Received my glasses after 22 days... to only notice both lens were scratched, which to their credit they replaced no questions asked and then took another 15 days for the second pair of lens. tldr: I received an initial pair of glasses late and scratched. read more

I would totally give this location NO STARS or a negative 10! I had new lens ordered. They were replaced and ready in 9 days. Fine. When I picked up my glasses there were actual parts missing. Both the nose cushion and the ear cushion on the left were missing. Pointed it out. They took it back to have parts replaced at no charge. THEN was told it would take two weeks! I wouldn't have gotten them back for almost 3 weeks if I hadn't called and made a fuss. All of a sudden...what would've taken another 2 weeks to get in is now gonna be ready THE NEXT DAY! ‍Wtf?! Last but not least, they lost my freakin glasses case! I have Oakley brand and they are expensive as heck! Rather than go back and forth with them again I just bought another from walmart. read more

I had issues with my lenses seeing glares I took them in and Teresa was very helpful getting replaced under warranty. Alexa took care of my family while they also needed glasses. It is my first time to change my place for eye exam, which is not a good idea. Service is good but they charged $40 "fit and follow up" without telling me anything about the fee. I have never had it before in any other place including Costco vision and my previous optical place. I checked my insurance plan, and the co pay for this "hidden service" is "up to 40". They charged the maximum obviously. I am wondering what kind of things they can follow up. It's kind of an insurance for the contacts but it's four times more than the cost of my half years' supply. I even told them that I only used contacts couple times per month. If you want to go that place for convenience, be careful. They may just charge you without telling you. I prefer to go back to my previous eye exam place even though it's a little far. :( read more

This place is great! My 12 yr old son broke his glasses on a Saturday, he couldn't see anything. I looked up eyeglass repair, and this place was closest to me. I called them, and even though I have never purchased anything from them, they fit me in and fixed the frame for free. I will be ordering all of my families glasses with them from now on. Dr. Joseph Lao is a great doctor. I've worn glasses for almost 60 years. Ten years my eyes became worse causing me to be dizzy and unstable. My eye doctors gave me three different prescriptions which almost made it worse. I was treated for balance problems at Fyzical and they recommended I see Dr. Lao. That was three years ago. He solved the problem with a very specific prescription. I was back today and he spent nearly an hour carefully listening, trying different things until he was certain I could see and function well again. I cannot say enough to explain how he has changed life for me as I age. I'm safer, I see better, and I'd recommend him to anyone struggling with balance and a bad eyeglass prescription. read more

Dr. Lao and his staff are more than helpful. My four-year-old was having trouble with one of her eyes drifting in-wards once in a while and he was able to get her glasses with a prescription for that right eye. After a one-month follow-up they once again gave us great advice and she does not need an eyepatch! Thank you for the help, you guys are the best! read more

Excellent!!! Dr. Lao and his office are excellent at treating their patients; It has been a great experience for me and my husband! I hadn't had my eyes checked for years now and Dr. Lao took his time to answer all my questions and evaluate every single detail concerning my eyes. Dr. Lao also treated my husband who was struggling with constant headaches from his glasses and with contact lenses that never seemed to fit. Dr. Lao prescribed my mom progressives so that she can have clear vision at all distances in one pair of glasses (she's always had the issue of taking off her glasses to read) and she's very happy with her glasses!
