the grout on my tile was is multi color with where it's separated from the tile , my job was done in feb 25 sense then oracle has been out three time because of granite cracking in the shower , six plus times for a crap tile job , the bathroom vanity is off and the sink top hangs over 1/4 of a inch at one side and not at all on the other side . Every time they come out it's a line of BS The tile problem comes from not properly cleaning the tile, using too much water in the grout, (the grout isn't even on the tiles at all) , then when spooning it spooning it with too much water too rough too soon before the grout dries . read more

We had a car plow through our fence and into the side of our house. In the rush of emergency response, Rodney from Oracle showed up and talked us through some of the process we'd need to get cleanup and restoration rolling. We had Oracle, actually Rodney and a couple of guys do cleanup and boarding up the side of the house. The crew of three showed up promptly, and took a load of destroyed fence boards and fallen stucco to the landfill, and put plastic over the mangled drywall inside. One difficulty was getting a cracked 4"x6" post out of the ground with concrete footing attached, but they dug it out with tools on hand, no problem. The insurance companies took about a month to produce an initial settlement, so we have not yet done the restoration work. Rodney has been great to work with. read more

I had a water leak and contacted my insurance company. They gave me the option of going through Oracle. Since most of their reviews were 5 star I agreed and went with them. The first crew that came out were amazing. The trouble didn't start until we got to the floor removal and other water daamage that needed to be done. Collin who is the project manager was great in the beginning. When we were about it a week out from starting the work, he stated to me that there was an additional $6000.00 that was incurred that wasn't listed in the insurance claim. He told me he could work with me to get this down by not doing some work, I.e., my cabinets that didn't seem to have any damage. My first response was panic. But when I mentioned I needed to call my insurance, he began telling me that there was no guarantee it would be approved and they weren't easy to deal with. but he could work some of that money off. Later that day I get a call from Brandon from S&G carpet on some other areas I wanted to add flooring at my cost. I made mention to him that I needed to call my insurance company. Within seconds of me hanging up, Collin calls me to assure me that I won't have to pay anything and I didn't need to contact insurance. Red flags everywhere. So I called my insurance company. She informed me that they should never be talking about money with me, and any changes had to go through them. So I cancelled the job because it was so shady. Red flags had gone off everywhere. When I cancel the job, the construction manager, Jay Skinner sends me a letter letting me know that I had to pay $9800 for the flooring even though, I never received it. So I told him I would contact my attorney. Which I did. He calls me and was so condescending. And made it off as if, there was just a miscommunication. He even told me to check my contract, which I did and no where does it state I have to pay for floors I never received. Plus they had told the insurance that the $6k issue came from me. Flat out lies. So I played the phone calls which I recorded to my attorney. If you ever do business and you feel something isn't right, record it. It sure helps your case when your attorney hears it straight from their mouth. So then Jay calls later to tell me, I only have to pay for a restocking fee of 10%, even though it was never shipped. And when I explained to him that he can't charge me for goods never received, he got snarky and said he was going to ship them to my house. Even though, he never even got them from S&G. They have some shady shit going on with these insurance claims. So now I'm waiting for an email response asking why I would have to pay for a restocking fee when they never got the product anyway. There isn't anything to restock if it was never shipped. I would assume it's because they are angry about losing a 31k job. We have rights as consumers through the uniform commercial code. They should actually read it. To all the single women out there and the elderly, just record your conversations as it will allow the insurance company and attorney to hear it first hand. I know it made me feel a lot better. Just let them talk, let them tell you all the lies. The more lies they tell the more credibility you have. read more

I am still working with my insurance regarding the excessive damage caused to my home by Oracle Construction and Restoration. Svetlana Krimer is the supervisor at Markel Surety and she has advised me that my statute of limitations to file a claim will expire on 1/31/24. And CSLB left me a voicemail to contact them to provide additional on Oracle. I am currently in communication with supervisor at CSAA who is filing a complaint with CCA Global against Oracle for unethically causing unnecessary additional damages to my home in order to inflate my claim. I am receiving numerous messages from other victims of Oracle and I'm so sorry to hear that this is happening to other innocent people. read more

