We stumbled upon this place on a quiet weekday morning. The service was very friendly and quick. The food tasted great! The strawberries were fresh. I loved the Devonshire cream on the Belgian waffle. It's definitely a must try.

    Chicken fried steak not good

I use to frequent this spot and loved the chicken fried steak. I then found a better option in Everett at the strawberry patch. Today I went to the strawberry patch but due to the festival the menu was limited and they were not offering the chicken fried steak. Well on the door it said under new management with patty's eggnest posters everywhere. Not sure what's happening because the website says tetos bought it but tetos is not good. We waited a half an hour for our chicken fried steak breakfast we were so hungry and the flavor was not there but what was worse is we left not feeling so great and thank goodness for two bathrooms since we live close by we headed home. Not going back to 112 and I've never been to patty's but not going to any of those as well.

When this place was 112th street diner, it was my favorite place to eat now that it has been taken over. I do not recommend it for anybody. The food comes out gross, not normal. Also, they forget some of your order. Soi do not recommend

Reuben - They made it with Roast Beef instead of Corned Beef by mistake

A mixed review..... THE GOOD Our server was super upbeat, friendly and attentive. The place was clean and looked fresh. The food tasted fine. The meatballs had a great, crispy outside. I think they may deep fry it THE BAD They made my Corned Beef Reuben with Roast Beef. The server told the cooks before bringing it out, but they insisted it was correct. THE UGLY The biggest issue is that they have totally different concepts depending on the time of day. Lunch is Pizza and sandwiches and dinner is Greek. That's not The UGLY part even though I think it is not a good business model. The ugly is that on the Greek menu, they fine print a 3.5% upcharge if you use a credit card and the lunch menu doesn't say it at all but they still do it. I have NEVER gone to a restaurant that tells you they will charge more if you use a credit card. Adjust your prices if needed.

Came here recently to try it. Parking was fine for us but I could see it being tricky since it's in a buisness strip mall. Loved the look of the restaurant, high ceilings with windows letting in light. Cool artwork on the walls, and it was very clean inside. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good but felt like basic diner food to me (which it is a diner). So no complaints but didn't feel it was anything overly special. I got a Dr. Pepper since they were out of ice cream for milkshakes (which I was bummed since diners make the best!). The pop was flat. My dad got a root beer and his was fine so maybe just my flavor was going out? Overall nothing crazy special but I would stop here again for the friendly service and to try a milkshake next time I get a sweet tooth.

The top pic is what I was expecting, the bottom is what I got.

I can't speak for the lunch and dinner menu, but the breakfast is overpriced and very unwhelming. I paid over $18 for what I thought was going to be a house made corned beef hash plate based on the pictures on yelp and what I got was from a can, and cold. And missing the hashbrowns. I waited 30 minutes and paid $18 for cold, canned corned beef, cold toast and service from a gal who never asked how the food was, maybe she already knew what my answer would be. I left hungry and frustrated, so I probably won't be going back. If you're hankering for good diner food I recommend you go elsewhere.

Great spot! The food was delicious and our kids loved the deluxe milkshake, we will for sure be coming back!

BLT (Bacon Lettuce & Tomato).... Apple Pandora French Toast....Grand Marnier French Toast D'Orange

Yeah, this place is LEGIT!!! I've only been here since Teto took ownership.....the food is incredible. Last week we wandered in because it was the only place with no massive wait for Sunday breakfast. I always cringe at prices on menus , as things have gotten expensive all over! But the quality and quantity is well worth it here!!!! I ordered the biscuits n gravy- hoping it would be good, as I'm super picky. It was actually to die for!! The dish included bacon- BIG thick pieces and soooo yummy!! Eggs over medium- like these were PERFECT too! I opted for the potatoes O'brian, because I'm not a bit hash brown fan. Red potatoes sautéed (I assume) with onions and peppers- NO GREASE at all!! Sausage gravy was perfect consistency, not over thickened with goopy flour and nice, SIMPLE flavoring- not some over spiced creative blend- this was real, like grandma used to make. Biscuits were perfect, not too thick, and were a terrific compliment with the gravy! We returned today for early dinner, but couldn't resist the breakfast (again lol).....I ordered the fancy orange (the name escapes me) French toast- I was blown away! Huge portion of nice thick French toast with an incredible dreamy orange cream sauce bathed over the top ...and REAL whipped cream. My daughter ordered the apple French toast - just as incredible . Hubby ordered the BLT which he also thoroughly enjoyed. We struck gold!!! Service was over the top friendly and atmosphere clean and welcoming !

