Came here for lunch on a Thursday and I am so glad I did. I decided to try the falafel burger delux since I had never tried a falaffel in that form before. It took maybe 10-15 minutes to receive the order. The burger was delicious. It had so many flavorful layers. I also really enjoyed the texture and how everything was easy to chew and digest. This is our neighborhood spot! The shawerma is excellent. Hummus is super fresh. The sandwiches are very good as well, love the Frisco Club. What really has me writing this review is the community vibe. I left the cafe without my pita, and didn't notice. I walked a block or so towards my house and a random car pulled up behind me. Opa is just a block from the Kaiser buildings so it's walkable and there were many hospital staff getting lunch here. I got a lamb shawarma plate for around $13 which was well priced for the amount of food i got. Food came out fairly quickly for how busy the restaurant was. Opa was a nice option for a Breakfast Sandwich & Coffee. The Bagel Sandwich with Bacon, Egg , Cheese was yummy and filling , and they make a decent Ice Coffee. Service was simple and fast , and my order was well packed. They also had a fair priced Lunch menu from what I saw. As for the Cafe it is spacious and airy with ample seating, plus if you are visiting Kaiser this is a nice option if you want a meal either before or after an appointment since it is in easy walking distance of the Medical buildings. read more

(3 stars) we placed an order of: ++ double cheeseburger, medium well done, add bacon. Delicious and very filling. I took 1 bite with sesame toasted bun (good!) and ate the rest without buns. So good. The fixin' are fresh and goes great with burger. ++the pulled pork burger, well done, while it's an okay burger, we feel that it was misrepresented as Hb told me he didn't see or taste any pulled pork in his burger. Just seems like burger with bbq sauce. ++garlic Parmesan fries, tasty but a little soggy from condensation due to packaging. 2. Salads Here (4 stars); we placed an order of: ++house salad with choice of arugula and we added tri-tip, avocado, egg, cucumber, olives, almonds, with thousand island dressing.