I recently had some work done on my home through Oracle construction. Who was recommended by the insurance company. This company is amazing. They go above and beyond not to mention our project Manager Collin always was checking in on every step of the repairs that were going on at my home. He showed up personally making sure all of the separate people that needed to come and repair things were on time. This is a very family oriented company, I say this beacuse he showed great concern when one of jobs had to do with glass being in the carpets and I have grandkids that I babysit in my home. He made sure that this was one of the first things that was taken care of so the kiddos were safe to play in the family room. They are Professional, fast, friendly and courteous! Oracle came to my home in tandem with the Fire Department due to a punctured fire sprinkler line in the wall. Desmond M was first on the scene and was beyond helpful. In addition to informing me (and setting me up with) risk-free water mitigation materials, he also remained on scene to converse with me about my options specific to the plumbing, and acted as a shield from somewhat predatory plumbing contractors. Desmond's service, in my opinion, reached the pinnacle of professionalism and kindness. I have he and his team to thank for minimal water damage to my sheetrock, flooring, and carpet. i also believe that Jason (who was part of the team that came to collect the water mitigation devices) deserves an honorary mention for similar reasons. After a rather severe leak from our new air conditioner, the guest bedroom had a huge section of ceiling on the floor which drenched not only the carpet but also spread to the adjoining walls. My insurance arranged for Oracle to take care of the remediation as well as the construction. They were out the same day and cleaned everything, dried out the ceiling, walls and flooring and made sure there was no mold growth. Once done, they came out and took care of the ceiling and walls as well as re- stretching the carpet. You would never be able to tell there was any damage at all. Even if you look closely. Had a flood in my mobile home and had to have my bathroom GUTTED including half the walls and floor. Oracle said they'd work with my insurance. Sent a guy out for an estimate and he walked around my house for 40 minutes taking measurements and talking about what needs to be done. Said he'd talk to my insurance within 2 days. Waited a week and called. Secretary said the estimate hadn't been written up yet. Called another week later (almost 2 weeks after that man walked around my MOBILE HOME) and they told me "Sorry, we don't work on modular homes." She also said they emailed me the week before to tell me but they didn't. So........ how long was I supposed to wait for them to tell me that they don't do Mobile homes after doing the process for an estimate for a MOBILE HOME? The woman on the phone kept saying "well we didn't know it was a mobile home." Ma'am, I live in a mobile home park. The man who walked around my house didn't know he was IN A MOBILE HOME? Plus, I've had enough work done on my place to know to ask if they work on MOBILE HOMES before I even discuss the issue. Well, thanks for wasting 2 weeks of my time Oracle. About a month ago, I noticed that water had come up through the planks in my floor. I contacted my insurance company, Grange, I explained my dilemma and inquired how to go forward. My adjuster suggested that I should start with a water mitigation corporation. The insurance company recommended Oracle, I contacted oracle and they were out the same day with an employee who and evaluated my situation. We began with large fans, drying the water to alleviate any chance of mold. Everyone began setting up the fans and cutting away the dry wall where, it needed to be cut away, All the employees were corsiderate and sympathetic. When you see your house flooded, it is the worst feeling ever. Oracle was not only professional, but they were very supportive, and sympathetic. Oracle worked with my insurance company to begin the restoration right away. The minute that the restoration was underway I was working with several people, but I wanted to give a shout out to Daniel who made this transition facile and calming. Immediately workers began to restore the drywall, and build a new kitchen island. The two men that worked who laid the floor were fast and accurate. The floor experts, who laid the floor left a few minutes ago. The floors are absolutely beautiful. The baseboards are lovely with the crown corners are cut to precision. The office kept me in the loop with each and every step.. If I could give oracle an 100 stars I would. If you find yourself in need of reconstruction pick up the phone and call Oracle. So needless to say, I recommend this company highly and God forbid this should happen again I will be in good hands with Oracle and so will you. read more

