We came here this past weekend for brunch but I don't think they have the brunch anymore but I may be wrong. However we still came in and had an early lunch. We were greeted by Mariah who was our server. She was friendly and super helpful. She was knowledgeable about the food and drinks and helped us choose. She provided amazing service and is the gold standard for customer service in a restaurant. We ordered some drinks and I had the Peach Please and my fiancé had La Nina Fresa. Both of the drinks were refreshing and delicious. They were also strong but we didn't mind it and enjoyed it. We ordered quite a bit of food. We started with the burnt end fundido and the fried corn riblets. They were both delicious. We truly enjoyed the corn riblets a bit more. That corn was full of flavor. We also had the waygu carne asada with corn bread and the mac n cheese. The carne asada was tender. I do feel like it needed a little bit more seasoning or salt but just a touch. The corn bread was good but wish it came with butter or honey butter. Other than that it was delicious. My fiancé had The Oak burger and it was one of the best burgers we had. The fries were delicious and crispy just how we like them. The mac N cheese was one of the better ones we have ever had. The restaurant itself is really nice and beautiful in there. It made me want to stay in there and hang out for a while. I loved the way it looked in there especially all the animals with the glasses on. Mariah you killed it! Thank you for an amazing experience. We will be back.

This is a great little spot right across from the Ontario mills mall. Inside is super cute! Great backdrop tile behind the bar and lots of dark wood. It's a vibe. I had the wagyu carne asada and it was tender and delicious. I had a super refreshing mocktail to start. My friend had the tri tip tacos and also said they were delicious! Super fair pricing as well in my opinion. Great place, ill definitely keep it in mind next time I'm shopping in the area or at a show at Toyota arena

Chicken mashed potatoes and salad and corn bread.

We were in the Ontario area and my son found Oak and Amber on his phone so we decided to check it out after reviewing the menu while driving. upon arrival, they were very enthusiastic and led us to a nice table with a nice view out and some nice big screens where we could watch the World Cup. our server. CHRIS hooked us up with some menus Waters and my wife's drink which she thoroughly enjoyed was there before we knew it. Her drink was called a La Niña, which basically was a strawberry margarita with Ginger and basil and she thoroughly enjoyed it. For dinner she had mashed potatoes, a half chicken and a salad and all were thoroughly enjoyed according to her the chicken is apparently barbecued. Myself I had the tri-tip with mashed potatoes and a strawberry salad, which was actually really good. I enjoyed the salad and they put the cheese on the side. I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes. They serve the two tip with pickles and onions, and it was pretty tasty. I demolished it even though when I first got there, I didn't think I was gonna eat all my food. I ended up eating everything that was served to me. So my son, he had the two different types of wings which he ended up taking to go and he also got the brisket tacos, which had a little too much going on for him so he wasn't able to eat them. He felt like the wings were good and the skin was crispy. They also kept the water going and they offered us dessert although we were full and didn't get any. Again, Kris was very attentive and I would highly recommend you. Try Oak & Amber if you're in the area the food is good and tasty and you get plenty of everything. Just FYI, we came during happy hour so the appetizers and the drinks were half off!

We came back today for the Wednesday wing special -- just $1 per wing! What a great deal. We tried the Sweet Chili, Parmesan, and BBQ flavors. You need to order a minimum of 4 wings per flavor, which gave us a chance to sample a few different options. My favorite was the Sweet Chili, but the Parmesan and BBQ were delicious too. We had the BBQ wings last Saturday and enjoyed them so much that we had to come back. This place is great, and the wings never disappoint!

We love this place! Came twice and it is quick to be seated and served. We had the Fabulous Chris- he was patient and was good with recommendations.

Chili and plastic spoon

After waiting several months for this spot to work out the kinks from their grand opening I decided to stop by. I walked in and sat at open bar spot and noticed at least 4 tables that needed to be bussed and trash on floor. Could have been a party that just left so no big deal. After a couple minutes bartender stopped by I got me it and ordered a drink. Couple seated next to me asked for recommendations, I was like it's my first time also. Ordered the fried corn riblets, they tasted good just needed more of the sauce that was drizzled on top. The cocktail was okay nothing great , so switched to beer instead. Also ordered the Chili , after talking with the couple next to me that their BBQ experience was kind of lackluster. It was later in the evening so maybe their BBQ was running low so you can't go wrong with Chili. While the chili was good I think the experience of being given a plastic to go utensil package was very odd. I mean I would expect this of a backyard BBQ spot but a sit down spot it seems very odd. I wanted to order cornbread as it does not come with chili but did not see it in the menu. I did ask for a side and the bartender brought me some and didn't charge me so I made sure to tip him extra for that. Wasn't a fan of the cornbread was more cake like, but to each their own on their style of cornbread. Now the interesting part is that I have not seen a busser from the time I arrived till the time I left which was about 70 minutes. Now the 4 tables that had food and plates when I arrived was now over 10. This was throughout the restaurant, now I do acknowledge 3 small groups left a few minutes before I did so that's 3 tables. But the same 4 tables that were dirty when I arrived had still not been bussed or cleaned off. After I paid the bill I saw the guy who was taking my order and making drinks start clearing tables. Not sure if they short staffed but did see quite a few waiters walking around. It was kind of busy for late night but still have to clean takes, even the bar tops were dirty. Now if the front of house is dirty I can only imagine the back of house.. Sad to say I tried to give this place a chance but was it's a no go for future stops. I do hope it does better as it does smell good outside but for now it's off my list. To each their own and to those that have had good experiences , you are Lucky as I was not.

