Great little place for a quick bite to eat. The service was friendly and attentive. Had the club sandwich and burger. Both were flavorful and fairly priced. Grabbed a seat by the open window which made for a delightful dining experience. Look forward to returning for breakfast.

I came right after a nice long hike and oh man did this hit the spot. I came on a weekday so parking was not an issue, however it is very limited. The service was quick and the place felt homey. The french toast was pretty classic tasting which was exactly what I wanted. I ordered a regular iced latte with no syrups (i forgot to add this) but it was still really good and enjoyable. The milk to espresso ratio was spot on. Would definitely come again to try something different !

    The vibe is cute!

The older lady taking orders with her mask on was not very nice. She was condescending, for no reason. The coffee was not great, but the food was good. We found a better coffee shop down the main strip mid day. The younger girl bringing out the food was very sweet, unfortunately the lady taking orders sets the pace for tips. Get the breakfast, but order coffee elsewhere. Price was fair for the breakfast.

Gluten free sandwich vs sourdough sandwich :/

I live down the alley so I'm no stranger to Orange Inn for their pastries and delicious lunch options. This is a great spot to grab and go since the ocean is steps away so you can lunch with a view. Favorite things: chocolate croissant, almond croissant, breakfast burrito (I ask for extra salsa), chicken burger and the holiday turkey. The gluten free bread is great but it's very small compared to the other bread options which is unfortunate because you pay more for it but you get far less (it's the equivalent of 1/2 a sandwich vs a regular sized sandwich). If you're hungry that's not a good option.

Extremely mids... There was a hair on my potatoes. Food was bland. Smoothie was just like frozen fruit and ice... not sure, but it wasn't good. Coffee was meh service was fine, but the employees all seemed stressed and unhappy. If you lack taste buds it's fine. Glad I tried it, but not sure why people hype it up so much. Nothing stood out.

    Classic cheese burger

Burgers were phenomenal. Thick juicy beef patty seared to perfection covered with melted cheddar cheese. Came with crunchy lettuce, slice of sweet tomato, and side of tangy pickles. After fun day on the beach, this was the perfect place to go. The service I thought was above and beyond. Friendly, welcoming and they constantly check on you. I definitely would come back again when Iam in Laguna area.

Cozy little place right on PCH, great service, very clean, and delicious sandwiches!

All pastries made in house. Good coffee. Love the history and the old photos. Would definitely go back.

Pleasantly surprised!!…read more After moving my daughter out of the dorms we went down to Laguna and she recommended this place. I wasn't a fan of getting a sandwich but I will say IM GLAD I DID! Our sandwich was delicious! The bread is out of this world. The arugula so fresh. Clean, cute place, not far from the water, just on the main steeet. Thankfully we got parking right outside front.

When the sandwiches are made correctly, they're tasty. I ordered the Laguna Caprese yesterday, and…read moreafter the 45 minutes it took to get the order (they said 25-30 when we placed it), I got home and my sandwich was missing the arugula. Still tasty but a bummer as I love arugula! Today I decided to place an order right when they opened for pickup, so it wouldn't be busy (less chance of error), plus I wouldn't have to wait at all. I ordered a basic sando with no meat. Picked up my order around 10:30 am, no wait, easy peasy. Opened it at noon to eat it for lunch, and shame on me for not checking it before I left! It was bread with mayo, a dot of mustard, and a tiny bit of cheese. No shredded lettuce, no tomato, no onion. Basically a mayo sandwich. This time I called to complain as I really don't want to eat bread with mayo. I had to drive back down the hill to get the new one...a 10 minute drive, and then circling for 5 to find parking since lunch hour is so busy and what I was trying to avoid! This time I unwrapped it before I left to make sure I got what I ordered. (Would have been nice to throw in a bag of chips or a cookie for free given the inconvenience.) The little bar/biergarten out back is cute. And surely where you'll wait if you go at peak times and don't order ahead. I'd order for pickup again in the future, but no way would I leave without checking it.

Took my mother-in-law here for her birthday and we all had such a great experience!…read more We got there around 4-4:15pm and had about a 20 minute wait, but we were able to find a high top table that we got to sit at and were able to order drinks from the bar, so that helped to pass our time. We got seated at our table at our table around 4:30p and had the most perfect view of the ocean! *we went on a Friday night and noticed the patio cleared out about 4:45-5pm and I didn't appear to have a lot of people waiting during that time. The main patio was covered with umbrellas, so once you are seated for dinner, there was plenty of umbrellas for shade and heaters for when it got a little cooler. For our food orders, and as recommended by our server, we went with their seafood options and ordered their Pacific Ceviche for an appetizer and for Entrees my husband got the Roasted Halibut and me and my mother-in-law both got the Scallop and Shrimp pasta. We all loved our dishes and were very satisfied with our choices. Their menu does have non-seafood options, but why not to try what they're most prominent for? They don't have a dessert menu, but they heard that we were celebrating mom's birthday so they brought us a little Toffee Cake to share and enjoy...and for a place that doesn't have dessert, the cake was pretty delicious. Such a cute place all around. My husband and I can't wait to go back! Parking - they have valet parking available right in front of the restaurant or theres street metered parking in the surrounding area.

I was really hoping for a great lunch, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing…read more The poke and mussels were actually very good, which makes it even more frustrating that the rest of the meal fell so short. I ordered the scallop and shrimp pasta, and on my very first bite of the scallop, it had a strong ammonia taste--a common sign that seafood has gone bad. After that, I completely lost my appetite and couldn't eat the rest of my meal. My daughter ordered the cioppino, and after checking the seafood in her dish, we noticed the scallop was also very rubbery and didn't seem fresh either. Fresh seafood is something restaurants should never compromise on. Based on this experience, I can't recommend eating here and would suggest trying another restaurant instead.
