This is a harder review to leave because as I was not impressed with the good, my family did like it. Restaurant is very clean, the ambiance has an authentic feel. The neat lil "gazebo seating" give a private but open feel. We had a party of 6 so we sat in a larger table and the table had a neat lazy Susan that made it very convenient to share plates . Our table ordered, pop chicken, fried tofu, broccoli, chicken fried rice, vegetable dumplings, vegetable biscuits, Bean paste & coconut, cucumber salad. Here's my insight; Cucumber salad- very refreshing, good seasoning, flavor and crunch Chicken fried rice- wish I didn't order this, it smelt fishy ( no fish) chicken was very squishy and it did not seem like real chicken. Popcorn chicken- had a good texture- very spicy to me Fried tofu- had some pieces that made me feel like it was chewy & gummy, spicy wasn't too bad if you like tofu Dumplings- this was my 1st time & last time trying. Definitely not my thing. Was just a whole different texture and taste. I have to say the same for the biscuits. I didnt know that they opened a location in chino so I was really excited to go try it out. This place is beautiful inside, you would never know how it looks if you judge it off of the outside. Parking is okay, it somewhat shares a small plaza with a few other small stores & a gas station is right next to it. Located literally right across from the Chino Airport as well. The menu is fairly decent w/quite a few different assortments to order from. You have the typical dim sum items, then some xiao long baos, some dumplings, some fried rice & some fried udon noodles. We ordered: Black Truffle & Pork Xiao Long Bao (7/10) Chicken & Corn pan-fried Dumplings (8/10) Chicken Fried Rice (5/10) Beef Udon Noodles (9/10) Eggtart (10/10) The prices were a little bit pricey compared to places in the SGV but i get it since its like in Chino & there's not much else. I believe this place just opened up last week and honestly, from the outside it didn't wow me so much, but once you open the doors and step inside - its like you're transformed to another location. Whoever designed this spot really put a lot of thought and effort because wow. I wish the food wowed me as much as the interior but it was just okay. Mid at the most. You got way more options in the SGV with cheaper prices too. We ordered quite a few things but I just really recommend the beef udon fried noodles. A newly opened place in Chino with a very nice interior design. The design is oddly nice for the street and plaza it is located on. The service was good and quick, with a showcase of workers making the dumplings, similar to Din Tai Fung. The dumplings are packed with flavors. The Pork Shrimp sui mai dumplings are good, but it comes with three instead of the typical four dumplings you see at many dim sum places. Their supposedly star attraction is the infamous pork xiaolong bao, while the flavor is good, the dumplings skin is a bit too thick. This resulting on a dryer texture on the outside. Other places nearby have thinner dumplings skins. The Shanghai Style Mini Wonton Soup, was mediocre. Bland soup base with very tiny meat dumplings. The spicy wonton was ok, similar to the other dumplings, a bit thick on the wrapping. Overall, very nice decor and flavorful dumplings. A bit thick on the skin used resulting in a dry texture. read more

We have been looking forward to One More Bite Dumpling House opening and came on opening night! My husband, mom, and I ordered a few items off the menu to try a bit of everything. I'm pescatarian and their menu was so clearly labeled with what I could and couldn't eat. They had plenty of vegetarian options as well! Our favorites were the stir fry udon and pan fried vegetable dumplings. Don't discount the tempura as they were super crispy and delicious. Some restaurants mess tempura up when they're too soggy or extremely oily. The shrimp fried rice was also really good but did require a bit of soy sauce and chili sauce to add a bit more flavor. I was hoping for a chocolate dumpling dessert and really hope the consider adding one to the menu (I'd be there every week!). The red bean paste buns were slightly dry and cracking on the outside but they were still good. Service was pretty attentive and the servers were extremely nice. They even gave us a keychain to celebrate their grand opening. The decor inside was beautiful and we're all stoked to have such a delicious restaurant right around the corner from where we live. The skin , they are not using a good quality of flour. The beef noodles, the most horrible dishes, as a Chinese myself, you never go wrong with beef noodles because it is easy to make, but they failed it. The beef is dry, the noodle is over cook. This restaurant is AMAZING!!! We absolutely LOVED everything we ordered, and we ordered a lot! The service was EXCELLENT! Our server, Coco, was very friendly, helpful, polite, and very efficient. Sai was sweet, too. Our food was cooked to order, and everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. My daughter loves the juicy pork soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao)! Let's be real -- it's definitely a knockoff of Din Tai Fung, so if you're a hardcore DTF loyalist, this might not be your spot. DTF has already spoiled half the mom-and-pop places out there, so don't walk in here expecting that same level. BUT... if you drop the expectations at the door and just show up hungry, you'll have a good time. The xiaolongbao totally hit the spot, especially if you don't feel like trekking out to SCP or Santa Anita. They'll do the job! Both egg custards? Yes, get them. Don't even think about skipping those. The popcorn chicken has a nice little kick, and the shrimp garlic fried egg rolls plus the pan-fried dumplings came out piping hot and oh-so-good. Incredible! I've been waiting for this place to open and was so excited to finally try One More Bite Dumpling house! We had chicken and corn pan fried dumplings, pork pan fried dumplings, beef udon noodles and broccoli beef. I just wish we would have got a side of rice to soak up the delicious sauces on our beef dishes! The dumplings were fried perfectly crispy and still juicy. I cannot wait to try other items. We ordered pork dumpling, sticky rice dumpling, shrimp wonton soup, crab roe fried rice and sweet potato taro balls. The crab roe fried rice has NO Crab Roe, they put salmon roe (masago) on top as topping so it's a misinformation from the restaurant and tasted bland. The wonton and the soup is very bland. The sheng jian bao was under cooked, some of them had broth in but others did not. I even tasted a bit of raw flours in the bottom of the bun.
