I had to come back to edit this, I've had two salads from this place on two separate occasions. The first time I got one I found a gum wrapper in my salad, I was so disturbed. How does that get mixed in? I just went today (a year or so later) because it was on my way and figured this wouldn't happen again. I'm so shocked. There's literally a tie for a bag of bread in my salad. I bit into it and was alarmed at how hard my bite was, then saw that it was the plastic piece that you close the bag of bread with. I really like this place. I've been coming in here for years. Everyone has always been friendly. The young girls working at the register have been super nice. I came in yesterday and Gilda was at the register. She was just really rude for some reason. I don't know Why. I Ignored it. I was sitting eating my burger and 3 lady's sat at the table next to me and started talking about how rude the lady at the register was. I interrupted and told them that she was rude to me to and that this was the first time I have seen her. The food here is absolutely great! I've been coming here since I was a kid, but unfortunately a lot has changed in those years. The quality in the food is still there, but the employees (not all) but most just don't seem to pay attention to orders. Almost every time I come here something goes wrong. Not only that, but they talk over you while trying to say your order, and then they ask, "is this what you want?". I also think it's sad that the manager only will hire girls for the front when there's other people that are more than willing to do a better job. Food is amazing, the workers are super sweet and they provide excellent customer service! We usually order their chili cheese fries, chicken plate with with rice and salad on the side, chicken sandwich and cheeseburger. Their tuna sandwich is amazing as well. The way she treated my friend was very disrespectful and told her u don't even know what u want! U keep saying one this and then changing it to another. I am very disappointed in this restaurant. Placed a drive thru order at aprox 3:20 pm. Only 2 cars in front of me. When I get to the window, I wait a few minutes and the staff brought my drinks and took my payment. Then, I waited for over fifteen minutes for food which, per the staff, was never prepared, hotdog, fries and bean burrito. Not too difficult! I then had to wait even longer with no real apology or attempt to make me EVER want to come back. When I asked for owner or manager I was told no one was in ( how convenient!) I wanted to just get a refund and forget the food and they said "We don't give refunds". Horrible customer service! And some of the food was not even hot!! This is my first and LAST time to go there! This place is within walking distance of my house and it makes me sad to say that this is one of the worst places I've ever been. Every time I go I have a terrible experience and always go back to give it another try. Once I called in an order to pick up a salad and when I got their they had made two, when I told her it was a mistake she got mad at me and tried to tell me I ordered two or I should pay for it because then they'll have to waste it. Another time I also ordered ahead I went to pick up my food and it was ready yet, no biggie. The girl told them I was there and then tossed the paper with my order on it. I waited 30min for my food before they actually made it and the only person that noticed I was waiting was the cook. I hate that this place is so unprofessional and rude because it's so convenient and I would be supporting a local business. Amazing burgers. Come here every time I need an authentic burger in my mouth! It's not a greasy burger and the portions are perfect. Great food! My favorite so far has been the Carne Asada plate! They accommodate to your preferences. For those of you who like Orange Bang, they have it, along with Pineapple Bang and Jamaica Bang at the fountain drink section! You can go back for refills to your heart's desire! I love love love old time there burgers are amazing sometimes I get some cold fries but one the less this place is bomb.
