I am leaving this review in hopes that someone other than the manager I was in contact with today will be able to address my concern. I attempted to place an online order twice within a 30 min period. I received an error message both times so I called. They would not take my order without payment over the phone even after addressing my concerns about giving my CC # over the phone. I will mention, 3 weeks ago I ordered over the phone and had no issues. I attempted one more time online but it stated order failed although I was charged. (I have all the screenshots) I have to wait for the refund since it's says can take up to 10 business days. The food is normally good but since I was not able to order online or over the phone this time, I was not satisfied with the process or customer service for placing Togo orders for the following reasons: Their "policy" that they can't place an order without paying 1st for over the phone orders, site errors, inability to add comments like allergies without calling, and yum yum sauce not an option. Advice: Have a contingency plan for if the website is not working. Because based off current guidelines, I don't plan on attending to other carry out from here again . The 3 stars is because the food always hits the spot but I'd over priced for the portion sizes. read more

As a sushi lover with a huge appetite for it and pockets that can't afford to order 100 pieces of it in an upscale sushi restaurant, ayce sushi has been my best friend ever since my love for sushi arose. Ohayo sushi offers ayce sushi with a large variety of items available such as cooked rolls, kitchen appetizers, hibachi, and my personal favorites, nigiri and sashimi (order these if you want to get your money's worth without feeling too full!!) The quality is better than a lot of ayce sushi spots I've been to, and the cooked food such as fried rice, and crab puffs were fresh and delicious. The servers I've had so far have been nice, attentive, and helpful! Haven't had any complaints thus far, and I hope it stays this way as we plan on returning. I like the new tablet table ordering but dislike the lack of attention and customer service we receive from the waitstaff, we receive our food fairly fast but refills and checking out take far too long, we had to grab another staff member to get our waiter to check us out. The food is always good but i hate that we're given the option to customize our rolls on the tablet but they aren't customized when we receive them, also what's up with the 5 limit rule for items on the ALL YOU CAN EAT menu... that doesn't make any sense to me. New AYCE sushi place! The dinner menu is similar to Sushi Masa. The atmosphere is pretty nice! Low lightning with a pretty cool restroom. We came here on a Sunday around 2pm for their soft opening. It got busy around 3 ish to 4pm and the service gotten slower during peak hours. Appetizers They have garlic flavored edamame. This is different from all the other AYCE sushi buffets. The first batch was pretty good. But when we ordered the second batch, it came out differently. As if they didn't put effort into adding the garlic seasoning. Their jalapeño yellowtail and salmon tar tar was pretty flavorful and citrusy, but the other appetizers were all just decently flavored. Sashimi The sashimi was thick and they distributed it evenly. They took time in the cutting process and made it look pretty. We got salmon, white tuna, smoked salmon, red snapper and yellowtail. The salmon and the white tuna was delicious. The white tuna was seared on the outside which gave it a smoky flavor adding into it. Sushi Roll The sushi roll came out with a lot of sushi pieces. I wished they could provide less pieces so that we can try a variety of their other selection of sushi rolls and how it tastes. They have a roll called a fried oyster roll which I don't see at other sushi places but it had a pretty good flavor and texture to it, as the oyster gives off a crunchy texture. Hibachi and Teriyaki The hibachi beef was filled with the taste of hibachi style cooking and the teriyaki beef was evenly coated with teriyaki sauce. Desserts The desserts they offer are delicious as well. They have fried Oreo (comes with 3), fried cheesecake, and fried banana tempura (similar concept as Sushi Masa) as well as ice cream. Their fried Oreo is pretty crisp with adding chocolate and whipped cream, when it comes out to you, should try to eat it right away as it comes out hot with so much crunchiness and tastes very good. We devoured our fried Oreo and had to order a second plate. Not recommended The fried rice was salty and sugary. This is a great AYCE sushi place in the area for a reasonable price. I like that the sushi rolls actually aren't overpacked with rice. I don't like AYCE sushi places that do that. The lady service for this table complaint about the Tips and talk something bad with my son after he paid $60 plus 15% Tips (last 4 numbers of card is 0510 ). He just keep quiet and say (I don't have much money) And very bad feeling when leaving the restaurant. They are students, he don't have much money for Tips but they like Sushi and come here many time but I don't want to come back anymore. My wife and I were excited to try this place. We've eaten at numerous sushi restaurants and when we saw the four stars we knew we had to try this place out. When we walked in we were in awe with how beautiful the restaurant looked and the little details. Now the fun begins. We were immediately sat at a table but did not see our waiter for about fifteen minutes. During that time I was able to get the proper menu because we were provided with one all you can eat menu which was very confusing to us since it had no details of what each roll contained. Our waiter finally took our order and we receive a ginger salad a short time later. Well despite the salads being unappealing we couldn't try them because we had no silverware. Again we had to ask the hostess for silverware. It didn't matter the salads were overpowered by the ginger sauce that looked and tasted like mustard. We finally received our first order of peppered tuna sashimi which was supposed to be peppered tuna sushi. By this time it didn't matter that the tuna was room temperature, off pink colored, and spam like. We made a decision to cancel the rest of our meal with the manager who was extremely polite and apologetic. So we give one star for the beautiful restaurant and one star for the manager doing the right thing by comping the salads and drinks. I have no idea how this can be a four star restaurant. read more

Went here for my birthday in January with friends. The place is decently decorated and is clean. Our server was very nice, but we got there at 8:30 and they close as ten so I thought we had plenty of time to get food. Sad thing is we didn't even get half of what we ordered. When they were doing their final closing call for the kitchen we ordered some stuff and none of it came out which was a little frustrating because I saw the table next to us get literally everything they asked for. This really killed my mood for my birthday dinner. All my friends and I left hungry that night. So if you do want to go here definitely try to go sooner rather than later because wait times can be long for dinner (and sometimes your food won't ever come out). Luckily my waiter offered to leave my meal for free, but my friends still had to pay unfortunately.
