On the corner of Arrow and Sunflower in a strip mall. No ambiance, simple mom and pop with low prices. You will get some bang for your buck here since its authentic and tasty. Side orders of Baba Ghanouj (similar to hummus, but eggplant based) and Hummous both only $3.49 each and came with pita. The various plates are $8.00 and kabobs alone are $5.00. Your food is made to order, so this is not fast food. There is something for everyone: rotisserie whole chicken for $7.99, lots of Kabab plates, shawarmas and salads. The only thing I didn't care for too much was the Fatoush salad, as it was a bit too lemony for me. This is super good out here in Covina. I ate the beef kabob plate it was amazing!! My bf ate the chicken kabob plate. The beef was so tender. I tasted the chicken it was good too. He liked his plate. Even my 7yr old daughter ate everything. The salad is good. read more

After another ride through the canyons my appetite was KICKIN'! So I made a detour to Oasis grill before heading home. It is a tiny place, and if the local P.D. frequents the joint it can't be all that bad. I had a simple order of a Keftah sandwich (ground beef, hummus,lettuce, tomato and a pickled turnip). The sammy itself was nothing spectacular. Which is not to say bad. It was very good as a matter of fact. But nothing really stood out. The service was friendly. The food good. Yummmmm. I had the 1/2 chicken 1/2 beef kabob. It came with a side of hummus (yum) salad (yum) rice (yum) pickled radish (yum) some kind of garlicy white dipping sauce (OMMGGG YUMMMM). Amazing food AND customer service! I had the chicken kabab plate, the chicken was soft and seasoned perfectly, the garlic spread for the chicken was creamy and delicious, the rice had a slight vinegar tang to it which was amazing, the pita bread was soooo soft. Perfect, everything was perfect! I ordered hot tea and after the meal I asked what kind of tea it was because I had never had anything like it before, it was really good. The cook told me that it was Persian tea, I asked him if they had it at the market next door and he told me yes. When he say me coming out of the market he ran out to me to tell me that I had gotten the wrong one and that he would show me which one it was! This is our kebab/Mediterranean to go to food. We just love the flavors of their meat and has not disappoint so far. The plates have a good amount of food in them to fill you up but not for sharing. Garlic paste is always good w/ the meats and pita bread. Catering and pick up is great too. read more

Chicken kabob plate is excellent. This place might look like a hole in the wall but the food is on point. They have the best side salad ever. Whole tomato pieces, onions and delicious dressing. Needless to say this place has some of the best chicken kabob I've ever had. Really tender and juicy, very flavorful and white meat. You also get a large portion of rice and 2 warm pita bread. But the thing that seals the deal is the crack-like garlic sauce. Wow that sauce is bomb and you will want to sprinkle it on every bite. I don't know what they put in it but I'm addicted and it beats pretty much any other Mediterranean garlic sauce I've had. Overall 4.5 stars for this place.s read more

Fresh Fresh Fresh! My favorite plate is the falefal plate. Best falafel I ever had, most flavorfu cold salad, and perfect tasty hummus. I get the pita bread toasted and use it like a tortilla. Plate also includes pickles veggies that perfectly compliment your meal. I recommend that you call in your order whether you stay or leave. Great food is not that fast! I've tried other places to feed my craving for falafel( only bc I live far from this place) BUT they do not compare. I plan on driving the 15 miles for this GREAT place. Good! The only thing that the chicken kebab plate was missing in my opinion was a roasted tomato and I would have been fully satisfied. I enjoyed the din in experience with the pita bread in a basket and pay at the end of the meal. It's the little things that count :] The bathroom also needed to be wiped down a bit. Poor service. The only person working ignored us is when we came in. I got the impression he did not want us there. We came in 4 hours before close, so it's not like we were coming in at the end of the night. We ordered a side of French frys and he did not put them in the order, not because he forgot, but because he didn't want to cook with the fryer. Had the rotisserie chicken plate, chicken was really good,skin was crispy chicken moist inside not dry. Loved the hummus, small portion but was really good. Also came with a salad, not a salad person but still ate it. The hummus is fresh and the garlic dipping sauce is so yummy! I would advise that you avoid this place during the hot summer season. They don't like to turn on the air conditioner. Love this kinda hole in the wall. The chicken kabob plate is so good. It's not the fastest place, but only because they cook your food to order, that's why it's so good. Hummus is creamy and great homemade flavor. Love their tabouli too, I usually substitute for the rice. read more

The food here is so good! I've tried their kefta and chicken kabob as well as the Greek salad. All were delicious and very authentic. The plates come with rice, a small portion of salad, hummus, pita bread, and garlic puree. Very generous servings. I usually cannot finish everything in one sitting.
