Friends asked if i liked duck and i told them maybe because sometimes it could be too gamey and its disgusting. Here at olle they steam the duck and give yiu honey mustard to dip. Surprisingly, it wasnt gamey at all. I wouldve prefered to eat duck only instead of the brisket and pork belly that we got. They were still good but the duck just topped everything. They also give congee and make sure you eat it with the anchovy banchan cause it makes it taste even better. Bathroom is on the outside, part of the hotel. Womens go right past elevators, turn right, turn right again, then if you see something that looks like a bathroom look left for woman's cause that's the men's. Black cod is also good if you want something more flavorful. Very saucy and comes with rice. They are whole pieces of fish with bones so if you don't like bone-in, I would not recommend. The dish comes with some pieces of rice cake and radish, and some other things like hot peppers. The banchan (side dishes) are great! A lot of variety and all tasty. Seafood pancake, also recommend especially if you like more seafood in the pancake. I can't remember what was in it that I was pleasantly surprised about, though I was just there a few days ago lol, but I remember saying "ooo this is good!" (yes, out loud haha.) Service - fantastic! There was so much variety you could get full just with banchan and rice. Updated review: we came to Olle Korean Cuisine for their lunch special and got the kimchi cold noodle and duck. It was so good and an awesome price point at around $32 for both! The duck came out on a hot plate that charred it a bit and it was so good with the duck fat a bit melted. I loved the kimchi cold noodles (made with white kimchi). The noodles were perfectly cooked and chewy and paired so well with the duck. They also have the best banchan. I particularly loved the bok choy one. There are so many combinations you can make for your ssam (wrap) with all the banchan They accidentally overcooked our beef but we were so happy with the rest of the meal, it didn't really matter. My friend took me here to try new elevated Korean food and we shared a few items. First of all all the meals come with pumpkin jook and red kimchi dongchimi. The Abalone bibimbab was sooooo good. I'll be back for this again with my mom. It comes out sizzling hot on a stone pot and the waitress cuts the abalone for you into slices. The abalone was smoky and delicious but I was really impressed with the premium veggies they put in it. It had eggplants, fresh gosari (idk the English name) spinach bunch of other veggies and perfectly cooked egg. The ghochujang sauce was not too sweet or salty and complemented the dish well. The bulgogi hotpot came out with broth veggies and a ton of bulgogi thinly sliced meat. The meat was so tender and the broth went really well with the overall dish. The baby back rib kimchi stew was delicious super fermented kimchi with rich bone broth. It was so comforting and a big portion so we ended up taking a lot of it home. This restaurant seems to focus on the details and the plating was nice too. As someone who lives in the area I think this gem is def one of a kind.
