We walked into Olathe Ford Lincoln with little knowledge about the F150 series but knowing that we were definitely interested in getting one. Immediately we were paired with Alax Klein and he really took the time to walk us through the perks of each and every style of truck in the F150 series. We were able to make a clear and informed decision about our purchase because of his patience and obvious knowledge on all the different trucks. Furthermore, once we decided that we wanted an King Ranch F150, he showed us as many models as he could find on site and let us test drive as many as we wanted (despite the fact they all had the same motor and should have ran the same). He never ran out of patience with me as I walked back and forth from the different makes and models and debated colors (for what probably seemed like HOURS to him). Finally, once a decision was made, he found the closest truck to us and dispatched a truck to go get it the very next day. He kept me informed of its location throughout the day and told me at the earliest time possible so I could come pick it up. Once my truck arrived, he had it detailed and all the paperwork ready for me to fill out before I even arrived. Overall, I would say our experience was nothing short of amazing and went so much more smoothly than I expected. Normally buying a new car is a stressful and tense time for a family, however; Alax made sure that we had fun, that all our decisions were informed, and that the entire process was stress free. I left Olathe Ford Lincoln feeling as if I had made a friend in Alax, which is not to say that he abandoned professionalism (because that is not the case at all!). He was kind, informed, funny (at the appropriate times), professional, intellectual, and serious when he needed to be. I was recently at the Olathe Ford Body shop because my car was having issues starting. I would have to crank the key multiple times before the car would recognize the key was in the ignition. I worked with one of the managers in the auto body shop who told me it would be $100 to check the car out and see what the issue was. He ask that my husband and I and our children would wait in the waiting area for about an hour until they could diagnose the problem. The manager came in and told my husband and I there was an issue with the top part of the steering column and to replace it the cost would be around $600.00. My husband asked to see where the metal was damaged in the steering column but instead of the manager showing my husband the car he drew him a picture. This made my husband very uncomfortable and we decided to not have the repairs done at this shop. We went home and looked on the internet at other cars like mine that had the same issue and they all said to replace the ignition switch. My husband went ahead and purchased an ignition switch from an auto parts store which only cost about $50.00. This completely fixed the issue I was having with my car. I will never come back to Olathe Ford for ANYTHING! They were going to charge me $600.00 for something that wasn't even broken on my car. I would advise no one to ever get their cars fixed here. This shop seems to be in the business of ripping customers off. Please do your research before agreeing to anything. If it doesn't seem right it probably isn't! read more

Olathe Ford has an exceptional sales support team, and we have had the pleasure to buy multiple cars from one of the team members, Corbin Haas. Corbin made our purchase of a new Bronco Sport as fun as the vehicle is itself. We will miss our interactions with him because we always found a way to interject humor into our conversations about the unavoidable delays involving the chip shortage. While the chip issue was not something the dealer could do anything about, the dealer focused on keeping us informed. During an in-person conversation with Corbin, he recognized our disappointment because the delivery date slipped. The next thing we knew, we had an opportunity to meet with the owner of the dealership! Bottom line, everyone at Olathe Ford was working to keep us informed of the status of the Bronco Sport. When the long, awaited Bronco Sport arrived, he called and said we could have a sneak preview. As fate would have it, later that afternoon a thunderstorm was moving across the area. We received a surprise call from Corbin, saying he knew we would be concerned with our new arrival sitting outside, and he had found a spot for it, inside, until the storm passed. They also let me test drive 3 different vehicles and didn't try to rope me into a side show outside the scope of what I was looking for. The team at Ford also worked with me on my cars trade in value when I showed them a copy of my pick-n-pull quote to add to my down payment costs without making me tow it to the dealership. Our sales person, Jessie Hogg, come from the building on a rather cold afternoon offering his assistance --- we began looking at vehicles, failing to first enter the building to seek assistance. Since that visit, my wife and I have been very well treated each of several additional visits while deciding on our 1st purchase ever at Olathe Ford, a new 2017 Red Ford Explorer Platinum. No rush, no un-truths, no bunk, no foolin' --- what we were told is what happened and we were not presented unforeseen, hidden charges or fees. Being in our 70's and less "techie" than many - we experienced difficulty in re-programming our garage door for the new Ford -- our sales person (Jessie Hogg) eagerly offered to come to the house and program that door!! He DID just that assisted by Corban, also an employee of Olathe Ford. We can't say enough GOOD things about these 2 gentlemen. Corbin Haas and Pat Larkin are the superstars of this organization! My total experience was less than three hours long and most of that was looking at the truck. Corbin was responsive, reliable and honest and earned my trust for the future. I told a sales manager that I could handle any salesman they threw at me, but the finance guys scare the heck out of me. That is where everything usually explodes and you get a different payment that you thought you were going to get or almost shamed into buying an extended warranty. He was very helpful, not pushy but very relaxed. We felt very comfortable with Jason so we decided to see what kind of a deal he could make us on a new truck. Corbin is at the top of his job, he kept us notified every step of our order. He knows his product and answered all our questions and is still answering days after we picked up our truck The rest of the guys mentioned helped in different ways but were there when I had a question. Buy the way at different times from everyone they all expressed gratitude for our business. Other than this truck I have purchased several vehicles from OFL, and have had great service in service repairs, maintenance, and body work. All has been great, their quick lane oil change is that but you have to get there when there isn't a line, if there is you will have to wait but it is still pretty quick. I was at the Lincoln Service side. Great experience. Very professional. I do want to address the poor reviews, as I have owned and ran multiple businesses over the years. While some complaints are credible, people are human and can make mistakes. Things happen beyond their control, and its better to be proactive and positive, otherwise you just come off sounding like an entitled pain in the ass. If it were my business, I would gladly tell you to PLEASE take your business elsewhere, as we want you happy, and you are not happy here. Now if the business is not accommodating(within reason), lie, or cheat, you have every right to submit a poor review. Before leaving a poor review as you "vent" your frustration, have you actually spoken to them about your concerns and frustrations and allowed them a chance to make it right??? read more

Sales team was great, we went on a Friday afternoon and it's was starting to rain so less than ideal conditions. We spoke with Joe and let him know what we could afford and what we had looked at online. He never tried to push us into anything over our budget, which was nice, as we had tried to go to another dealer a few months ago who was very pushy. It was close to the end of the day and instead of feeling rushed to make a decision they made us comfortable, explained what we would be getting, explained the financing, and the warranty. Since it was the end of the day they even offered to let us bring it back in the next week to get it detailed since that team had already left for the day. I had a 2 & a half hour wait that was EXACTLY that long lol I spent that time w/ John, Mike, & I can't remember the other gentleman's name. When I tell you I had a BLAST with them, I truly did. It made the time go by faster to be honest! Considering the HORRIBLE experiences I had at Thoroughbred, it's ALWAYS refreshing moving back south to see that Olathe Ford still has the most courteous service department. The car wash was down, but they vacuumed my vehicle & removed a couple of epoxy streaks from my windshield that I had trouble removing on my own. Not only was the service staff excellent, but the mechanics were as well. Could NOT have had a better experience buying from Olathe Ford's Bob Thompson. Called him and needed a ¾ ton truck and needed it quick. Bob found one while we were still on the phone with him. We went to look at it and it was a perfect match for our needs. Bob listened and delivered a total package deal. The price for our trade was more than we expected and the the new one was even less then we were wanting to spend. Then we get into financing and we didn't even have to ask for a lower interest rate, it was lower than market rates.
