The kiwi citrus had big citrus seeds that I kinda had to manually spit out. I couldn't taste any tea in the fruit tea. For oreo matcha brûlée, it was a good idea to adjust the sugar to lower level because I dont want something so sweet (thanks to the worker's recommendation). It was a disappointment that there was not enough matcha taste in the beverage. If you like matcha, probably try other options instead of this one. Oreo overpowered everything else. I would recommend this place to those who like sweet tea drinks. Wintermelon Milk Tea: I got this drink 50% sweet and it was still decently sweet. The wintermelon flavor was pretty good and there was a good balance with it to the tea. I do recommend getting the sweetness at the lowest 50% if you aren't a fan of really sweet tea. Assam Black Milk Tea: Decent milk tea. I would say the brown sugar boba overpowered my drink a bit, but I thought the tea was solid. I got it 80% sweet and it was still pretty sweet. I asked the girl at the counter what Wintermelon was? Was it Cantaloupe? She said no, it's an Asian gourd and it's sweet. Hmmm. I figured I'd try it, with black tea and small boba since they were out of big boba. The boba itself was super soft and almost required no chewing. I've never had such soft boba before and I'm not quite sure how to feel about that? I probably like my boba a little chewier and more "to the tooth" but it wasn't bad this way. The taste was nice, delicate with the black tea being more in the background and not too strong. The more I drank the more I liked it. I'd come back to try more things. read more

They felt there could have been more tea vs milk. They did enjoy their drinks. I got the brown sugar boba with oat milk. Regular sugar as they normally would make it. The drink was delicious but way too sweet for me. There was a nice amount of boba in it. The oat milk was a nice option. Next time I order it I will be getting 1/2 sweetness. I'm looking forward to trying it again. The last drink was the oolong creama. The person drinking it said it was good and it was refreshing. i don't really understand the negative reviews for this small business boba shop. i love the fruit tea (POG) here as it really reminds me of the authentic fruit tea i drank in taiwan~ service is fast, the shop is clean and neat, the lighting is comfortable and there's a cute lil teddy bear on a bench while you wait for your drink. as for people complaining about staff "not smiling enough" those staff are human, give them a break. i've never dealt with any "rude" behavior here, the staff are normal and perfectly fine. lots of toppings and creative drink options here like slush type drinks and different fruit tea combinations. :D pricing is reasonable and lower than some other shops that don't even offer as many options! will visit again soon~ read more

But, I went safe and got the jasmine green milk tea w/ boba with 80% sweetness and light ice. Phew, good thing I got slightly less sweet because overall it was already sweet plus the honey boba made the drink even sweeter. There was a good tea flavor but slightly on the milkier/water end. However, the boba had a good consistency, chewy and not too hard or soft - just to my liking. Because I'm a sipper and as time passed the drink got sweeter so I unfortunately was unable to finish it. Okay, I gotta give credit where credit is due. I haven't had good assam milk tea in a while and had pretty much lost hope. When my friend wanted to try this place because it's close by, I went with my gut and ordered the assam milk tea with pearls (50% sweet). It's not the best in the world, but it's definitely tasty, actually tastes like tea, and really hits the spot. Very impressive. I can't speak for the other drinks on the menu, but this one is solid. My only nitpick is from my first visit. The cashier was short with me and couldn't answer a simple question: "How sweet do you guys make your milk teas? Some places make them really sweet while others are mild." She seemed a little annoyed, which felt more like a training issue. The second time I came, there was a different cashier who was much nicer. Both times, the assam milk tea tasted the same, which is a good sign. I came across OMG Tea on Yelp (since it was the closest to where I was at the time) and when I saw Assam Black under their milk tea selections, I knew I had to give it a shot and I was not disappointed! I ordered my Assam Black MT at 80% sweet with normal ice level. My husband got an Assam Black MT at 100% and honestly, they didn't taste too different! They were both the perfect amount of tea and sweetness. The boba was good, but I wouldn't say it was great. He likes Boba Guys' boba better, but we'd definitely come back for the Assam Black MT. I'll have to try their other drinks... eventually, but honestly finding this MT has been a journey and I'm so thrilled to have happened across it by chance! I was ordering a large amount of milk and fruit tea drinks and reached out to the team via phone for my initial inquiry. I was connected with Baron, who was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner via email before I proceeded to place my large order on their website. Ordering was seamless. You can make an advanced order up to two days in advance. The beauty is that you can customize each and every drink you purchase, and Baron was able to make recommendations from how much ice to include. They were even able to accommodate my earlier 11:15 pickup order even though the earliest on the website is 11:30. Payment was easily handled online and you immediately receive an itemized receipt sent to your email. A simple need as obtaining a receipt can sometimes be challenging for catering orders, but not OMG Tea. It was easy and efficient. Their milk teas are dairy and lactose-free which is fantastic to reach a wider audience with their drinks. The classic milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice was a big hit with our guests. I also usually don't order taro milk tea at boba spots because they all have that distinct fake taro flavor but for some reason it actually tastes good here!