Had the meat lovers omlet and it was great! And always order a side of bacon, it's worth it! And splurge and treat yourself to a milk shack deluxe!

Now coming in it was a little awkward as you walk in and the counter is right by the entrance just like most restaurants, but there were no signs that said wait to be seated or seat yourself. After standing there for a couple of minutes I saw people grabbing menus and congregating to the register. I was waiting for someone so it worked out well. You order and then take your number or in this case a magic 8 ball to the table(so they know which order goes where). This location is much larger than I remember. It had a very eclectic ambiance. More or less different types of tables and chairs everywhere, but gave off a homey vibe. The people that were working were very pleasant. We both opted for water, in which they had a water station for you to fill a cup and sit down. After sipping my water I noticed the glass I had was chipped and cracked, a chard actually chipped off in my hand. I took it back up to the front and exchanged it. Probably not the best idea to have all of the glasses stacked on top of on another. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, in which upon ordering they had to check if they were ready to serve that. I was lucky enough that they were, although I did have a back up plan. The turkey sandwich came out with a mixed green salad with a dressing I was not sure of, but was very refreshing. The turkey sandwich on sourdough was very flavorful and I was very happy with my pick. I would definitely come back here and try more things, although the Cajun sandwich remains on my mind. One of the better sandwiches I have had in a long time!

(gotta climb in the Wayback Machine for that gem!) I loved that I saw at least six versions of my childhood dining room table, which felt so nostalgically comfortable that I wanted to crawl under one with my coloring books and my chocolate milk. But I digress -- you're supposed to be reading my review. I decided that I was in the mood for grilled cheese and tomato soup, so that's what I ordered. The tomato soup is really amazing -- so fresh tasting and delicious. But the sandwich was next level nom-ness. I opted to get it on sourdough because it's the best for dunking into the soup. Totes 'lish (I just thought I would type like one of the cool kids!! In conclusion, I want to talk about the service -- ordering was fairly simple, and the varied menu made it exciting to know there are so many choices. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, the entire experience was exceptional. The hospitality was top-notch, and our server, Kim, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. When I dine out, it's important that I feel comfortable with my server because I truly believe food should be served with love. On a scale of 1 to 10, Kim was off the charts! Now for the food... I ordered the French toast and requested it extra crispy. It arrived perfectly golden brown, topped with fresh berries and real whipped cream--absolutely delicious! I also had over-medium eggs that were seasoned perfectly, although they were a little closer to over easy than medium. Still, they were very good. The only item that fell a bit short was the chicken sausage, which was average and could have used a little more flavor. My husband ordered the pancakes, and they were delicious. His bacon was cooked to perfection--crispy, flavorful, and not overly salty. Honestly, my only complaint was that I got too full to finish everything! If you're looking for great food, outstanding service, and an all-around wonderful dining experience, I highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try. We'll definitely be back

At many other tables, I could see traditional breakfast fare such as french toast or pancakes that also looked tasty. My wife gave me a taste of the banana bread and it was delicious! Thick cut like texas toast, and much less dense than homemade banana bread that I am used to. Alas, the server said they might discontinue it, and that they didn't have a recipe but probably ordered it. Shame, now I must find this delicious banana bread! It was okay, but a bit overcooked, and it came with fries... maybe 25 total for a 3-piece fish plate. Our bill was around $65 for two beers (with the $2 off Thursday special), the calamari, and the 3-piece halibut. Just overpriced for what it was. The place itself is cute, and they had acoustic music going, which was nice. The staff was friendly and really hustling with how busy it was. So we waited with two hungry kids for 20 mins before they even started making our food. Food comes, and my burger is wrong. I go up, tell them, and walk away thinking they were going to fix it. Another 10 mins and someone comes to our table asking if we were still wanting the burger we actually ordered and that we need to pay a dollar something for it. At this point, it's been 35 mins since we ordered and I still don't have the burger I asked for in front of me. The person "helping" us argued that nothing was their fault, they must have read the order back and I didn't correct them (we order two of the same burgers!) so I'd need to pay (not the issue, it's like $1) and wait some more for the right burger. I gave up and ate my by-thay-point cold burger. Honestly, this could have been so easily fixed. We were fine with our order being forgotten and I would have happily exchanged the burger I got for the one I ordered. There wasn't even an attempt to make up for the forgotten meal - instead they made it worse.