My husband & I both ordered the Birria tacos. He got the mashed potatoes as his side & felt that they were okay. I got the Brussel sprouts & they could've used a bit more flavor but were good. The Birria tacos were DELICIOUS! We both loved them. Chris was our server & he was awesome! The music playlist was also on point lol!

Great experience.. They have gotten so much better and I cannot brag enough about how good the food is! Chris was great and his service was top notch.. We got refills fast and he made sure we got everything we needed.

Wagyu asada

Wanted to like this place but unfortunately it wasn't good :/ The Asada had a gamy taste to it, the corn bread was solid hard. I'm not even joking, the brisket was lacking flavor and was extremely dry . Nothing wowed us . I didn't finish anything and haven't left overs away . The set up is cute , I'm sure this place is a cool place to come and have drinks .

Stopped in just after opening on a Sunday, the place was nice and empty. Service was ok but the waitress wasn't very informative. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food except for a complaint that the tacos were spicy. The beers were $3 and the mixed drinks were $6, which we didn't find out until the check arrived. Had we known, we would have ordered more and the til would have likely been more generous. I would eat here again!

They even offer a special cocktail menu just for these evenings. None of the featured drinks seemed appealing to us, so I ordered a Lemon Drop while my husband went with an Old Fashioned. The space is intimate, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a New Mexico inspired vibe that gives it a unique touch. The bartender was super nice, and the music was great all night. It was definitely more of a lively atmosphere, so conversation was a bit difficult at times due to the volume, but we still had a wonderful time enjoying the drinks and music. Overall, it was a fun experience, and we're glad we stopped by. We'd love to come back on a non Sunday evening to experience the speakeasy in a different setting.

They dont allow any food to be brought in which is crazy because you are in a food hall. So plan accordingly. They do serve unlimited amounts of their popcorn which tasted pretty good. They have some heat to them!! This is like an Arizona or Mew Mexo themed type speakeasy. I love their decor. With the fireplace and the animal skulls and animal skins everywhere. I just love how it looked. Theres an exit to the outside patio area which is nice, since this place stays open longer than most of the shops in Haven City. Only problem is if theyre playing music outside, every time the door opens it is so loud!! Like annoyingly blow my ear drums loud. Their drinks are very southwest themed. They have a lot of drink options to choose from. We ordered their blue sky and silver cloud. Presentation looked pretty. But the drinks were not that great. I had their silver cloud which had a mango foam on top. Tasted great, till you mixed it into the drink. The drink was way to smokey. It was so smokey it was almost bitter. I get a little smoke. But it was way too much. Any notes of mango or fruit or sweetness was lost in the smoke. The blue sky looked pretty. But after having a sip of the silver cloud it killed my taste buds. I couldn't taste anything in the blue sky. After our first round of drinks we were done. Had to go home and make myself an extremely sweet drink to get my taste buds back..... its a great concept. The price point is reasonable. 16 dollars for each drink. I do love the decor. But the vibes from the outside is distracting. If your into mezcals and smokey drinks this place is for you. But it unfortunately was not my cup of tea.

The Lanai is located in the Cravings food court area at The Station shopping center in Eastvale. There is plenty of parking available. We went inside to the Shuck Oyster bar and entered The Lanai from there. It is actually more of a tiki patio than an enclosed tiki bar. However, the tiki décor is great with plenty of bamboo, carved tiki figures, hanging puffer fish, tiki style signs, and many tropical accents. There are overhead fans spaced around in case it is hot outside. We had one round of drinks and several appetizers. The coconut shrimp and lightly battered Shishito peppers were great and the sauces paired well. We have had these appetizers at Stowaway before and they had the same good quality. She ordered the spicy tofu bites. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but they were surprisingly really good. I had the Adrian's Mistake cocktail which was well balanced and a little on the strong side. She had the Right Of Passage which was good and had a light fruit flavor and you could definitely taste the mango. The one man show Brandon took great care of us. It was slow at this time of day so we got a chance to chat with him quite a bit and service was fast. They have a weekday happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Although we didn't specifically order off the happy hour menu, three of our items, including both cocktails were part on it. I give it 4.3 stars but rounded up to five stars. I'm sure the ambience is much better in the evening when it more lively and dark outside. They have a good variety of munchies, and the cocktail menu has a good mix of tiki classics and some originals. I don't think there any many tiki bars in this area, so I hope they do well.
