. The food was warm, freshly cooked and there was lots of it. I'm not a huge fan of Taiwanese flavors but it was still good. My issue is with the value. Plastic utensils and plastic containers. Steamed broccoli and braised tofu as sides, basically the cheapest sides on earth, where's the imagination? And we're normalized on a typical 20% tip to get our own water and refills, get our own sauces, bus our own table and box our own leftovers. $70 for two bentos, popcorn chicken, two drinks and 20% tip. I got one of the new bento dishes - the Taiwanese Braised Dish. It came with rice cakes, fish cakes, fried tofu, and tofu skin! The rest of the bento comes with rice with pork, scrambled egg with tomato, broccoli. Overall good vibes for lunch with friends! I'm down to come back to try their other bentos and boba tea. Small venue along a strip of other restaurants, but this place captivated our attention. Cute place with homely decor. Ordered through a QR code scanner, so definite ease of ordering since we took quite a long time to look at the expensive menue. What I ordered: -Mango Oolong Tea: great and refreshing. -Chicken Cutlet Bento: great quantity for a decent price of $15! I wasn't expecting that much fried chicken and the amount of sides. The chicken was crunch, flavorful, and hearty. The sides of brocoli and vegetables paired well with the saltiness of the chicken. Soft bed of warm rice! Would love to come here again! read more
Mushroom is good because they are in chunks. The 3 cup tofu is so so. Portion is big and I like all the side dishes, not overly loaded with rice. They used to have fried taro in the menu which we love, now they only have taro balls, which is not the same at all. They are mashed taro with egg yolk in the middle, don't like it. read more
4 *** for the food GARLIC POPCORN CHICKEN! Get it! If you're a garlic lover, like my husband and I, get this and you will not be disappointed. Not going to lie, since our friend dropped this delicious snack off for us about a month ago, we've gone back almost every weekend since to get some more. At $9.99, I think it's a little bit pricey for popcorn chicken but it seems as though it's the average price at a lot of places nowadays. However, at O2 Valley, the portion is pretty big and the garlic is plentiful! The garlic is a little on the raw-ish side so definitely can be a little spicy. We've also tried a few of their Bento boxes. Their Bento portions are big enough for multiple meals and I love the side dishes as it gives a nice balance to the heavier main entree (s). Grilled Chicken Cutlet Bento - recommend Grilled Pork Chop Bento - recommend Grilled Eel Bento - would not recommend and not get this one again 2* for the drinks/tea The tea/drinks here are only ok in my opinion (still have yet to find a place that both the food and drinks are great). My husband's go-to drink is the Honey Lemon Chrysanthemum Tea, which he enjoys. I've tried a couple of their other drinks but they were all too sweet and not enough tea for my taste buds. I ordered their Thai basil chicken bento box takeout which was flavorful and a satisfying meal. The sides had steamed brocolli which adds a crisp and fresh texture and flavors of the dish balance out well. The rice came with minced pork. Their portion sizes are very good and enough for two meals and worth the price. The oyster mushroom was very tasty and had slightly velvety texture to every bite. I ordered their winter melon milk tea as well which was very refreshing. Service was pretty good and fast. Their customer service deserves praise for being very courteous and polite. Will definitely try the other bento boxes and drinks from O2 valley again! read more
Stopped by here on a late Saturday afternoon and was able to place my order with few tables available. I ordered the fried squid bento and sampled the basil popcorn chicken, fried mushrooms, fried tofu, and waffle fries from my friends. Was shocked how delicious and crispy everything tasted! The staff were super friendly and answered my questions about their menu. The service is top notch. One of their sides were celery based on the day I went (normally not a picky eater but celery is one of the few foods I dislike...). The staff were super understanding and swapped out the celery for another side for me. Appreciate the customer service!! Another plus is the good music, great ambience, and clean restrooms. Definitely recommend for hangouts, studying, or just eating good food. Can't wait to come back and try their drinks next time. read more
At first my boyfriend and I wanted hot pot at the place next door but the wait was wayyyy too long, so we walked next door and found this little shop. The staff was very nice to us the entire time we were there. There are lots of bento options and the portion size was quite large! I couldn't finish mine so it made a great lunch the next day. The food came out relatively fast so if you're in a hurry I definitely recommend this place. The Taiwanese sausage was super flavorful and the chicken cutlet was well seasoned and juicy. Came by the other day for takeout and it was a decent experience. Ordered direct via their website and my order was ready before the scheduled 15 minutes! The website has a built-in point system that one can redeem for food/beverages. Interestingly enough, had 7 "stamps" from the previous program and they mysteriously didn't "transfer" over. Upon arrival, staff were all wearing gloves and a mask covering their nose and mouth. Indoor dining is available with tables 1.5 feet apart?!? Unlike previous visits, chicken is now in a plastic bag with the box of chicken open and unsecured to ensure crispiness. Previously, the box would be taped closed and the result would be soggy chicken... The chicken cutlet was decent and wasn't too salty. It was also pretty fresh. (I've seem to have better luck during the week vs the weekend.) Ordered their milk tea with pearls at $4.5 with no sugar and no ice. The milk tea was pretty much a tea flavored water beverage... Love this place so much! We got take out for a picnic and loved everything. We got three bentos, some appetizers, and two drinks. The portions were big! I'm not sure if I can finish one meal by myself but we also ordered some appetizers so not sure if that also contributed. Their bentos come with vegetables that I think changes every day and half a tea egg. I think we got the following but will say it's hard to figure out which is which: #R5 Fried Pork Chop Bento (Boneless) - this was pretty good, very tender and not too oily. This is the breaded pork chop. Comes with a sauce that I didn't really use much because the pork itself was good. Either R2 or R3 chicken cutlet bento - this is also a breaded chicken cutlet. This has a sweeter glaze and was quite tender and moist as well. #R13 Minced Pork Rice Bento - a classic meal! Each bento also comes with this rice. This was good too! We got the popcorn chicken which tasted different from the usual batter but still good. The fried turnip cake with the sauce was very good! read more

