Found this place through Yelp and my experience was so good that I had to immediately leave this review First of all, the prices are so incredibly reasonable. For the most delicious spicy crab sandwich, I paid $6.50! I thought I was going crazy when I saw that price. I will be back to try all of their sandwiches cause it was seriously sooooo good! The lady who helped us out was also so sweet. I believe she's the owner? It really makes me want to support her even more. I bought a cute strawberry cake for $27 and again, the pricing was so reasonable! Please go support this local mom and pop shop rather than going to the big named bakeries! This place is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Came in for their soft opening and the lady let us try their garlic bread which was super delicious! At least for now, it seems they are making a limited quantity of bread and sandwiches for sale. A family focused bakery with - get this - no preservatives! This means you have to enjoy the baked goods within 3 days or freeze them. They have sandwiches, breads, and more! We went during their soft opening and received a great welcome and introduction to their products. They have a loaf of bread (hotel bread) that has a sweeter crust which could be perfect for the kids who despise bread crusts. Overall, this is our new bakery spot. Sorry 85 degrees. read more

I am truly happy to have finally found a Korean bakery that was fairly priced! The atmosphere of the store just exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The smell of the bread and pastries just soothes your soul and the staff are just absolutely kind and amazing. I went for the egg tart, but I caved when I was reccomended the store's signature corn bread. Everything! Was! Delicious! Needless to say I may have found my new favorite spot to snag a pastry when in need. 15/10 Going again and would definitely reccomend. This place has quickly become my favorite Korean bakery. Every bread I have tried so far has been wonderful, perfectly balanced in flavor, never too sweet, but full of savory depth. The texture is soft with just the right amount of chew. The corn cream cheese bun was absolutely delicious, and the coffee bun was just as memorable. I don't even know the exact names of many of their breads, but I can say one thing with certainty that they all pair beautifully with a cup of coffee. Their iced Americano has such a smooth, refreshing taste with a pleasantly unique flavor profile. I am not sure what beans they use, but it's unlike anything I've had elsewhere. Next time, I definitely plan to try their latte. To my delight, I discovered today that they have started selling sandwiches and they look fantastic for either breakfast or lunch. I picked up a couple for my son's evening snack, and we were both impressed. The crab meat sandwich was so unique, yet it had that comforting, homemade feeling like something a mom would lovingly prepare. The egg salad sandwich was rich, creamy, and equally satisfying. At only $6.50 each, they are a great value. If you are looking for a spot with Korean breads, satisfying sandwiches, and excellent coffee all at reasonable prices, I can't recommend this bakery enough. New Korean bakery that I finally got to try after seeing it on the way to work. Came later in the day so some items had run out but from the ones we got everything was so delicious! The salt butter roll was so light and buttery and tbh pretty huge compared to other salt butter breads I've seen. Drinks are also reasonably priced :) read more

The food here was AMAZING. I hadn't heard of this place and decided to check it out. The service was amazing and the employees were very respectful and accommodating. A worker came up to me and asked if it was my first time here. He then explained the different types of bread they make. In addition, the vibes were great too. Light background music was playing and it seems like a great place to study and work. My friend and I got two matches each because of how delicious they were. I'm hesitant to give a 5 stars rating for this hidden gem because I don't want this place to become too popular out of selfishness. But I couldn't . This little bakery has the perfect sweet to savory ratio balance for all of their breads and flavor combinations that I didn't know could exist. Their breads texture is soft and mochi like, with the perfect hint of sweetness typical of all Asian bakeries. This is a Korean family own bakery run by a lovely lady and her well mannered son. I was truly blown away trying different breads and loving all of them. I got a squid ink garlic bread, squid ink sausage cheese bread, a mochi bread, a walnut cream Nutella cream bread and a traditional Korean bread called mammoth bread (or mammoseu ppang (맘모스빵)?), all delicious and savory. Bread, 8-10 for salted butter, soft and fluffy and just right. Service was ok. Lady was nice but also trying to push sale. Recommend to list allergies on breads, we have all nuts and sesame allergies so we were only able to get 2 out of the selections that they had left. Front lady didn't know the ingredients and thankfully the lady in the back came out to say that the chocolate had almond flour when the front said it didn't. Thank God it was double checked by the back of the house. That would have been horrific. Coffee, it was completely watered down and bitter Einspanner. The cream also did not have your traditional Einspanner cream other than coffee with heavy cream topping. There is room for improvement. Will try again maybe when it's after their actual opening. read more

Today after lunch I wanted some sweet so check the place near me where I had lunch in Buena Park and ohh bakery pop up. We went in and they had soft opening sign. We went in and looked around and I have to said they had different things than I would normally see in Korean bakery so got few things one of them was their just baked squid ink garlic bread now remind you we just had big lunch so I was really full but since it was fresh off the oven I thought we tried a bite well we end up finishing the whole bread in the car before we even got to our home. It was that good, staff were very young but very friendly and very knowledgeable of what they have. It's not really close to my house but I will differently go back for that squid ink garlic bread. Love this place! It's super cute and cozy! Everything is excellent- from service to food. Everyone here is super sweet - they greet and treat everyone like family - the ones you're happy to see every time lol! They would even help open the doors and walk you to your car if you need help carrying your bags! I never leave there with just one bag full of goodies. Everything we've tried there is so good! Such an amazing little bakery! Just bumped into this bakery passing by, as I'm not a local to the area, and I'm so glad I did! They sell Korean-style pastries, jam, sandwiches, coffee, and tea. Everything tasted delicious and so fresh! And also well priced! The indoor area was super cute and dainty, with booths to sit and hang out. The service was additionally amazing, and the owner was so welcoming and helpful in explaining what was in each item. I loved how the elder aunties were hanging out and so friendly, bidding me the sweetest farewell when I walked out! I can tell they're very supportive of the owner and the business. It's totally giving family and community friendly. I had the Mammoth Bread, Hotel Bread, and the Red Bean Bun. The mammoth bread is layers of chesnuts, house strawberry jam, cranberries, red bean paste, and soboro (almond mixture) on top. It was delicious and hit the spot! Super comforting, I could eat it everyday. A tad on the sweet side, but not too overpowering. The hotel bread is also the perfect bread, and I've been searching for something like that for a while. The hotel bread was the perfect amount of sweet and savory, and you can literally use it for any dish, since it's so versatile. And it's perfectly buttery You can even eat it just like that. The red bean bun was very tasty too, perfectly fluffy. Also a bit on the sweet side as far as the paste goes, but still delicious. I'd love to try the other bun options next time. An honorable mention is the cranberry scone I purchased, but I gave than one away. The recipient said she really enjoyed it. I'd love to go back and try some more items next time I'm in the area.
