The chicken was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were hot and moderately spicy. If you go to Ole, be sure to choose your timing right. The place fills FAST at lunchtime. We saw the place fill in about ten minutes. It's easy to see why. I suggest you try this place, the decor is not as itchy as many Mexican places. We just had an excellent dinner at Ole. We ordered margaritas, steak and chicken fajitas, a burrito, albóndigas soup, and an Olé molcajete. Everything was fantastic! Service was top notch. Every single employee greeted us with a smile. Even the owner came out to say hello. We finished off with flan. It tasted like my moms- creamy and perfectly sweet. We'll definitely be back. This is one of my aunts favorite spots, so I go here when I'm hanging with her. I would say this is a middle of the road Mexican joint. Service is always good, salsa is flavorful and food is decent. We ordered a take out order a couple days ago. This place was our stomping ground. We supported them through the pandemic when it was only take out and we continued to be faithful to them. I am so disappointed in this restaurant now. We ordered and my husband went to pick up two meal platters. They gave him a tiny little have pack of chips with maybe 15 chips in for both meals. He asked for a second bag and the hostess did go get it. When she returned, my husband was told that to add another bag of chips and a little salsa it would be and extra $5+ on our total. My husband was like, Even for two full size meals we bought? He then said, so if we come in and eat at the restaurant we would be able to get more chips and salsa? Or better yet, if we were to call in and order our orders as two completely separate calls we would get more chips and salsa? She said, yea, that's the new policy. We opened our meals when we got home and the meals size was smaller and rice portion was sub par from normal. My order was not made right and by requesting no onions I still received onions. So if money was the issue they could of save that by not putting onions on my plate like requested. Just so sad. Quality has gone way down hill. Well, my husband said no thanks to the extra half full tiny bag of chips and tiny salsa and paid $40 dollars for our meal and went on his way. For people who like to take out your order for food, make sure you check your order before taking it home, I order albondigas and caldo de queso for 8.00 each and my cup food it was almost empty, no vegetables, no potatoes nothing is not worth it. It's fine! Nothing fancy and memorable. If you are interested in a hole in the wall with solid menu choices this is a good candidate.

Let me begin by saying the service was wonderful! Our server was exceptionally friendly and I'm ashamed to say I cannot remember her name. It started with a J... I want to say Jennifer but I can't be certain (currently in a food coma). Masks were worn, hand sanitizer was out, everything was fresh and clean, and they did practice social distancing of tables. Most important: our server was just awesome. I had the two mole chicken enchiladas with the rice and beans. Beans were good, rice was decent (it could have had just a tad more flavor but overall was nice), and the little garnishes were cute. The chicken inside the enchiladas was well seasoned, pulled apart beautifully, and the mole sauce was pretty good... Not the best I've ever had but I wasn't disappointed! Overall, the food was good. For the quick service and pricing one of the better places I've been to locally. Would definitely visit again. read more

I hate to give away a good secret, but this was pretty darn good! I had the Ole Carne Asada burro and it did not disappoint. The carne was cooked to perfection and plentiful. They did not skimp on the guacamole and this one included onion that slightly grilled and more plentiful than in most carne asada burritos. It came with chips and salsa, rice and beans--which I didn't finish b/c the burro filled me up. The service also great on a Saturday afternoon with the restaurant about two-thirds full. Been wanting to try this place so today we decided to have it for lunch. We both got the weekday lunch specials. Mine with a beef tostada with rice and beans and Bobbie a soft beef taco with a bowl of albondagas soup. Both our main courses were good, lots of flavor in them and generous amounts of toppings. My rice and beans had the typical flavors with cheese on the beans. The soup was really good, one of the best I've had here is Tucson. The meatballs (three of them) had loads of flavor and the broth was great. Overall a good lunch and the perfect amount without feeling stuffed. We'll be back. read more

I'm genuinely surprised to not see better reviews here; we have been coming here for years and have never been letdown - we probably have the menu memorized by heart. I've had the Molcajete in the past, which is the mysterious and fun caldron it looks to be, but my favorite dish is the pork carnitas, which never, never disappoints. They seem to have opened-up the place a little more on the inside, so it's a bit more roomy now, so that is a very-welcomed change. We came in for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and we were seated immediately. The restaurant was busy, but the booths are large and private, blocking out most noise- it was very nice! We ordered take out from Ole' the other night and they were on their a- game. I called to place the order and the employee was extremely friendly. She said the food would be ready in 20 minutes and when we arrived it was ready to go! This is not something that has consistently happened during these quarantine times so we were extremely happy that Ole' followed through. On top of it, the food was good. Really good. Their salsa might be my favorite in town. It's just perfect in every way. I had the carne seca and enjoyed it very much. My family and I will definitely be back! read more

Pretty disappointed with this place. Came here with my boyfriend and his parents and we all ordered chimichangas enchilada style. They were okay, but in my opinion the rice did not taste fresh at all. It's also $2 to make a burrito a chimichanga and another $2 to make it enchilada style. Seems a bit excessive. For 4 people it came out to $80. Damn. The most disappointing part was the service. Our server was the girl with pink/red hair. It was not busy when we were there (about 5:30 on a Monday), and we had to wait FOREVER for refills. I'd make eye contact with her and put the cups on the edge of the table but she never came. I'm a server, I get being busy but I'd make eye contact with her and try to flag her down and she'd just go talk in the back/cantina. I also saw her talking to another server and side eyeing us through the window of the cantina. She never came and checked on us after she gave us the food. The only time she came to the table is when we ordered and when she gave us the check. She seemed kind of off, scattered or something- couldn't remember what we got to drink and just seemed all frazzled. A bit off putting. Won't be here again. The buss/host/chip boys were cool and gave us more chips without us even asking. They gave us better service than the actual server. Yikes. read more

Both chimichangas were soggy and not nice and crispy.