These guys make some pretty good basil popcorn chicken. I would even say one of the best I've had! The batter is super crispy and seems like it is fried twice. The chicken is juicy and I love how the basil is even fried. The chicken needs just a little more flavor but that could be because I got mild. The matcha milk tea is great and very flavorful and refreshing. I went with their recommendation of 75% sweetness and it was perfect. One thing that needs fixing is their sign outside is not lighting up properly and it was tough to see this place. Overall, great boba and popcorn chicken. I'll be back for those bentos read more

Girlfriends and I were on our way to a bridal fitting and we were in a time crunch so we decided to try this place. Their lunch bentos are surprisingly tasty. I got the fried chicken cutlet bento and it was well made- crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The veggie sides were also very well seasoned and rice perfectly fluffy and moist. My jasmine milk tea with boba was standard. Good tea flavor with soft, chewy and semi sweet boba- just how I like it. I would definitely go again if in the area. read more

10/10 recommend!!! I've been only going for their basil popcorn chicken and I finally tried their bento boxes for the first time! All of the bento boxes were very delicious! we got the Eel, Chicken, and Braised Pork! Golden Mango Oolong Tea is my favorite, the basil popcorn chicken is bomb and you can add as much chili powder as you please. I've also tried the chicken cutlet bento box, which can probably be split between two people. The fried chicken here is just what I want from a boba spot. You can pre-order online and pickup to beat the line. Parking is limited, but usually I am able to find a spot. read more

BEST TAIWANESE FOOD IN THE BAY!! we got three bentos plus the fried king oyster mushrooms and everything was amazing. the chicken and pork were so crispy but also not dry on the inside. if i had to pick one, i'd say the fried pork chop was the best - the sauce it came with was so good. also loved that each bento comes with tons of veggies and braised pork over the rice. three bentos + one app was perfect amount for five people. for drinks, would recommend the passionfruit yogurt drink and peach black tea! it's half self service and food comes quickly so pretty casual place. read more
Delicious! Good quality Taiwanese food and snacks. My boyfriend & I came for a quick and small dinner, but to my surprise, this was really filling! We got the Boneless Braised Pork Chop Rice Plate, Fried Jumbo Squid, and the Lemon Ai-Yu Drink. Everything was really satisfying. The customer service was great here too. * Braised Pork Chop Rice Plate: HUGE PORTION! Super filling, so we ended up having leftovers. The pork chop was seasoned well, very flavorful. It came with a bunch of sides too: Marinated Tea Egg, Tofu, Zucchini, and Minced Pork Rice. * Fried Jumbo Squid: MY FAVORITE! Great portion. The squid was so tender, juicy, and was cut into perfectly bite-sized pieces. The fried basil was a pretty good compliment too. The breading was so cripsy and flavorful. They pair it with sweet chili sauce and a lemon slice. * Lemon Ai-Yu Drink: Pretty good! The base of the drink is honestly just regular lemonade. The star of the drink was definitely the ai-yu jelly! We went here on a 8pm Monday after a short workout session. There were maybe 2 other tables occupied so we got seated right away. BTW you don't really get seated here.. I think you're supposed to go to the front to order then seat yourself. We waited 5 minutes for the food. The chicken cutlet bento comes with egg, pickled veggies, rice, and the chicken cutlet itself. The chicken was tender inside and was a little salty (Filipino pro tip: eat rice after eating a piece of cutlet so it won't be as salty). The bento box for $13.49+tax is very filling as they very generous with the chicken and rice. I usually inhale my food especially after working out, but I couldn't finish this one. The breading wasn't really crunchy, but that's okay for me. Pro-tip 2: Reheat the chicken cutlet using an airfryer. It'll be good as new and be a little crunchier!! The milk tea was good, very strong tea flavor. (25% sugar 25% ice) I'd go again for either item. Neither was life changingly good but they ARE good. read more

