I got a side of focaccia and that was delicious (do wish they offered to toast it a bit, it'd be that much more yummy!). As for my other visits, same applies - unfortunately it's just an overpriced salad I know I can make better at home. That inconsistency speaks for itself. The employee at the register was a Caucasian gentlemen who was bald and was wearing glasses. I understand that employees have policies they have to follow. But if verifying pick up orders is the policy, then apply it to EVERYONE. You do not get to selectively enforce a policy and then expect customers not to notice. The fact that my boyfriend was singled out while multiple other people were not is deeply concerning and felt like racial profiling. I was born and raised in the neighborhood.
