We've been vacationing in Three Oaks for 15+ years and I never miss having brunch here when I'm in town. There are so many inventive and mouthwatering twists on brunch staples like the sweet potato waffle or the cheddar grit cakes. Their breakfast potatoes are SO crispy and have herb seasoning and come in a huge portion and are simply the best. They are kid friendly and servers have always been kind and helpful. It's not a very big space so it can get a little crowded at popular times, but you won't regret waiting for this food. Bonus: there is patio seating. Not a super scenic view but you can watch the happenings on the Main Street of Three Oaks and are close by to shopping and arts.

We stopped in on Friday morning around 0800. We were the only two in the restaurant other than the staff. That changed about 30 minutes later so maybe just a slow morning. We both ordered coffee and took a few minutes to look over the menu. The coffee was above average which is always a plus and we settled on the biscuits and gravy and the jalapeno sausage omelette. They biscuits and gravy were very good with just the right amount of seasoning. The omelette was good overall but needed some more heat from the jalapenos. Overall a good breakfast stop with a friendly wait staff

We were staying by the beach and decided to try the Oaks Eatery for breakfast. My wife had the Caprese Omelette which she enjoyed and I had the Bagel & Lox which was excellent. It was a short drive and well worth it. We were on the patio and had great service.

I've been here so many times I can't believe I've never left a review! This is the first place we go when we head to Michigan for our wine tastings! The sweet potato waffle will bring you back again and again! The maple syrup alone is unbelievable! The owner Rodrigo is so kind and gracious! The vibe is perfect but get there before 3PM EST! And if you're coming from Chicago remember you lose an hour!

Really fresh and tasty! The pancakes are a must try, and my omelette and potatoes were perfect. Loved the homemade jam and nitro cold brew. Service can be slow when busy, but the staff is super sweet. Would come back!

Amazing food, eggs are farm fresh, sausages are incredible. As a Bostonian I ate there 3 straight days. Nicholas was great with the service. Outdoor patio was great as well. Highly recommend the place.

Always consistent, delicious food and friendly service. The interior could use a little attention, we noticed the floor was peeling in one section; however, the great food and reasonable prices keep bringing us back!

I'd work here if I didn't have a full time job. We like the wait staff and owners. And, the food is amazing. As owner, Rodrigo's Mexican touch to the dishes differentiates him in town and a large radius around the area. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and drinks to add to your meal, it's a place to go back to again, and again, and again. See you there.

This cozy eatery was so delicious that we wanted to come back, it sure didn't disappoint! The spinach feta omelette was awesome! Very attentive service and they have an outdoor patio that is dog friendly.

The huevos rancheros is good. The salsas are fresh, a bit too spicy for me though. Corned beef hash is ok but the beef was not that flavorful. I still like this place and will return.

Wonderful breakfast, homey atmosphere, sweet potato waffle is amazing Oaks Eatery's Sweet Potato Waffle must be the breakfast of champions! We ate this meal two times while visiting the Town of Three Oaks so surely it is a Silver medalist! Made with almond flour and potato starch, this gluten-free waffle is light and cinnamony with a delicate and crispy crunch and we declare it a winner! Simply the best! The Chilaquiles were also a contender for best breakfast dish. Crunchy fried tortilla chips, generous portion of guacamole, black beans with queso fresco, fried eggs with crispy edges and herby cilantro. This dish did not disappoint. We also split a Swedish pancake with lingonberry jam. This is a cheery, art-filled space with amiable servers and endless cups of coffee. Keep on making that medal-winning waffle!

Delicious fruit, toast, eggs, and the crispy bacon.

Great selection. Fresh ingredients. Super nice staff. They don't short you in ingredients in the sandwich, which is great.

We were seated but never waited on, Sat for over 10 minutes and watch 3 other tables walk in and get seated and waited on.

Rios Mexican Grill is one of those hidden gems you're so happy to stumble upon on a nice summer…read moreday. It's essentially a roadside taco stand, but don't let that fool you - the food is incredibly fresh and full of flavor. It feels very local and family-run, which adds to the charm. We visited last August during a family trip, and the fact that my mom, who usually avoids roadside food spots, was the one who recommended it says everything. We were honestly shocked (in the best way). Ordering is simple: you place your order, get a number, and wait for your food. There are benches available for seating, though no bathrooms, so it's good to plan accordingly. We ordered a variety of items - tacos, burritos, quesadillas, chips with salsa, and Jarritos, and were happy with everything. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was well-prepared. I even enjoyed some leftovers the next day! If you're looking for delicious, no-frills Mexican food from a local spot, Rios Mexican Grill is definitely worth checking out.

You order at the counter or a kiosk, they hand you an in-house pager and when it flashes, you get your food....and for this they guilt you for a tip at the time of payment... On top of that, there is no fountain drinks, you fetch your own out of a cooler. I ordered a steak burrito and my wife ordered the taco bowl. Again, had to get your own utensils from the counter. After I took the foil off the burrito, it immediately began to un-wrap and fall apart into the foil...(for that I could have ordered the burrito bowl)....was very difficult to eat. The taco bowl was just ok. Bottom line, the food was far short of great....mediocre at best. Sorry, won't be coming back.
