The service people up front are nice but I get the feeling that the guys who actually do the service don't care to be there. I've had many oil changes here and they were fine but they take forever. They don't seem to respect other people's time. I've also had several tires replaced and they never seem to remember to reset that low tire pressure monitor. I came to Olathe Lincoln service for a simple oil change on Monday morning, January 10th. Wow. What a tremendous decline in customer service from my previous experiences. First, there was no service advisor to check me in. Then, once checked in ,I was surprised to find what used to be a wonderful customer lounge cold due to doors to the check in lane being left wide open on a cold winter day. After waiting well over 2 hours for a simple oil change, I see my car parked outside appearing to be finished. So when I enquire, I find out that it is ready to go but there is no one to do the paperwork. So, I'm still waiting. This is a really sad day. A once high quality dealership in a state of rapid decline. My Dad retired from Ford and I have been a loyal customer over the years. However, I am now having my doubts about that loyalty. Why should I invest $50k-$75k in a new Lincoln product if this is the best they can do to retain my business?? Sad day. read more

After today in the service department. Martin the manager was so beyond rude. I asked about getting my car in a little sooner because my powertrain warranty is about to expire and i feel like my transmission is slipping on my 2014 Ford Focus and there's another recall on it as well. He told me they don't HAVE to fix my car, and that there are other Ford dealers that i can go to. I was so taken bad by how rude he was and how he seemed like he didn't want my business. If I could go no stars I would, had the same repair on my AC done 5 times in 3 months because they could not get it fixed. Tried to get my oil change by they don't open all the bay's and so I could pushed to the back even though I had was there 30 minutes before they opened. I called Olathe Ford to fix the recall, they asked if I bought the care there, I said no. So they can not give me a loaner car for the day just because I didn't buy the car there. The car buying experience was great and went smooth but trying to speak to a finance person after you bought your car seems to be a big issue. They say leave a voicemail and you still don't hear back. I had a question on my extended warranty and was told to call the place I bought it from and ask to speak to a finance person so I did and nothing. I called later that day and the same thing I was told to leave a voicemail but when I haven't heard back all day from my first voicemail I left I don't need to leave a second one. Sales manager said I had to participate in an auction and their GT350s all go to the highest bidder, $10k to $20k over MSRP. I will never buy a car from these guys. I bought a 2015 GT premium mustang at the end of April. My first issue is when it was bought we were told it had navigation, couldn't get it to work. Took it in had salesmen look at it he said yes it does it just needs an update. So we setup an appointment for service to get the update, service calls says it's not equipped and if we want it it will be $5K and a new system. Before buying this car, I had my eye on a mustang with less miles that had everything I wanted (navigation). For the same price but the other was farther from home. After taking it to service and being told that, it took then a whole day to figure that out. After I dropped it off first thing in the morning. Okay, second issue was on the highway and ended up getting a flat. I go into the trunk to get the fix a flat kit that the mustang is again supposed to have only to find out it's completely broke. It won't even turn on, so get a tow home, I call ford the next day to see about a pump. Salesman says he will have one for me ready the next day, go pick it up get home and it's missing the fix a flat and won't even put air in the tire. I call them and let them know, they order a brand new pump in and say it will be ready for pickup in a couple days. They call me I go to pick it up and it won't air up a tire again. Salesman says he will get another one in, a week later I get a call that one is in and ready for pickup. My girlfriend goes to pick it up and they say it's ready to go and been tested. It's sealed in a box. I get home and it's not even put together! After a month of waiting and 4 pumps later for a simple pump they couldn't even put it together and make sure it is going to work. I'm giving them 2 stars because the salesman at least tried somewhat. (On these pumps the fix a flat and air are all one piece. ) I understand it's a simple pump but it's the fact I spent over 30K on a car and the dealership can't even get a air pump for the car. read more

I just spent an entire day making a deal on an F-150, filling out a credit application only to have them bait and switch the purchase agreement on me last minute. I received two purchases agreements that matched the correct TOTAL MSRP on the window sticker of the vehicle only to have them to tell me they made a mistake and bump up the MSRP by $2500! They are artificially inflating MSRP prices by adding back in factory package discounts... So not only are they deceiving customers into thinking they're getting a better deal than they actually are... they are providing and agreeing to deals only to back out minutes later! They even had the nerve to tell me that I should be grateful that they told me this now instead of when I drive 3 hours to pickup the vehicle. I will be reaching out to FORD, STATE AG, and every other agency that protects consumers. Curtis Walter (GM) was very rude and refused to honor the two purchase agreements that were sent to me. He then proceeded to HANGUP on me because he was done "talking to me". Mind you, I never cussed or was rude--just furious that they would not honor the original purchase agreement that had the correct VIN and MSRP matching the window sticker! He continued to cut me off while I was speaking. Beware of this dealership as clearly they have no customer service skills--even at the highest level and are doing so very sketchy things. I made my appointment 2 months early for a day when school was out, knowing that the recalls to be done were going to take at least half a day. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning, and called at 3:30 when I had yet to hear anything. I was told they didn't get started on it until much later and it likely would not be ready today. I have to go to work tomorrow. I live 17 miles away from the dealership, so its not like my son can walk to get the car. I work 30 miles from home, so it's not like I can make that trip over lunch to go get my son then get to the dealership for the car. My son needed it tomorrow. It has created a logistical nightmare. School is back in session on Wednesday, so I can't get it before work ... I don't know what I am supposed to do. I scheduled this in November for this date because it could be done when it was convenient to my schedule, given the logistics of distance. If you take your car in at that hour so you can get it back that day, it would be nice if they got on it that early. Otherwise, why make me bring it in that early? It is every reason I hate leaving a car. They are less concerned about your time. If you are waiting, they give you priority. The service, as far as the car being repaired, may be fine. I assume it will be. But that I had to call to find out that they were not going to have my car ready for me when I had done everything within my control to give them the needed time for the repairs to be done in one day frustrated me beyond measure. read more