Met up with my friend here for a causal hangout. I ordered the crispy tofu and the lychee rose garden popping soda. My friend got the garlic popcorn chicken and a mango yogurt smoothie. The portions for the snacks were worth the money. The drinks were really good too. It had a nice and clean interior and a place where you can drop by for lunch too. The bathrooms were also very clean. The tofu was seasoned okay, you just need the sauce to add that extra flavor. Next time, I have to try the bento boxes! read more

Wow, I always go past this area in Cupertino Main Street, but don't let the small store front make you dismiss this place. Their milk tea is really good, and you can taste the authenticity of the tea. Although this place is a bento place, this review is for their boba, which shouldn't be ignored. Parking is easy in the parking lot. I ordered a PaoChung Matcha Milk tea and a Rose Earl Gray Milk Tea. Let me tell you that i was blown away with the drink quality for the price. This is some of the most authentic tasting milk tea drinks I've had. The PaoChung milk tea is a must try - not only is it unique, but if you're a tea enthusiast, this is IT. Regular sweetness should suffice. I can't quite recall the tea flavor, but its unique to say the least, and definitely worth trying. The rose milk tea is actual rose petals, and tasted....more "rosey" than other rose milk teas I've had. The flavor isn't forced to a point it tastes artificial, which is nice. Their boba pearls are kinda overcooked and not that good. As much as I rave about the milk tea taste, their boba just isn't that good compared to others. Don't let it deter you from this shop though! They offer other toppings as well! I also somewhat recall ordering their bentos a while ago (before Yelp) and I remember being unable to finish due to the amount they gave. Really worth the price, I had it for lunch and dinner lol. If you're wondering if this place is a good candidate for your dose of ~$5 boba, I would say yes, and try the PaoChung. I can't recommend it enough, and being a low key tea enthusiast, hits the spot for an authentic and unique milk tea taste other than the basic green and black milk teas. They also have nice bags that have a compartment for each drink, which was cool. read more
After reading the reviews for this place I got the felling that their snacks like their chicken is probably better than their boba but honestly everything we ordered here (including the boba) was delicious. The crispy tofu with the dipping sauce was my favorite, since they give you really big portions and they don't skimp out on the tofu sizes. I'm a fan of bigger rather than smaller pieces of tofu. My cousin really enjoyed the popcorn chicken here since they don't skimp on the meat either and fry it to perfection. In my opinion it could be paired with a hot sauce but if you ask they probably have some! For boba definitely get their aiyu jelly since it's perfectly firm and their winter melon tea was done well! read more

Basil Popcorn Chicken: I ordered this a la carte (not part of a bento). It was a very big portion, enough to be a meal on its own. It was freshly fried and had a nice crisp on the outside yet remaining moist on the inside. Perfect execution on the cook. They don't add any of the seasoning powder, instead they put a shaker on the table so you can add as much or little as you like. Unfortunately the flavor of the seasoning isn't that strong so even though I added a whole lot, it isn't as strong and tasty as some other places. So while I think the cooking of the chicken was very nicely done, the flavor of the seasoning was a disappointment. I prefer the popcorn chicken from Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks. Oolong Milk Tea: I ordered it with regular ice, 100% sweetness and added boba. The tea flavor seemed a little weak but the sugar made it very sweet, which I like, so over all it was enjoyable but not exceptional. I prefer the tea at Boba Guys. read more
