Amanda, the technician, came and did a post-remediation air quality test after the mold issue have been resolved and was extremely thorough and careful, exponentially more than the other 2 mold testers that I've used. She answered a ton of my questions with great knowledge and detail, and was extremely helpful in giving me a better understanding of mold and the situation in general. She spent A LOT of time, in contrast to other two mold testing companies that only spent 20mins max. Not only were they more professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions, they also charged me very reasonably for the amount of time and effort they put into their air testing. Michael was very fast, friendly and patient with me. After he weighed all my recyclables, he had me to go to the front with him so that he can show me how he got the price. Very honest of him. Even though Jason was not able to be present at the job site, his crew did a fantastic job. A couple of exposed areas had to be painted an extra coat (no extra charge) because the stucco had never been painted before. I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.