Save yourself a lot of pain and DO NOT work with this company. We had a minor flood and needed our floors and dry wall replaced - what we ended up with was disaster of an experience with an unprofessional and morally bankrupt company. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time of the flood and we were assured this would be a month and half, two-month project tops! But now we have a 10 week old baby girl and a cancelled agreement with Oracle - 1/3 of the flooring is done and a paint job so bad it needs to be redone. The affect Oracles negligence has had on my family in indescribable. We went through multiple Project Managers and worked closely with Nile Baker (Head Operator). Nile - actively delayed work that had already been paid for in order to milk more money out of our insurance. Oracles weekly updates included lies on what had been done and lacked any sort of detail. Nile bad-mouthed his project managers to our faces and made promises he had not intention of keeping. After informing Nile we were going to cancel we did a walk through pointing out all the horrible craftsmanship - Nile said they were all "touch-ups." Needing an entirely new paint job is not a "touch up" - they painted over hardware and even vents - and left huge chunks of drywall that needed to be replaced as well. Oracle will insist they are about to start something and then delay to get more money - according to Nile everything was "about to get finished" but the bare bones of a house I still have say otherwise. I beg whoever is reading this to look at other options - Oracle does not care about your home, your possessions (our pack-out included uncovered furniture, boxes and electronics in our garage for months) or your timeline. We were beyond amendable changing our design and material choices hoping to get our baby home to the nursery - but, Oracle just wanted more and more money - without sharing where those funds would be going. Please find yourself another contractor with some integrity who value customer service. read more

Due to a plumbing loss, Oracle Construction and Restoration was brought in as the demo team to mitigate some water damage in our home, and to complete the demolition process which included, removing wet walls, taking up floor tiles (water was underneath), removing sink, other fixtures, vanity, disposing of any debris and completing the drying process. We do not review any and everybody for doing what they get paid to do, unless we are truly impressed. With that said, Project Manager, and lead man Ramon Waffer, and Kurt, for lack of a better term just 'tag team' so well. Honestly, we could not believe how well they covered our stairs and floors to protect from any possible damage during the job-the covering has been down over a week, and it has not moved. We are convinced Oracle and this team are the right guys for this job and for the second phase-restoration-they were in and out, no drama...work...lunch...work...see you tomorrow! Responsive, prompt, efficient, friendly and professional in every way. Congratulations Oracle; these guys have restored our belief that great customer service is still a thing. BEWARE!! Oracle is shady and will continue to try and milk your insurance if they do work for you. Horrible customer service from Nile Baker. He and our original project manager, Greg, continually lied about work being done when no progress was made. They constantly said they had "Master Craftsmen," yet the quality of work was so bad. The multiple contractors we met with noted how bad areas of the drywall and paint were, and that they would have to be redone. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding, Nile called one of his Project Managers a derogatory name to us multiple times and talked badly about other customers. After a minor flood they were mean't to replace the floors, kitchen, and patch up holes that they cut in the walls. After four months the only thing they had completed was patch the holes, 1/3 of the flooring and a bad paint job where nothing was removed from the wall to paint, we decided to switch contractors. Whenever we pointed out an issue with the work that was done Nile would consistently respond "that was like that before," even though there were multiple pictures submitted to the insurance that proved otherwise. If you use Oracle, be prepared to be a middle man between Oracle and your insurance company as they try to get more and more money from them. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this shady company. We chose to go with Oracle because we had such a good experience with Ryan Coates, who no longer works there, and only read their Google reviews. Their Yelp reviews tells another story, with multiple clients of theirs running into the same issue we had with their restoration team. read more

This is the best company to use for reconstruction or any work that requires repair. I had water damage in my home & was dealing with another company who came in & did demolition then left my job sitting. I called my insurance company & they recommended Oracle. These guys came out assessed the situation ordered my new kitchen cabinets, granite & tile & began working to get my home back restored to its normal condition. The person I felt with was Nile. He and the crew were amazing. They were knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, were available when I called or called me back. They were polite & respectful of my home. They took pride in their work resulting in my home being amazingly beautiful. I would recommend them with no doubt.
