My First time stopping here even tho I pass it 2x a week! I did take out for lunch. Was greeted by friendly staff, was handed a take out menu when I told her that's what I wanted. This amazing gem located in Chino is absolutely a great place to bring your family and friends. We have eaten here quite a few times and even visited their location in Menifee as well. New Dumpling place opened up by my house, got to try it out. Everything I've ordered wasn't descent and flavorful. It's all hand made in front of you. The soup xiaolong bao packs some great juice flavors. Also got some shrimp shumai; which only had 3 pieces. Usually the norm is 4 but it was tasty. I believe this place just opened up last week and honestly, from the outside it didn't wow me so much, but once you open the doors and step inside - its like you're transformed to another location. Whoever designed this spot really put a lot of thought and effort because wow. I wish the food wowed me as much as the interior but it was just okay. Mid at the most. You got way more options in the SGV with cheaper prices too. We ordered quite a few things but I just really recommend the beef udon fried noodles. That thing was bursting with flavor while the other dishes we got lacked. The egg tarts were pretty good as well. Nice custard filling and very flaky crust. read more

A newly opened place in Chino with a very nice interior design. The design is oddly nice for the street and plaza it is located on. The service was good and quick, with a showcase of workers making the dumplings, similar to Din Tai Fung. The dumplings are packed with flavors. The Pork Shrimp sui mai dumplings are good, but it comes with three instead of the typical four dumplings you see at many dim sum places. Their supposedly star attraction is the infamous pork xiaolong bao, while the flavor is good, the dumplings skin is a bit too thick. This resulting on a dryer texture on the outside. Other places nearby have thinner dumplings skins. The Shanghai Style Mini Wonton Soup, was mediocre. Bland soup base with very tiny meat dumplings. The spicy wonton was ok, similar to the other dumplings, a bit thick on the wrapping. Overall, very nice decor and flavorful dumplings. We have been looking forward to One More Bite Dumpling House opening and came on opening night! My husband, mom, and I ordered a few items off the menu to try a bit of everything. I'm pescatarian and their menu was so clearly labeled with what I could and couldn't eat. They had plenty of vegetarian options as well! Our favorites were the stir fry udon and pan fried vegetable dumplings. Don't discount the tempura as they were super crispy and delicious. Some restaurants mess tempura up when they're too soggy or extremely oily. The shrimp fried rice was also really good but did require a bit of soy sauce and chili sauce to add a bit more flavor. I was hoping for a chocolate dumpling dessert and really hope the consider adding one to the menu (I'd be there every week!). The red bean paste buns were slightly dry and cracking on the outside but they were still good. Service was pretty attentive and the servers were extremely nice. They even gave us a keychain to celebrate their grand opening. The decor inside was beautiful and we're all stoked to have such a delicious restaurant right around the corner from where we live. One Bite Dumpling is finally open and of course I had to swing by the moment I could. Let's be real -- it's definitely a knockoff of Din Tai Fung, so if you're a hardcore DTF loyalist, this might not be your spot. DTF has already spoiled half the mom-and-pop places out there, so don't walk in here expecting that same level. BUT... if you drop the expectations at the door and just show up hungry, you'll have a good time. The xiaolongbao totally hit the spot, especially if you don't feel like trekking out to SCP or Santa Anita. They'll do the job! Both egg custards? Yes, get them. Don't even think about skipping those. The popcorn chicken has a nice little kick, and the shrimp garlic fried egg rolls plus the pan-fried dumplings came out piping hot and oh-so-good. The decor is cute, the service is fast, and overall it was a solid first visit. Nothing mind-blowing this time, but I'm definitely down to come back and see what they bring on round two! read more

Incredible! I've been waiting for this place to open and was so excited to finally try One More Bite Dumpling house! We had chicken and corn pan fried dumplings, pork pan fried dumplings, beef udon noodles and broccoli beef. I just wish we would have got a side of rice to soak up the delicious sauces on our beef dishes! The dumplings were fried perfectly crispy and still juicy. I cannot wait to try other items. Though we came during the prime dinner rush on a Friday night we were still helped swiftly, seated and served in a timely manner. You can tell this staff has been trained well and works as a team. I wish the location was slightly bigger, though the ambiance and decor was beautiful and well curated, the tables were rather close together so it was pretty loud. The restaurant decor is pretty nice however there are flies while we were there so it's a a bit annoying. We ordered pork dumpling, sticky rice dumpling, shrimp wonton soup, crab roe fried rice and sweet potato taro balls. The crab roe fried rice has NO Crab Roe, they put salmon roe (masago) on top as topping so it's a misinformation from the restaurant and tasted bland. The wonton and the soup is very bland. The steam dumpling skin is a bit too soft. The good ones just the sweet potato balls. This place is not worth the price. read more

The sheng jian bao was under cooked, some of them had broth in but others did not. I even tasted a bit of raw flours in the bottom of the bun. The food here is freshly made and great tasting! Everything we've ordered so far has not disappointed... all great! We like the pork chop fried rice and the wonton soups! Try the fried broccoli dish it's a nice change from the typical protein based dishes. The onion pancakes are delicious. Cucumber salad is nice too. Overall you can't go wrong with the basics here. Our friends told us to try this Xiao Long Bao store (still in grand opening period); server is so friendly and all tables are clean and spacious! It is smaller than it looks in pictures but they are efficient and quick with their service. They have a beautiful water display in the front and a drink bar in the middle of the room. They have cute booths you can sit in but they have lots of tables scattered throughout the restaurant. Like other dumpling restaurants, you can watch the ladies hand making fresh dumplings and XLBs. They have different modern flavors like truffle XLB which was very flavorful. The menu can be overwhelming but also simple. They have different wonton/dumpling and XLBs. read more

My only issues is the fact that the server plops down plates right by my elbow at the edge of the table. Why are we not placing them closer to the center? Is it a cultural thing? Genuinely asking. Two, we had to ask for water refills - TWICE. It felt like they dropped off the food and forgot to check back in. Their customer service could use a little refresh, but overall the prices are fair, quality is good, and the restaurant is nice and clean. Definitely try it and judge for yourself. Our second time here in as many months. Love the atmosphere, they did a good job at making it seem less strip mall. My favorite dish is the Cantonese BBQ Pork Bun. I am always looking for one like I can get in San Francisco. We ordered some dishes we have not had before, wasn't really a fan but they were good. My only negative is the stainless steel cups they use for tea & water. It keeps the tea hot, but the top edge gets super hot, so much that you can't put your lips on it. The staff is helpful once you get their attention, which was difficult again. But all in all we will be back! read more

Every single dish was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed the texture on the XLB and wonton skins (as we say in Mandarin, how QQ). The spicy sauce on the wontons was so good and had the right balance of spice and salt with just a hint of sweet. Next time we're definitely trying the Shanghai pan fried buns, udon, and a drink. We went in with friends of ours and was pleasantly surprised. As stated by the owner the issue had been resolved, and trust me, my wife looked. The food was great as usual.
