We had had a service call from another HVAC vendor who told us there was nothing wrong with our furnace, and yet it kept struggling to ignite and stay on, of course in the middle of a cold snap. I needed a new furnace and my experience with this company was positive from beginning to end. The gentleman in charge was named Zlatko. He was one of the most professional workman I have ever encountered. He was knowledgeable, polite, respectful and it was an overall great experience. I'm a neat freak and they left my home just as clean as they found it. During the installation they discovered a problem with the part that connects the furnace to the ducts, I can't remember the name. It had to be replaced and it required alot of extra work and made it a very long day!!! They never once complained and let me know exactly what they were doing and showed me the part being replaced. When I saw the replaced part I was shocked!!! it looked like it had been hit by a machine gun....lots of holes....where the warm air could have escaped. i was having a problem with my water temp for my shower. The water kept losing its heat after about 5 minutes of having the shower running. I called a few people i found on the internet and all seemed outrageously priced then a friend of mine referred to these guys, boy was i happy that happen. My AC tripped the circuit breaker on the hottest day of the year and wouldn't reset. While every other place I called either didn't answer or said they were too busy, Old Bridge was able to come to my house within a couple hours of my calling the next morning. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a blown capacitor. While he was waiting for the AC to run for a few minutes to verify everything was working, he voluntarily checked my furnace for air leaks and taped up the ones he found. The guys from Old Bridge came out on the coldest weekend in December and managed to get our furnace going by resetting some switches and cleaning out some cobwebs. Given the weather, we could have easily been pushed into some expensive procedure, but they actually recommended against anything more drastic and only charged us for the price of the service call. While I was entering my third trimester of pregnancy (at the start of summer 2014), my husband wanted to invest in central AC in our home. He had messaged several other businesses, including Old Bridge, and only heard back from Old Bridge Heating and Cooling. They made themselves available for a consultation and eventually we signed up. They installed the proper filter, AC, and made changes to our heating/cooling system to even dampen the sound of our fan. The job was done efficiently and professionally. I even got a sample of a delicious banana pudding from them, as a generous gift to us during my pregnancy.
